Just a tip if no one has already mentioned this: you need to repot your basil plant as they rooms need room to grow! They usually die otherwise as they become overcrowded. Usually those basils you purchase have at least 3-4 independent stems that need to be separated as they are different plants. I would suggest getting a rectangular pot that has decent depth so you can spread out your basil plants :)
Seriously always look forward to your videos on Sunday. It’s my little pleasure in the morning to have coffee and watch them. You guys are so relaxing to watch ❤️ thank you for putting more content out lately on the weekdays too!!
Sarah! I love most of your tops and shorts. Last week the sleevless one was very cute. Today's outfits as well. It is simple, clean and neat. Also look good on you. Would u share where do u usually buy your clothes? I suggest you do haul video one day. ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much! ☺️ I always buy my clothes online-either on Naver shopping, or Korean shopping apps like Zigzag and Ably. Also, Yesstyle has some amazing finds too! I’m not sure if I’d ever do a haul type video, but maybe sometime I’d just mention where I get my clothes, and leave links whenever possible :)
Very interesting to hear about the different Visas. It sounded similar to Japan's system (which is also VERY difficult to get a long term Visa/citizenship in) who also has a point system Visa and is currently undergoing changes with their point system as well. I'm sorry you guys weren't about to go to Canada this year but I'm so glad that you both have each other and your Korean family to fall back on as well.
I love watching your videos, you remind me of us, my hubby and me :) I like how you always say 'thank you' to each other, it's important not to take each other for granted. On another note, basil needs place to grow, you should but them in a bigger pot, and pick the leaves frequently so it will grow more. Keep the soil wet and water it preferably in the morning.
I'm impressed because to renew your Visa you only took with you that thin folder, in the country I live I have to take soooooo many papers that the folder is super thick and heavy and there's always a chance that I'm missing a paper.
Aww.. been eyeing on Ana luisa for some time now.. Thanks for the discount code! :) I remember using your discount code on Bearabeara's online store before in 2018 and managed to get a leather bucket bag at a slightly cheaper price.. Heh. I hope you get more cool collabs, all the best!
I’m so excited to be doing this long-term partnership with them ☺️ Love their pieces and what the brand stands for~ And nice!! To this day my favorite and most used backpack/bag is Beara Beara’s ‘Eva’ bag ☺️
congrats on the partnership! and also the visa renewal 😊 whenever I see people talking about how complicated it is to get visas, I kinda feel thankful that in my country (argentina) it's not as complicated for immigrants to get their documentation. being immigrant friendly helps give people the protection and security they need. so many things suck in my country. but at least that's a good one haha
I actually bought a pair of earrings from Ann Luisa bc of you! So glad you got this partnership 👍🏼 I am in medical school and I also didn’t fly out to see my family bc of COVID hang in there
Just discovered your guys’ channel last week, and i have been binge watching! I love that you guys take care of the stray cats, it is so heart warming to watch. It confirms that generous, kind and humane people still exist. Thank you 🙏 Also, what does Sarah do for her other job?
You looked so cute Sarah! I love wrap dresses on you! I could never wear them but I've lost a lot weight, so maybe I should give it another try. I'm going to try making the noodles Kyuho made. I've always been curious how they are. I thought it was funny though bc he said the pear juice might be hard to find in Western countries, but I actually have a can of it in my fridge! And I live in podunk Arkansas. One of our local chains, Kroger, has actually really stepped up their "Asian Food" section and has a lot of harder to find Korean items now. So if someone has a Kroger near them, they may have the pear juice.
Ahh, thank you so much! 😍 I’ve always liked wrap dresses, because you can customize the ‘tightness’ depending on the day-or how much you’ve eaten 😂 Oh wow!! We weren’t sure about that pear juice being available, but that’s so cool you can get it where you live-that’s a pretty specific thing to sell 😃
Totally understand how you feel right now. I am supposed to be in Toronto right now visiting my family. The collateral damage of the virus. It's all very sad. Like you, I don't want to risk bringing anything there. Trying not to think too much about it. Hang in there, from a fellow Canuck living abroad.
Happy Sunday!!! Dealing with Immigration is such a pain....Going thru all of that with my Husband and mexico Immigration... So ready for it to be done with!
