I bought my nephew (7 years old) a 2ds with New Super Mario Bros 2 on his birthday, he opened it, played a little bit and got back to play angry birds on his tablet. It made me cry.
+Frank Smertkopf No, i'm not gonna take the 2ds from him even if he never uses it, but it makes me sad that my nephew doesn't appreciate great games, especially since i grew up playing Pokemon, Mario, Zelda on my game boy. Maybe it's just me getting old....
I totally know how you feel! I ONCE lent out one of my brand new games to a friend and when I got it back, it was almost a F&*%@#% coaster! I was so pissed about that! I never made that fatal mistake ever again!
@@recless8667 Yes, you can -- as far as I know. Really, it's something that should be included on any console game with a singleplayer mode, and sometimes multiplayer as well. Except for SKYRIM apparently, but that sorta makes sense because running that much data on one world for multiple players could be messy and laggy as all get out.
@@TempestBlack I find it fun playing a racing game like Mario cart with my sister split screened since she cant watch both screens at the same time to see where I am to target with weapons while I can plus I find it really fun to make comments on the items she picks up and how useful that item will be to get a higher spot I know I'm a bit of a dick since I am already really good at racing games
1. Gaming on a Mac is shit if you don't set the RAM higher. They default the RAM at 128MB. It is damn easy to change it and then the Mac will run just like any other laptop (other than custom/gaming built laptops) 2. Trackpad is extremely good. If you don't have a mouse, the trackpad on Macs have way less cons than those of other laptops. 3. Battery lasts way longer. I can leave 3 games on at full brightness and it would last +-5hrs Macs are really practical for non-gaming activities as well. 4. Extremely user friendly 5. Trackpad options are very customisable 6. Software is very customisable 7. Editing is much better 8. Macs run way faster 9. Very useful abilities at the tap of multiple fingers (tri-tap to define) 10. They don't break easily 11. Don't get viruses easily (unless you're a fucktard)
Shvet Maharaj 1: For what you would pay for a mac with more ram so you don't void your warranty installing more yourself, you can get a much better windows or linux os machine that DOESN'T thermal throttle. Also, the memory is soldered on in the trash can so you can't upgrade it. They're trying to do that with almost everything they have now. 2: Mice are cheap as hell today. You can get a mini mouse at wallyworld for like $5. There is no excuse for gaming on a track pad. 3: The battery life on a windows machine is just as good or better. 4: User friendly my ass. For those of us who use a file tree, it's useless. At least I've never seen apple use a file tree structure that made any kind of sense in over a decade. 5: Same with windows machines; plus, there are more of them. 6: I haven't messed with the code, but programming is programming. What you can do with a mac, you can do on a pc. 7: Thermal throttling. Nuf said. 8: Macs might run slightly faster because of less bloatware when they come out, but a windows machine will always have a longer life. I have machines from more than 10 years ago running windows 7. 9: I wouldn't doubt that by now there are several different "tap options" available for all platforms. As someone who uses a mouse or will actually use the buttons on a laptop, I don't care if you can triple click. That's not going to do you any good in a game that doesn't support that feature and I've yet to hear of one. 10: Everything brakes. It's how you treat the system that counts. I'm not saying treat them all like glass, but I've got an old heavy asus laptop that's been dropped more times than acid at a rave and it's still working just fine. The only thing that's broken so far were the little mounting tabs on one of the hinge covers. 11: The same goes for pc. Macs are getting more viruses these days because they're more popular and people are actually WRITING viruses for them. If they had been as popular as pc's ever, they would have had just as many viruses.
hellcat1988 You can add RAM to an iMac and you can get up to 16GB on a MacBook Air. And by change the RAM I mean, go into the game files (damn easy to do) and find the RAM allocation (Very obvious), now edit it and save. You used thermal throttling twice because you couldn't think of anything, but at least for me, it has never been hot enough to hurt me or force shut down. I mean if your mouse breaks while you're in a serious situation, switching back to the trackpad has way less problems on Macs than on PCs. Are you sure about the battery life? We were doing a research task at school, me the only one with a Mac. At the end of the day, everyone had to start charging while using their PC (The little notification saying they had to "find another power source" popped up), I was still at 61%. If you don't understand Apple's File Trees, then your are special. It is damn easy to use. Its also user friendly because at the swipe of a/multiple finger/s you can do things like move to other fullscreen apps, define words, previous/next page in history, go to your applications, "Alt-Tab", and more, all with the trackpad. Can you use different set ups for each of those settings on Windows? Maybe some, but Mac, most of them can be changed. By tri-tap I meant, tap with three fingers at the same time, not click three times. Can you change your operating system at startup? Nope. Mac can change between Linux/Windows/OS X and other less known Operating Systems at startup, which I might add, is almost instant. Windows don't have a longer life. You can have a Windows laptop for 1-2 years before it becomes slow as fuck. If you drop your laptop that much you are extremely clumsy, meanwhile I've dropped my Mac thrice and it doest even have a dent. I was talking about the software breaking anyways. Yes they do write more viruses for Windows. I run windows a lot because of some Windows only games. At least 40 hours a week. I use the internet and everything, but still have never encountered malware. Get your facts straight.
