Looks delicious! But did I miss what temperature did you set the oven for cooking the turkey? And, how long was the total cooking time of the breast & the other pieces?
I webber kettle bbq A 12 13 lbs turkey and Hickory smoke in About 2in a half hours . Drippings tray in the middle for gravy . I stuff the bird also . It is excellent . Thanks for your recipe Here . Also excellent . Oh also baste the thing constantly .
A little confused, at what point did you put the broth in the pan and at what point did you start to base the turkey? Also, have your book and barbecue sauce. I don’t know what kind of voodoo you put in that sauce but I woke up thinking about how good . I will always buy my ribs from the bbq joint without sauce and use yours.