I've been on a one year visa for the last 5 years here in Korea, and now I'm moving to France on a spouse/family visa. I think it's even more complicated for France, ahahah. My first year I have to keep a copy of my passport page and visa page around for a year, I have to validate that visa when I first get to France, and I have to do a medical check-up (just like Korea) but I also have to do a cultural integration course (everyone coming in on a long stay visa has to do this, not just spouse/family visas, I wish Korea would do this) and if I don't pass the French language interview at A1 level I have to take a French language course and pass it to keep the visa, lol. I 'm not allowed to apply for an actual residency card until I've been living in France for 1 year, and there is more paperwork needed than when I first applied for the initial visa, which sucks because some of the documents are hard to get or expensive to get, that visa lasts about 2 years, then I can apply for permanent residence which may only last for 3 to 5 years and I've have to keep renewing, I don't think there is a 10 year visa. But, unlike Korea, France makes it easy to eventually apply for citizenship. To be eligible I think you need to be one of 3 three things, married to a French person in France and living in France for 4 years, living on your own in France for 5 years where you don't need to be married to a French person, and the last one is kind of a weird loophole but I fall under it: married abroad to a French citizen and that that French citizen was registered at the French embassy as a legal resident where you were married prior to getting married, it takes only 4 years of marriage, and I don't think you even need to be living in France at all, but it would probably help if you were living in France at least for a few years because paying into the French tax system I think is one of the requirements for citizenship, and you have to be at B2 level of French too. But the paperwork needed to apply to be a French citizen is a s#!t show, because they need to build you a whole new birth certificate, and all the documents needed for that can be a b!#&h to get.
As a Korean Married to an Englishman ! UK HOme Office is HELL !!! To be able to renew my 2 and half years first spouse visa .. I had to pass a second english test and the British Citizenship Test ! ( I studied the books like hell during three weeks ) . Thanks God .. my effort paid ! I passed the the British Citizenship test at one GO ! You get rejected by The UK Home Office if you do not pass these two exam ! No permanent resident card ! Immigration bureaucracy get tougher in every country.
I'm glad you were able to get everything sorted, despite the interesting rules, lol. Also, I have to say that you guys truly did such a wonderful job creating a beautiful living space. Just seeing it makes happy :).
i’ve been interested in ana for a bit now, you and some other people have mentioned it a few times. thanks for the code 💕💕💕 i just bought the frida pearl earrings with it 💖💖💖✨
These times are crazy. I was supposed to leave to San Diego tonight for a 2-year plan San Diego Comic Con thing but I am stuck here, sadly, can't complain, I am healthy, also my family is and friends, so a canceled trip is not the end of the world, sucks having lost all the money I put toward it. Stay se guys, if we all follow instructions and look after others and ourselves self this thing will get control in time. STAY SAFE
I'm sorry you can't go to Nova Scotia this summer. Even though it's necessary due to the virus situation, I know you must miss the annual trip, and the chance to see Sarah's family. I hope you'll be able to visit there again before long. Congratulations on the visa renewal! Does this go on long-term? Twenty years from now, would you still need to keep renewing the visa every three years or so? Best wishes to you all (Beemo included), and thanks for your videos!
Visa stuff is so stressful! I’m supposed to move to Korea next week but the consulate messed up my visa and it might take longer than expected😭 love y’all’s videos!!