Shvet Maharaj Pretty much everything you said is either fanboy drivel or just stupid. Changing the ram alocation for programs IS possible on a windows machine. I'd rather just have enough memory to run everything I want to at the same time though, and the 16gig is WAY overpriced. I brought up thermal throttling twice because it's a serious issue. I didn't say that it would burn you or shut down. I meant that it would limit it's processing power to prevent an overheat and failure. Watch the LinusTechTips video where he liquid cooled a macbook and got twice the performance. I would rather have that all the time, rather than in the bath. If you're in a "serious situation" that would cause your mouse to break, you have no reason to be playing games and I would guess you wouldn't need to use a tracpad for long. I've also never encountered a problem switching from mouse to tracpad with a laptop either. In fact I can use both at the same time if I want to. Yes I'm sure about battery life. Your example doesn't take into account any variables and isn't verifiable. Though I guess if the cpu was only running at half it's actual processing power it would have a longer battery life than others for a little while. The tracpad gimic might be nice for you, and I'm pretty sure that there are apps for windows that let you do some of those things. but I use a mouse or I turn tap to click off so I'm not accidentally clicking things all the time. Something you can do with a tracpad that has separate buttons. Yes, you can change between different operating systems at startup. From putting the operating systems on different drives and having the computer ask which one to load from at startup to a simple boot loader that can open either os on one drive, it's pretty dam easy to have multiple boot options. You can even have multiple versions of windows on the same drive. Windows laptops don't actually get any slower, they get cluttered. It's not that hard to clean the system or even upgrade the o.s. They also allow for changing the c.p.u. so if you have a lower end system and want to upgrade all you have to do is buy the chip or ram, not a whole computer. MUCH cheaper. My laptop has hit the ground so much because I had cats and nerve damage in my arms that makes it hard to carry thing sometimes. The o.s. doesn't "break" unless you have a virus or some other problem that isn't usually the fault of the o.s. I will grant you that windows hasn't always been the best at handling problems with their system, but It's still better than mac. Like I said with the file structure, I haven't used mac in a very long time but to hear people brag/complain when trying to sort pictures and/or videos makes me believe that I wouldn't want to again any time soon. Your internet usage might be free of problems for now, but your system is going to be more and more vulnerable to malware and viruses as more programmers write for it. You may have safe browsing habits, but that doesn't mean you haven't come across something that an antivirus or o.s. update protected you from without knowing. It's the same on windows. The hackers write code and the white hat hackers try to prevent it from affecting their system. That's just the way the computer world works. And pc is still cheaper.
+hellcat1988 I play on a Mac Pro 4,1 (Bootcamp), Intel Xeon X5679 3.2Ghz 6-core 12 Mb L3 Server Processor, 16GB 1066Mhz Ram, GTX 670 Superclocked 4GB Graphics Card, 2TB 7200RPM Hybrid Drive, 2tb Hard Drive , Windows 10 64-bit ...and the whole setup cost me less than $1000 used, (I built it from For Parts Computers 3 used ones for $800 plus the graphics card and adapter cables) And I can upgrade the ram to 32gb of 1333Mhz Ram for around $120 and the graphics card up to a 980 Ti. Tell me that's not a gaming computer. And before you criticize using Bootcamp... of course I am. The Games are cheaper and AAA gaming company don't want to invest any money into their OSX ports, making them buggy or slow. This only furthers the problem...
Let's clear this right now: There is NOTHING wrong with anyone playing Clash of Clans. The issue is that SO MANY CoC players claim to be 'serious gamers' and 'hard-core grinders' and then tell you they only play Clash..... THATS what real gamers have an issue with.
Everyone has their own opinion about what a real gamer is. Free to play mobile games are designed to be addictive and many people always have their phone with them (many of the games have push notifications so that you know the instant you can do something in game again). Mobile games are still games, but they are distinctly different from PC and console games. Many are designed to be played in short doses and have many, many opportunities for microtransactions. Heck, the worst offenders give you just enough for free to get you hooked, then you find out you'll have to spend to even get anywhere in the single player campaign, yet alone compete in multiplayer. I would say that gamers who play mobile games are still gamers, but they are different from other gamers, just like console gamers are different from PC gamers.
+antagonizerr I remember in the 90's when PC games were really starting to boom, you would look at games for mac and it would be like ... Railroad Tycoon ... and that's it ... it was a no-brainer going PC after that.
sulacomarine Pretty poor decision making though I mean who buys a game based off a staged demo at E3. Advertising 101 make something stand out and look more amazing then it actually is. .
+Morgan Pearson How about those damn thumbnails to those vine videos that have pictures of women with big boobs. Not ONCE do they show the woman with big boobs.
i find this guys optimism really refreshing. i have played steam games on a macbook (until i got a PC) and i could play some games really well, just for not that long because i was afraid my laptop would overheat and die on me.
+Googlefluff857 i play stuff like League of Legends, CS:GO, World of Tanks, Armored Warfare (not CoD) and so on on my 4.5y old iMac and all runs smoothly at 60+... dont know what exactly you want to say with "nearly impossible"
It should be a taboo to just bump into a gamer's room and start chit chatting at him - it's immersion breaking, it makes people miss out on parts of a game's story and it's fucking rude (to just interrupt a person doing something like it's nothing) to begin with
+gnhtd1 I fucking know right? I get royally pissed when people bother me when I'm gaming, because I've put down my commitment to do something and do it well and have fun with other people (since I mainly play competitive pvp based games). They keep saying that I need to lay off, you think I'd be mad if you didn't come busting into my room telling me to do more things for you after I've already made promises and had prior engagements planned with other people? Those are real people at the other end of the screen, they're at the moment more important because they have been waiting much longer than you have to have me do things with them.
+gnhtd1 when your playing and your mom walks in with her friend or someone and start talking louder than you can turn up the volume and walk in front of the TV and stuff.
I'm one of those "weirdos" that plays COD single player campaigns and then puts the game down forever. I never understood devoting all my time to one game when there are so many fantastic games out there.
+ember prime my friend if you can't take insults from other people when you play online especially on COD then son you shouldn't play, with shooters especially COD when online you have 3 choices A grow a pair and take the insults like a boss, B get good enough to where you aren't insulted of being bad but also hit insulted about being a hacker aka really good, or C DONT PLAY
+ember prime yup, online abuse is a problem and there is nothing wrong or weak about choosing not to tolerate it. Best thing you can do to avoid that is create matches limited to friends only. But finding a good group of online friends can be easier said than done.
+WarzValzMinez And I hate it when someone beats the 1st level of a game when you've beat it 2 times and then they pretend that they did alot better than you.
+WarzValzMinez Most mobile games are impossible to beat since there is no ultimate goal or (as it is in most cases) the game itself is made to steal money from you and so most gamers just unnistall
people don't like it because controllers have aim assist, witch if you didn't know it moves your character slightly if your aimed at them, ex: in cod if you were scoped up and someone came running right in front of you, your screen would move until you couldn't see him anymore. it gives you a huge advantage and pc gamers don't like it
im pretty sure they mentioned quite specifically, playing fps. really tho. for anyone, just learn the kb and mouse. you willl get better with practice and then suddenly never want to touch your console or controller again... that's kinda just a pc master race joke but i got nba 2k15 for my pc. and no way am i playing that on kb and mouse. some games a kb and mouse is much more useful/accessible and few others not so much. practice anything enough and you will get good at it eventually tho
How about people who take games WAY too seriously? For example when I'm playing some G-mod just to meet fun people and make jokes I find these people who either never talk or socialize or just act as though them winning is the only thing that matters. It just really bugs me because I can come into servers with people who don't even talk and that just takes out most of the fun for me.
