For real. It’s so nice not having to reach as far for arrows and although I have other nicer custom keyboards, I find myself mostly using my modded HHKB Hybrid.
I think the HHKB format is fantastic for anyone who types a lot for their job. Maybe if you’re an accountant and need a number pad, you can add a numpad. But, being able to keep your hands closer without needing to move much for arrows or anything else is great.
@@andi Maybe doing a review of the Leopold FC660C for example and comparing it to this HHKB Pro 2 is a good idea, just to have a comparison between two different keyboards and plate materials with the same switches, from what i've heard it is another style of keyboard with topre switches :)

Hey Matze, thank you for your comment! You would need to order keycaps specifically made for the HHKB, meaning these keycap sets have a smaller 1.75u right shift, and the larger 7u spacebar. I haven't mentioned the Hybrid version because it sadly is not available in Germany/Europe yet and I have not been able to test it. When it comes out I would be more than happy to make a comparison though! Hope this helps, let me know if you have any other questions :)

wait what the hell happened to your channel your trailer says 100k special and your verified yet you only have 1k subs and only got 400 views on this video unlike your last few videos which have been getting 100s of thousands of views i am so confused
Yeah that's one of the things that might be the hardest part to switch from full size to something like 60%. But you can always get an external numpad if that's something you're interested in? :D

Are these the 45g Topre switches? Are HHKB's silenced in any way?

Oof no numpad... thats a downgrade for me... Blender pretty much requires it besides rebinding keys

It's better I feel to just buy a separate numpad and move it to the right of your mouse for ergonomics

True, the keyboard is more minimal in that case, the RGB really can make a big difference to a gaming setup