Sarah, first and foremost, congratulations on your year long partnership with Ana Luisa. What an exciting time, especially since you love their jewelry, and you wear it well! 🥰 I’m really sorry that you both couldn’t make it to Canada this year. Praying that you’ll have the all-clear to go home next year. Wow! You do have to go through so much to get your F6 Visa. Thankfully, you’ll get that 3 years next time! I’m in California, and we have to get something called the “Real ID.” We will need this proof on our drivers license, in order to fly domestically. What a pain! I was turned down 3 times, because I didn’t have the proper marriage certificate. I had to go to the county, stand in line, then apply for the proper certified copy. I finally got everything in order, then Covid hit, and everything was shut down. Thankfully, the state pushed the date out, so I still have time to get my Real ID. Bravo Kyuho! Your bossam looked amazing! As did your naengmyeon dish from the other day! Sarah is very lucky that you’re such a good cook! Stay safe and healthy! 🥰
Thank you so much! I’m such a fan of their pieces, so I’m really excited about it ☺️❤️ Oh boy~ anything with immigration or ID cards is really such a pain to go through no matter where you are 🤦🏻♀️ Definitely not a fun process 💦
Interesting video! Thanks for sharing. Why does Korea make it difficult for other nationalities to become permanent/ citizens? Specially for spouses? Is It because the country doesn’t embrace a mix culture as much as other western countries? I can’t wait to try Ana Luisa. Thanks for the discount code! And btw, what brand are the masks you both wear? It looks comfortable and have room to breath in? Would love to get some like that. Masks are a requirement everywhere for us now.
I’m in SE Asia and I have had to postpone my trip the US 3 times in the last 3 months. This has been the most uncertain time for international air travel. Good luc.
Thanks for sharing about such a personal topic. I think it’s interesting that it is so strict but maybe something for other governments to learn from. Yes, it is an easier process in the US but as a result, there’s a lot of anti immigrant sentiment. There’s the automatic assumption that immigrants use more public services, there may be sham marriages for citizenship. A least by making it difficult, Korean citizens know that foreigners that become Korean residents are able to take care of themselves financially and are not there just to to take advantage of public services in Korea.
Yes, but there are many who are not relying on the services etc who would love to be permanent residents because of marriage, career, or whatever that would not qualify.....I'm going to get permanent residency someday but it will take a long time before my Korean is fluent enough to try....just sad that people keep working towards that goal and then the requirements are constantly set higher and higher, so just when you get close it jumps up again
My boyfriend had to go to Korea this spring, but he couldn't go because of the COVID situation. However it is very interesting that Sera has to renew her visa every 2 years even if she married Kyuho who is Korean😱
Hey! Love your videos. I am also having to get my visa renewed soon, and I think I have to go to the same office. However, when looking at the immigration website they said that the Seoul Southern Immigration office changed locations to near magok station? Ahh so confusing
Could you tell me wear you get your facemasks? They look much more comfortable and they don't seem as confining as regular surgical masks. TY! PS - Love watching you two!!
Mmm like to try some of that food.... What a pain...every 2 years filling in that paperwork and just having to change so many 🚆 to get there The jewellery is lovely I also only like classic pieces, too hot for me to wear in summer You looked lovely in that blouse you wore,Sarah Cheers🌺
Hey Sara I was wondering where bought that phone stand in you guys bedroom? I’m trying to find that specific one on amazon but I unfortunately could not find it. Also love from Alberta CANADA!!! :)
Speaking of sponsorships... How has the shampoo & conditioner been? I'm in the market for a sulfate free products but I would really appreciate any updates. :)
THANK YOU SOOOOOOO MUCH FOR EXPLAINING THE MARRIAGE VISA!! I will be marrying my fiancé (if Covid let’s us) this yea in Korea and plan on moving there. But we both had no clue how it really works. But you really summed up a lot for me to understand. Also, I am a Canadian as well from Toronto. If you have more information about the marriage visa please can you make a video!!!
No worries! It was just a very rough summary of renewals mostly, rather than applying for it for the first time 💦 Honestly, since we both applied for this visa while I/we were already living in Korea AND in my case it was a visa change (from a sponsored work visa to the F6 marriage visa), we both have zero experience applying for the F6 visa while living outside of Korea-that is a different process-so unfortunately we have no advice for you on that front 😬💦
Sarah, where did you get that Dirty Dancing t-shirt? It's so cool! So bumped for you that you couldn't go to canada this year... I know how important it is to see your family, but as you said, it's better than risking everyone's health. Lots of love to all three of you!
Omg when you were sitting down I thought your top was actually a dress so when you went up the stairs in your shorts I was so confused 🤣🤣 Hopefully next time you get 3 years!!

Love it!

I love how you have your own space to entertain now. Can tell how happy you guys are in the new apartment. Congratulations again.

Visa stuff is so stressful! I’m supposed to move to Korea next week but the consulate messed up my visa and it might take longer than expected😭 love y’all’s videos!!