I know what you mean, I don't even like playing online games all that much because every room I seem to go into from fighting games to shooting games the first thing that happens the second I enter the room someone comes in to kick my ass and then moves on to the next before I even had the chance to say hi. Lobbies are either filled with silence, game tactics (which is not that bad) or people just trying to irritate other players to get an advantage or just get attention.
***** You would not like Overwatch then. I played that game and NOBODY works together most of the time. I mean you get a few friend based teams and that one straggler who heals or buffs strangers and he's everyone's friend because ain't nobody else going to do it lol.
I don't know about you guys, but with a lot of people I know, mainly in the shooter community, consider it extremely taboo to enjoy playing Nintendo games, or anything like it because they 'look kiddy'. I play way more Counter-Strike, Team Fortress 2, etc than I do Nintendo games, but games like Zelda and Pokemon are way more fun to me, by a lot. So when I mention I play them, they instantly assume I'm not hardcore, or now suck at games, which is really annoying.
There are indeed differences to "Hardcore" and "Casual" Gamer's... in my eyes..... Hardcore gamer's in my eyes spend ridiculous amount of time in games. As casual gamer's tend to play games to pass some time before doing something else. IE. I got home from work... ive got a few hours before I meet with friends. Lets play a game.... VS. I just got home from work....Time to game all night.... I might get a couple hours of sleep before I work again.
+Anthony P (ObjectIA1) You are a gamer or not. Every gamer claims to be hardcore at their game no matter how much they play it. I don't have time to play all night, because i have a social/working life. That doesn't mean i am a "casual" gamer.
+stroe mihail Exactly. 99% of my gaming is done on a PC and 90% of my PC gaming is done with a controller. It's so much easier playing NBA 2k15 with a controller. As well as the Arkham games, Shadows of Mordor, basically every other game other than a FPS or an RTS.
There's nothing wrong with an occasional comment, especially when you do something awesome. Heck, I complement people when I see an awesome play, even when they are on the other team. A good play is a good play. For me, the line is when it goes into poor sportsmanship. I don't get much time to play due to work, so I suck in most PvP (I'm the least bad at multiplayer in games with RPG element since then I can at least grind for gear to help compensate for lack of skill). That can be a real fun killer when I do have time for PvP on weekends since I get ripped on both by the team I get randomly assigned to and by the other team. I avoid ranked fights because I find that when my team wins in spite of my incompetence, it carries me to higher rank, where my lack of skill becomes an even greater annoyance to good players. Maybe these games need a "Weekend Warrior" mode for those of us who suck but still like to play =)
as a pc gamer i use a controller for driving games, for games like fallout or assassins creed i will use a controller, but for a game that requires precision like counter strike then i will use a mouse and keyboard. It really depends on what feels necessary to enjoy the game and not be screwed over by bad controls.
+Firenyth Well that's what he's saying. He's basically just saying that using a controller for games such as Counter Strike is Taboo. As someone who has over 200 games on steam and plays most of them...a lot...I also use a controller for games such as Fallout and Assassin's Creed. I first played them on consoles, and, honestly, they have button layouts that are so easy to control with an Xbox controller than with keyboard and mouse.
+Firenyth yea, i also lik ceratin games better on controller since precision isnt always required and on racing games its far superior then a keyboard. i even like cod better on controller, but that might be because i dont play cod seriously or much anymore
+Firenyth I game almost exclusively on the PC and I always use a controller, I use a mouse and keyboard all day at work and it is not how I want to spend my free time.
I'm surprised that the 'Xbox VS Playstation'-argument isn't in this video, or even worse, the 'PC VS Console'-argument. Jeez, I for one started playing on an xbox. After about a year, I started playing on a computer. I'm not here to advertise PC gaming, but I can promise you that I'm never ever buying myself an xbox or playstation ever again. Just play whatever you want. These days, PC gamers hate you for playing on consoles. And here I am, waiting for the day on which we will be able to play cross-platform.
+iniminimoshimo With this generation of hardware on consoles having very similar x86 architecture it is possible for cross platform play. Although It would be very unfair in most cases.
I got to confess that the "clunky" controller from console gaming is actually my preference. I keep trying to master the mouse on shooters and I almost always miss my mark if i'm turning a corner and trying to fire at what's coming up around the corner. Sharp turns are my worst enemy with mouses, something I never had a problem with console controllers.
Makayla Serniotti I myself am disabled as well. I forget things very quickly when i'm in the middle of something and my hand-eye coordination isn't very good compared to others so I really hate hot keys and the over sensitivity of mouses. That's why usually i'm backup sniper or something in FPS games. And when I say I have those problems, yeah it's not the worst and a lot of people have that problem once in a while but I mean I have that problem literally every time.
i'm better with M/K but always use gamepad. why? it's comfortable. i'm usually on my bed or a couch. never ever at a desk. tried using a mouse on fabric? not going to do any great shooting with it.
Cod Of Ages a laptop is a computer. you mean a desktop, and i do use a desktop. a damn good one at that. i only have one media-space in my house. it's also my primary living space. my computer is in that living space, which does not include a desk. i like to lay down while watching shows and movies, and hate being hunched over at a desk. i also find gamepads fairly comfortable. you can lay back in any position and enjoy in comfort.
When it comes to DLC it depends on the DLC in question. Not all of it is bad. Yes, something like Destiny or Battlefront is just crap, that shit should have been part of the game. But then you get DLC's such as Hearts of Stone for The Witcher 3 or Dragonborn for Skyrim which are both great value. People shouldn't boycott DLC, they should boycott some DLC that actually is the problem, So basically anything from EA or Activsion
Just buy the DLC you think thats worth it. Dont get why people have such a problem with it. If its a very shit deal a lot wont buy it so they'll change it up, if its a good deal they'll do the same in the next game as people bought it. And if they dont change at keep it as a shit deal (assassins creed...) just dont buy it. DLC will never fully go away, just buy the ones you like (even if you wait for a sale so that its at the right price, like I'm doing with Arkham knight. Its still too expensive now even on the sale atm imo) and dont buy the others.
What's taboo among my friends is playing sports games. I can't go outside and start murdering people every time I wanna play Battlefield. Nor do dragons and fancy magic spells actually exist. And I can't gun it 150 mph down a highway if I feel like racing. But if I wanna go play soccer, I'm gonna fucking go outside and kick the shit out of that ball. It's fun and it's good for my health.
+NumPad That is implying that most people who play sports games are inactive, that is not the case certainly in England, IDK about the states. But also when you play a soccer game like FIFA, you are playing as some of the biggest teams in the world, in their stadium. If the game was just a couple of people in a field kicking the ball around I would better understand your criticism. I can only fight Ali by playing Fight night, I can only drive a Veyron by getting a racing game, I'm only gonna get a dunk playing an NBA game, you see where I'm going with this? Sports games can actually be a lot of fun with a few friends round. There isn't anything wrong with sports games in general, they don't keep people from exercising any more that GTA or any other game.
Braff Zackland Soccer _is_ just a couple of people in a field kicking a ball around. The only difference between the pros and the backyarders (aside from skill) is scope. But if you're playing a soccer game as some kind of fantasy wish fulfillment so you can be some famous dude with a bunch of cheering fans like you've described then sure, I suppose I can see where you're coming from. I consider boxing/UFC games or wrestling games more akin to fighting games than sports games, specifically Street Fighter for boxing/UFC games and Smash Brothers for wrestling games. As I said in my previous comment, I don't consider racing games sports games either because... well, they're not. They're racing games; it's a completely different genre. And I'm sure if you went outside and practiced and/or trained you'd be able to jump high enough to dunk. I've personally done it, and the sense of achievement is waaay higher than what you'd get from dunking in an NBA game, trust me. In short though, I don't really care what people outside of my gaming circle play. Long as you're having fun playing a game, that's all that matters. Long as you're having fun playing a game, then that game has done its job. Holy fuck, that was a long post.
+DrivenByDiamond Can you believe only 35% of players actually PLAY the campaign? That is fucking unbelievable. It really makes me feel like most of the players are very low-brow. -_-
+Yassine Tama One taboo is getting the rights to a successful franchise and then shitting all over it (ahum....Halo 4.....ahum....343 Industries in general.....)
+John Smith dude, it I was primarily left handed it would be exactly what I do. I'd also be using a mouse with my left while running and whatever else with my right. I don't mind the arrow keys in all honesty. I should add that they're especially useful when you're using the keyboard alone to play the game.
A lot of hackers don't hack because they're bad unless it's in an extremely competitive fps like csgo. Most of the time they just get bored with the game and decide to fuck around.
I play online Smash Bros and stuff like that, and lag switches are super common. They're really annoying and I don't understand how anyone would want to ruin everyone's experience just so they could do better at the game. Like, if you're not good at Smash, why don't you take a few characters to the lab or at least get some practice time in?
I play PC games with a controller because a mouse is too sensitive for me. I'm used to making precise adjustments with my thumb, not my entire hand. My hand feels slow and clumsy compared to my thumb. Aiming using a mouse leaves me oversampling and never being able to hit my target.
PC gamers (which I am now exclusively) tend to get really far up their own assess about how much better a mouse and keyboard are than a controller. Fine. I still prefer a controller and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that.
+Sean I guess it depends what you are used to. Sure, a mouse has greater sensitivity and potential for control, but controller support for more games hurts nobody. If you add the desire to sit in your lazy boy and game instead of sitting at your computer desk a controller just makes more sense. I'm not trying to convince anyone, if puerile want k&m then great for them. All I want is to stop listening to the master race lose their shit every time someone mentions a controller.

+Sean by being better at the game. Once again, I'm not trying to convince anyone that the controller is better. I'm just trying to convince people to stop bitching because I like a controller. Also, using a controller isn't exactly a guarantee of defeat. I don't play cs but I've played plenty of shooters on pc and done just fine with a controller.

I hate resting my hand on a keyboard, so I play TF2 (one of only a few PC games I play) with a weird half-and-half control setup. I mapped the movement, jumping, weapon swapping, and abilities to one side of a 360 controller, and the aiming, camera control, and shooting to my mouse. I hold the controller in my left hand and use the mouse with my right. It works surprisingly well.
Ugh, the Call of Duty one got me XD Personally I haven't played CoD because... well I dunno why. Maybe because it's everywhere, and I tend to instinctively dislike overpopular things... XD But while I have nothing against CoD players, I hate to see people claiming to know everything about gaming, and calling themselves 'hardcore gamers', while they've only played Call of Duty. Good God, playing only ONE game or only one franchise of games does NOT make you a gamer! Getting your hands on a CoD disk does not automatically upgrade you to the king of gamers... Oh well, I love your videos, gameranx! They're amazing, so cool! I really hope you make more awesome stuff in the future XD Also.... guys, do you think it's weird for a girl to be a hardcore gamer? I mean, I'm a girl... and I'm very much into games and stuff... but everyone keeps saying it's kinda weird and sometimes, boys consider me lying about what I know about video games and laugh at me.... while girls just openly call me a weird creepy nerd without a life... XD
+Dragonblessed Productions There's nothing wrong with being a female gamer. I'm about to be introducing my girlfriend to games like Diablo, Gears of War, and Fallout 4 in a couple days, upgrading her from only playing Clash of Clans. I can only hope she takes to it like a duck in water.
+kalpour haha, good luck! I think it's cute, introducing your gf to games^^ over here at my country, that would never happen. Boys here think that girls cannot be gamers and give you weird looks if you openly state you are one while being a girl. They would actually consider it insulting to themselves if they introduced their girlfriend to videi games. I really hope things work out for you two, it's nice to see acceptance between the 2 genders ^^
+Dragonblessed Productions these guys dont understand that cod games arent rushed because the devs have 3 years to make the game now it goes 3arch (the best in my opinion) then infinity ward Then sledgehammer
+Dragonblessed Productions I became a gamer because of my high school students (boys); ergo, I was an old woman to them. We struck a deal - they could come in and use my computers during any study hall if they'd introduce me to a variety of games. The first was Myst, which I loathed. I mean FUCKING LOATHED! It's pretty, but I guess I don't like puzzles. Then strategy games, even though I told them ahead I don't like chess. Finally, I saw someone playing the first GTA. OMG, I said you must teach me this game. That's when I realized I just liked killing random people, driving around fast, and otherwise being a general psychopath. The boy who taught me wouldn't let me buy it, either, because he said I should just steal it in the spirit of GTA and juvenile deliquents; showed me a site for codes. I did buy the second one. He'd started me on Diablo, which I liked. My favorite game now is VTM: Bloodlines. Played VTM: Masquerade for a while, and also VTM as a LARP a few times. Those people aren't right in the mind; however, it's nice to be outdoors at night. Gave that up quickly for gaming. You can make the spirit of The Sims a little hardcore for when you don't want to be challenged. For instance, I always have serial marriages and/or roommates, whom I kill and steal all their stuff. You can kill neighbors, too, if they annoy you. All my kids have been removed by CPS. If you ever want to play The Sims, and you need help killing people, just ask. It's easy.