I made kyuho’s ugly kitchen bibimnagmyun a few days ago. It was delish!!!!
Where did you get the cat flag at 8:33?
It’s a canvas poster, and we got it on the ‘Today House’ app in Korea 😊
I’m such a fan of their pieces, so I’m really excited about it ☺️❤️
Oh boy~ anything with immigration or ID cards is really such a pain to go through no matter where you are 🤦🏻♀️ Definitely not a fun process 💦
I love kyho’s ugly kitchen videos bc the food always looks delicious 😋
축하해요 콜라보레이션
I’m in SE Asia and I have had to postpone my trip the US 3 times in the last 3 months. This has been the most uncertain time for international air travel. Good luc.
Merci, if you lived in south korea 2 to 5 years. You can apply for dual citizenship since you are married to a korean.
쿠폰이용해서 목걸이 구매했어용~~:)
I think is Sarah
@@conodehelado7468 Just don't think about it.
In other countries foreign married spouses have to renew every single year. At least S. Korea is reasonable and allows two year renewals.
6:46 Kyuho represent 🇨🇦 !! Haha stay safe guys! I think we are gonna see a second wave soon in Canada 😖
I watched this channel by chance, its very interesting and fun.and l like beemo.so cute😍 and u two are so lovely couple^^
Hey! Love your videos. I am also having to get my visa renewed soon, and I think I have to go to the same office. However, when looking at the immigration website they said that the Seoul Southern Immigration office changed locations to near magok station? Ahh so confusing
nice vlog😍😍
Please do video why you like to live in Korea and what your husband like about Canada?
Could you tell me wear you get your facemasks? They look much more comfortable and they don't seem as confining as regular surgical masks. TY! PS - Love watching you two!!
We get them online from Coupang :)
@@2hearts1seoul TY so much!
Mmm like to try some of that food....
What a pain...every 2 years filling in that paperwork and just having to change so many 🚆 to get there
The jewellery is lovely I also only like classic pieces, too hot for me to wear in summer
You looked lovely in that blouse you wore,Sarah
Cheers🌺
Hey Sara I was wondering where bought that phone stand in you guys bedroom? I’m trying to find that specific one on amazon but I unfortunately could not find it. Also love from Alberta CANADA!!! :)
I believe we bought it either on Coupang or GMarket :)
Speaking of sponsorships... How has the shampoo & conditioner been? I'm in the market for a sulfate free products but I would really appreciate any updates. :)
WONDERFUL! 😍 We love them so, so much, and are hoping to work with them again 🤞🤞Honestly, choosing your own shampoo formula is the best!
No worries! It was just a very rough summary of renewals mostly, rather than applying for it for the first time 💦
Honestly, since we both applied for this visa while I/we were already living in Korea AND in my case it was a visa change (from a sponsored work visa to the F6 marriage visa), we both have zero experience applying for the F6 visa while living outside of Korea-that is a different process-so unfortunately we have no advice for you on that front 😬💦
2hearts1seoul well I’m still very appreciate and I’ll take what I can with any small advice. So thank you. ❤️
I’m Canadian and my bf is in 🇰🇷!! Love your channel 🙂
Sarah, where did you get that Dirty Dancing t-shirt? It's so cool!
So bumped for you that you couldn't go to canada this year... I know how important it is to see your family, but as you said, it's better than risking everyone's health. Lots of love to all three of you!
오랜만에 영상 보는데,,,원룸에서 이제 아파트에 사시네,,,,성장, 발전하며 사시는 모습 ....보기 좋습니다. ㅎ ㅎ ㅎ
I just read Pachinko so this get whole thing gets another light
Such a fantastic book!
Will you be changing summer Canada trip to a fall trip?
Definitely not~ we still feel it’s too dangerous to travel, even in fall.
Omg when you were sitting down I thought your top was actually a dress so when you went up the stairs in your shorts I was so confused 🤣🤣
Hopefully next time you get 3 years!!
@2hearts1seoul for other F-series visa, income is tied to it. So the more you have, the more years they give you. I'm wondering if F-6 is the same
F6 does not ask for income information-but the F5 does~