+tekobari I forgot to add that I was on a separate server from the main school which only I maintained and could take off network. Games weren't allowed there. Fuck that. "My boys" fixed stuff all the time, too. I also brought in food for them. We had a symbiotic relationship and after they graduated, they either came back to visit or we still email. Lots of Lost Boys out there, I guess. Never thought I'd prefer teenage boys to girls, but there you have it.
okoli999 The odd thing is I sometimes do that XD shooters aren't really my genre, I do most of my gaming on my 3DS or Wii U nowadays, so the off time I feel like playing a shooter I play the story mode of CoD or Borderlands on a macbook air (the only pc i have) and I don't use a mouse because I can't justify buying a mouse that I'll use once or twice a year, the 360 controller is all I have left of my tragically deceased xbox... Cringe all over me mustard race
+Havicc Brine What sucks about downloading games is when they get old you can't sell them. Like last year I gave game stop my old call of duty and I got like 30 bucks and use that to pay for part of a new game
+Neigh Slayer It really just depends on the game. There are some games on the PC that are obviously meant to be played with a controller. (Thankfully you can use a controller on a PC as well.) But for twitch shooters, it's hard to "twitch" with a thumbstick.
My gf took gears remastered out of my xbox last year to play gtaiv and scratched the fuck out of it. Couldn't even sell it, luckily some how the game still works. I didn't know bluerays could get scratched that bad from just switching games
Pseudo Lain naw just stating facts. To be a gamer, you have to play more than just 1 game. COD is the same game every year. At least throw Assassin's Creed, Halo, Tomb Raider.....shit even Kinect Sports...then you can at least be considered an actual gamer. Plus, you get to use your console for more than just 1 specific game
datboyjeff The basic fact is: If you play games to be called a gamer... you're not and never will be, no matter how many games you play. IMO it's much less about what a gamer is and instead more about the games themselves.
+datboyjeff Ugh. There is no definition of gamer, THATS why so many people hate it. You just add fuel to the fire... CoD is fucking garbage tho, we can agree on that xD
GustavsMiscellany A "gamer" is someone who plays interactive games, such as video games or tabletop games. The term also includes people who work on methods to gamify technologies relevant to gameplay. Key Word: games; plural, meaning more than one.
+Tyrael world of warcraft is okay to have that model because offers very good quality servers. Unlike PSN and Xbox Live that get hacked and even have ads on the dashboard
Given now and days you get free games each month and you are using sonys and Microsoft's game servers they have to make money on those games and to keep those servers online. If they don't keep those servers up the games wouldn't have online play through them.
i er... actually always put a disk with the bottom upwards on a desk because I don't want the other side get dirtied or damage by the dust on that same table XD
***** No need to swear right away >.> I usually do put them right back into the case, though somtimes you have to put them on a table to for example get the box or just switch disks because some boxes have the inconvenient design of having 2 disks on one side.
+BjornBS 2 discs? Can't remember the last time I bought a game that came with more than one but I do still have some ancient PS1 games with more than two discs and even they weren't that bad but even now with my small and arthritic man hands I can manage to both hold a disc and open a game box at the same time..
There’s a few specific games I’m extremely used to having a mouse in my right hand and left using the arrow keys and all the mapped button layout i prefer. Some games work with WASD but just play how you want like damn. I don’t consider anything on this list taboo.
+Ahmad Jabaren difference is that COD has been the same for ages. (well Fifa too, but there is not much to change in the gameplay so they tend to focus mainly on physics and graphics. Assassin's Creed only started to become repetitive after they launched the yearly release plan - that takes the soul out of almost any game. But if you look back at AC1, AC2, ACBrotherhood, ACRevelations, ACBlack Flag, they are all very different and brought something new and exciting to the game. CoD on the other hand, what did they do? Oh they added jetpacks and running on walls, that is about it. And a dog... since they left the ww2 era they have been more or less the same for a decade.
wait for one of them i heard casual games get you into hardcore games. does that mean games are like drugs? casual games are like marijuana and hardcore games are like meth
4: I think the main issue is something you mentioned, there are many people that only play 1 game and I don't think spamming one game all day long makes you a 'Gamer' but rather just a player of that single game. I know some people are divided on this, but I completely believe a gamer has to play at least some variation of games and be involved in gaming communities, not just sit around all day playing the exact same game over and over and over and not even looking at any others.
+Mischievous Roze That's my problem with calling Mobile Gamers "Gamers". Like someone who only plays the CoD games... that's not a gamer in my book. Branch out and expand your experience. If you like FPS or War Games, Try Unreal or Command and Conquer.
I play COC. That's right, I said it. I really don't give fuck if a game is hardcore or not, I just want to have fun. That's what games were made for in this first place, for fun. So as long as it's entertaining I play it.
A lot of these taboo things are pretty stupid, not this list I really liked this video, I mean the things on the list are so petty. If you want to buy CoD every year then do that because you obviously enjoy the games. If you want to play games on a Mac then do that, especially if you only own a Mac. And the one that gets to me the most is the use of a controller on a PC. If someone told me that I should use a mouse and keyboard and not a controller I'd just be like "Oh yeah, of cousrse. How could I be so silly to use a device that enables me to play a game. Let me just use the keyboard and mouse so that it makes it impossible for a special snowflake like myself to play these games I spent my money on"
+sprinkleLPs Hahaha yeah I agree, but this video is talking more about the stuff that really grinds a lot of gamers' gears and not every gamer is as reasonable as you are :P I'm suspect to using a controller on FPS but who cares its fun and chill but a lot of gamers on youtube for example will want to have a go at me because i use a controller on an FPS.
No, we make fun of people who play clash of clans and then try to compare them selves to some one who stays up 16 hours every night playing world of Warcraft or dark souls. Because they think they understand our struggle but they don't.
Could someone please tell me why it became an insult to call someone a casual player? I mean, if there's a casual player playing a "hardcore" game and ruining it for everyone else, then sure I can understand some frustration. But what I don't understand is when people get cussed out because they play a game deemed for "casuals".
+Reuben F i think its along the lines of they are upset that the "casual" player will lower their (insert name of game) leaderboard ranking or whatever its not common in anywhere beyond Cod/Battlefield and Lol/dota/smite/etc
People now days (in all matters, not just gaming) have an odd aversion to labels as if every label given is meant as an insult rather than a useful descriptor. But I guess I can understand it, labelling someone shows them what others think of them which can make you feel limited in capacity, like if you are not told you are a genius then you will never have that potential, in the same way being called casual can instantly isolate you from a community. But for the record there is a very distinguishable difference between a mobile gamer and a casual gamer, casual implies less passion than core/hardcore, whereas mobile is often more a mild addiction or a time waster, so nothing to do with proper video gaming
+Ethan Schulze Those aren't the same. In Children Online Daycare all the action you see is 100% scripted and there's no destruction. In battlefield you jump from a falling skyscrapper on a bike if you want.
I've been a gamer since infanthood and have violated nearly all those "taboos". I'm traditionally a console gamer and use a gamepad with my gaming laptop whenever supported. I freely criticize Steam on regular occasions. I play some mobile games on top of console and PC. I used to game on my old iMac. Do any of these things make me any less of a gamer? No, they merely make me a less conceited gamer.
Mishandling discs has not only ended friendships, but it has ended lives. show respect and put the disc back in it's proper case when you are done. We will not be having this conversation ever again.
Ended lives? Seriously? Didn't know about that one. But I hate it too. The idea I have to upturn the whole house for a disc that isn't in the right case gives me shivers.
Hey, people say shit about me because I play Nintendo and I say I'm a gamer. I don't play shooters (other than Star Wars Battlefront occasionally) but because of that I'm not a gamer. I'm just "casual" to some, and it doesn't help I'm a girl (not saying that to be a feminist fuck lol) so people dont take me seriously. It SUCKS
There are loads of other games besides shooters that qualify you as being a gamer. Nintendo games like Smash Brothers and Pokemon take a lot of time and dedication to play, so I easily count that. Then you have strategy games, beat em ups, hack and slashes, survival games...not everything has to be a shooter.
I do not only because my computer can't handle games well, so I want a new computer soon so I can. Although I do enjoy watching people play steam, I haven't been able to yet. It totally sucks
People that only play fifa = not real gamers. I hate football but was once convinced to play this game with mates who were into football. Winner stays on I never played it before. None of them could beat me and wouldn't believe i never played it before. R.I.P
+zack red So basically this crown is equal to the price of Markiplier's crown... that is until someone puts the crown on ebay and people start bidding like crazy.
Nothings more frustrating than watching somebody fail terribly at a game. Back seat gaming or not, it's terrible when watching somebody just get absolutely trashed and then it's your turn to play and you shine. Edit: As an add on, when it comes to controllers use on PC, there are some games which just feel smoother with a mouse.Grand Theft Auto (well, any driving game to be precise on PC) and a small handful of other games, which in every instance has had a port over to or from console. Like MGS-V:TPP, Mass Effect, Watch Dogs and Assassins Creed, they felt much easier to handle with a controller. Though there is no denying any games heavy on shooting or being a straight up FPS are easier with the mouse. Two cents, deuces.
+SlamifiedBuddafied I started playing GTA (III) early and I mapped the on-foot actions to kb/m and the driving to a Logitech pad. I can swap during the animation of him getting in the car (gamepad in my lap) and get my drive on. It's definitely worth a try, especially if you NFS with a gamepad on a PC.
That is something I've found myself doing more with GTA online lately, particularly in PvP game modes while on foot while my controller is on my lap as well for driving. Just something about analog that feels better, though I'd have to say having only played all the previous GTA titles back to the second installment, it'd be difficult for my brain to actually play the game full time with a totally different set of controls in my hands.
+SlamifiedBuddafied Personally, i think just about any game that's not First-Person feels better with a controller (with the exception of PC specific games, of course). Only games I don't use a controller for are stuff like Battlefield, Portal, Borderlands, and such. Any other game (again, that's not made specifically for PC ie Age of Empires, League of Legends) I prefer a controller.
Jason Porter Everybody's trying to pretend that their preference is the best for everybody, but it all depends what you grew up with. I've been gaming since before half the commenters on TH-cam were born and it's been WASD the whole way. I didn't get my first console (excluding the Atari 2600) until I was over thirty-five years old. I remember when they invented the internet... I already had a family.
A taboo for me (and this goes for comics, movies, and TV series too, not just games) is wearing a shirt or something with some obscure reference on it, to a game that you haven't played.
My first computer was a Mac and it worked pretty well when booted with Windows. I got Ultra settings out of Skyrim, War Thunder, and Far Cry 3 and Blood Dragon, with 30-60 fps. Not too shabby
+FaZe MiNeScOpEr There's something called bootcamp on macs, in which you can pick to run windows instead of Mac os when you turn on your computer. I have it set up on my computer, it's pretty nice
Yeah that second to last one hits home. I'm a PC gamer and I love FPS games. I grew up with CS, Unreal, Quake, ext. I was at my friends house hanging out and he's like. Let's play some call of duty. I'm like nah man I can't use thumb sticks for these types of games...I have to have a keyboard and mouse. He and a couple of other friends spent the next 30 minutes berating me about how that was stupid and I should just play to have fun. I'm fairly certain he just wanted to beat me at it....but it was annoying to have people berate me over a simple logical choice. If I have no chance of winning....why would I even play? It's like me goading them into playing on PC and then wiping the floor with them.
+teamhex i guess but you should of still tried to play. i suck at many games and dont like controllers anymore but i still play smite on my friends xbox when over there, and he does vice versa on the pc at my house. you cant get better at somethign if you dont try. i understand where you're coming from though, i hesitate to play when i feel like i cant win, but if its on something different then what i usually play i.e a console then i try not to care since its not my choice of equipment.
Says controllers shouldn't be used for PC gaming, next point talking about the customization that PC offers, like for example custom inputs. Decide man?!!!
+Im Tabe he said controllers shouldn't be used in FPS games like counter strike. Controllers are so inaccurate compared to mice so it's a stupid idea. I use controllers for fighting games and driving.
+Im Tabe you say that like being on the top of the leaderboard is an achievement on CoD. CoD is one of the easiest fps games that's why it's taken as a joke.
+Josedude Well stomping on casuals is easy in any game, Cod is neither harder nor easier than any other fps game, otherwise there wouldn't be competitive gaming for it. See now this make me think that you haven't played a lot of the earlier games (Waw and Cod4).
A bit of advice. If you can't get up to go wash your hands for whatever reason, keep some wet wipes by wherever you game. It takes a couple seconds to clean your hands, and can get stickiness off of controllers in a pinch. Your controller will thank you.
A taboo thing for me is Skill Shaming people. I don’t do it and neither should anyone else. We’re playing a game, who cares if I use Traction Control or don’t play on the highest difficulty. Not everyone plays to make their lives difficult…
I rock people's world with a controller on PC. It is just about what you have played with more. Not to mention that consoles can use mouse and keyboard too. Whatever you are better with is what you should use.
+InItForTheParking well we are definitely in the minority here but I use a controller for everything between FO4 to BF4 and that is why pc gaming is better pc's have the flexibility consoles never really will if someone wanted to the could hook up their pc to their tv and play it like a console
CAC-VLOG Better? If someone wanted to they could hook their console up to a monitor and use a mouse and keyboard. Better is a subjective term. More flexibility may be what it takes for you but for many consoles are better because of their simplicity.
The crux is that you'll probably have a pc in your house anyway. It would be a lot cheaper overall to simply get a gaming pc. More importantly, I'm pretty damned sure that you can't have anywhere near the aiming precision that mouse users do with a controller

Racecar Johnny I'm talking about FPS games as well. I use a controller on FPS and do just as well on PC as I do on console. Averaging about a 2.5 KDR in most shooters. kifsator No it isn't cheaper. I've actually done the math over the life cycle of a console and even included a cheap PC in the price of the console. Then gave another benifit or two to PC. If you would like I can try and find the whole TL:DR version I typed out.
I hate getting kicked off a server or out of an MMO team if I'm only playing the game for a week or so. I'm up front about that too. Like: "Hey, I've only been playing for a week, so please bear with me.". Sometimes even a "Sorry, I've only been playing for a week. Any tips? I'd really appreciate it." I mean, come on, we have all been a noob at one point! How am I even going to up my skill level if I don't even have an opportunity to learn? Sorry to say, but complaining about someone's skill level also shows a high level of immaturity if you ask me. I mean, we're all here to have fun. Fun is exactly why games exist in the first place. Elitists don't need to ruin that for everyone with their bellyaching over something that isn't even going to matter in a few years. I mean, I don't know about you, but I haven't thought back to whatever random noob that I may have met long ago. I was way too busy with LoZ: Breath of the Wild. And talking with my friend about The Evil Within. And wishing I had an income again with all these nice games coming out. :(
When I was a kid I didn't need casual games to get me into hardcore games. I didn't need flappy birds to get me into sonic the hedgehog... I didn't need Angry birds to get into Golden Axe. When I played the original homeworld back when it was new, I didn't think "oh god this is too hardcore, I gotta play some clash of clans first"... No I fucking kept playing and using a fuck ton of salvage corvettes and I enjoyed every min of it. If and when I someday have kids, I won't allow them to play casual games because I know they'd get bored and frustrated fo them fast. Fuck casual gaming
+DEATHBYFLYINGCDS When I was a kid, most other kids where looking at our hobbies and think like "hey you nerd, games are bad". Now games became more mainstream, the same kids are playing all the trendy simplified games, not just angry birds, but a lot of "hardcore" games are very simplified today. I'd rather spend my time lost in non-linear maps in old FPS or play some challenging platform game, at least there are choices for everyone, I can use emulators for classics, or maybe find some good indie stuff out there that are more like the old times. Yeah, I am also pissed when I see some very simplified game, not only many games have too linear path without chance for alternative paths and exploration but there is someone telling you where to go all the time. I also totally hate QTEs among other things. Will go back to some indie game or maybe open an old computer or retro console and enjoy my time.
***** Hardcore gaming has tangible scientifically proven benefits, such as improving hand eye coordination, averting alzheimer's, improving brain response times, improved focus, improved eyesight, improved empathy, improved teamwork. Casual gaming, is nothing but the dirty things hardcore gaming has been called over the years.... They'd be better off watching the idiot box.
+Optimus6128 this is something I've recognized and will say, most newer games are crap in terms of difficulty and actual skills needed. No matter how "hardcore" they say they are. It's only once in a while that you find a newer game that is as hard as some of the "regular" games from back then.
***** Being fat because of gaming is such a bad stereotype. Even casual games can be addictive sometimes, just look at people stuck in farmville. I'd rather let my kids play more clever games that don't suck you into a repeatitive grind. Although this has become a bad habit of triple AAA games too. Do this mission, press the next button to do this action, follow the path that we show you. Maybe I would suggest Minecraft for little kids. But anyway, all games might seem like a waste of time but so is watching movies, tv series, reading novels, etc. The only thing I agree is that gamers don't need to defend their hobby. They become edgy and defensive sometimes. But also nobody can define what's useful and what's useless, we are given one life without any hints of what to do. It's us or our culture or our society that sometimes try to define what's useful, it's our own idea. Maybe watching movies or listening to music was considered useless by many in the past.
+DEATHBYFLYINGCDS That's not the point. The point is that if you have someone who have fuck all interest in video games, they might try some mobile game on their phone, because it's easy and doesn't take up a lot of time, get hooked and maybe be interested in trying something more involved on a PC or a console. Such person would never ever even think about going straight for "hardcore" game, because they think it's stupid, waste of time, too difficult, whatever.
I am so guilty of #9. I dont really try to do it but whenever i watch someone play skyrim there are just certain things i always do when i play and it bugs me when i see people skipping over it.
No we can't 'just get along'. Clash of Clans is not a game. It is a pay-to-win piece of crap. I quit playing because all it was about was who paid the most money for gems.
I wouldn't backseat game if my friends didn't suck so hard at the game. Just saying. I know its an arguably douchey thing to do, but when you watch your friends and family fail at the easiest obstacles in the entire game, you gotta REALLY try to not say anything.
I got into gaming through NES and Java games (the actual good mobile games) and now I have played most NES, SNES, SEGA, GBA, DS, 3DS, PS1 and many old PC games. Now it's time to play PS2/3 games for me. Since I am catching up. I am primarily a single-player gamer and I play a vast variety of games and still branching out. So I fall between casual and hardcore, a Core gamer that means. But eh, it doesn't matter anyways. I get to have fun playing good games, that's all that matters. Life's short, enjoy it.
I also play PC games with an Xbox controller. A former roommate of mine saw the controller and asked if I had an Xbox One. My response: Nope. Roommate: Then why do you have a controller? My response: To play on my computer.
@@leaphiwyndraigon8988 Are you more of an Xbox or PS type. I'm much more accustomed to Xbox controllers, so I tend to use controllers that are Xbox 360 or Xbox One compatible. If you go with the Xbox controller, I wouldn't bother with the wireless dongle, because in my experience, some engines stop responding properly to the controller's wireless signals if the frame rate drops below 48. At first it'll be something small like the triggers not always registering a change in position, but as the frame rate drops, some of the buttons stop working, and if it drops more, then it's the thumbsticks start having problems. Anyways, I go for Xbox controllers because I like the positioning of the thumbsticks more than how the PS controller does it. And, Windows 7 and 10 are able to handle both official and non-official Xbox controllers (you might have to install a MS program if using Win 7). But, if you like how the PS controller places their thumbsticks, then you are going to have to find a PC controller that's configured that way. I've come across plenty of them GameStopm BestBuy, and even Wallmart. With that out of the way, there are also controllers that don't have that kind of layout. If they're recent buys, then they should be supported by the recent OS. I've had more than one controller that worked fine with Win XP or even early Win 7, but stopped working on me because the company that made it stopped creating drivers for the hardware. I don't know how much of an issue this is with Win 10, but do keep in mind that MS keeps changing the APIs on Win 10, which has a tendency to make things break when their drivers don't get updated. I've seen this happen with the feature updates a few times over the last two years. Again, part of the reason I stick with Xbox controllers is because that's one API that they can't miss around with too much because the Xbox console is dependent on it. Change the API to the point where the controller doesn't work, and they'll have a pretty big issue. This is one of those instances where the MS push to use one Windows OS everywhere is actually useful.
I don't get the disks one, Who the hell uses disks anymore? lmao that's from like 1999, who doesn't just download content these days? UPGRADE TO THE PC MASTERRACE, BECOME A R E A L GAMER. BE BETTER THAN A FILTHY CONSOLE PEASANT, RAISE YOUR HOPES AND DREAMS FROM "FAZE" TO "CLOUD9" HAIL LORD GABEN. HAIL LORD GABEN.
Me: **Meeting somebody new** So are you a gamer? Them: Yup! Me: Oh, cool! What do you play, man? Them: Farmville! Me: **Turns the other direction, never showing my face to that insult again*
In my opinion, if you only play one TYPE of game youre not a legit gamer. (ie, only FPS games, only racing games or only MMOs) you have to play different things. Play Assassins Creed one day , Counter strike on the other and Need For Speed the day after. if you play only one type of game, youre just a guy who sits in front of his console or pc and repeats the same thing over and over. but if you play different things all the time you improve your skills as a legit gamer. Assassins creed: go stealth dont get detected, Counter Strike: Watch your surroundings Need for Speed: be careful around tight corners. Its kinda like multitasking. (I said in my opinion calm down LoL fans) (Yes I met about 50 people on the internet who only played games like LoL and nothing else. I asked one of them ''do you play Assassins Creed?'' He said ''what is assassins creed?'' no kidding.)
+Hasan Bora Kaygın "but if you play different things all the time you improve your skills as a legit gamer. " You're an idiot, so olofmeister is not a real gamer? Well then, I'm happy I'm not apart of you idiots, I'll just carry on and enjoy my counter strike, thank you.
+Bodhi “Vix” Geraci so youre telling me this guy never plays anything but fps games? 1 how do you know? 2 i didnt say that the people who only play 1 type of game are idiots or losers or anything. In fact my best friend only plays MMOs. I didnt say anything offensive either i just talked about my personal thoughts. you started an argument for no reason
For real.. i was playing Resident Evil: Biohazard and my sister's friend was in the room who had played it before. She kept telling me what was going to happen right before it happened..
What about Madden? People by that shit every year and every year it is just the same. At least COD adds new stuff to it. $60 for a game that hasnt changed since it 1st came out it a rip off
Madden and other sport games getting yearly releases is a little different than CoD getting a yearly release. In the world of sports, teams change on a regular basis. Sometimes owners, sometimes players, and other times the coach. In addition to that, developers have to license the likeness of the players. So who they may or may not have a license to put in a game changes each year. All CoD does is change the story and maps. Otherwise it's the same thing every year. Not much different than sports games. I do, however agree that both are a tad overpriced.
A player switching teams every once and a while can be easily updated with out having to make a new game. The gameplay in all of the madden games are exactly the same you cant deny.
I bought my nephew (7 years old) a 2ds with New Super Mario Bros 2 on his birthday, he opened it, played a little bit and got back to play angry birds on his tablet. It made me cry.
3d land is better
+Marc Stuart that's not the point, the point is that kids today prefer a very limited smartphone/tablet game over an actual game
Yeah I know
It's all they look at
Still I think 3d land is better than 2
Dunno maybe it could have held his attention longer or sonething
+Ataur Dewan Sounds like you got yourself a new DS ;)
+Frank Smertkopf No, i'm not gonna take the 2ds from him even if he never uses it, but it makes me sad that my nephew doesn't appreciate great games, especially since i grew up playing Pokemon, Mario, Zelda on my game boy. Maybe it's just me getting old....
"It's just a game" Those words should never, ever be pronounced unless you want a keyboard smashed right on your head.
exactly!
+ACM-JT Gaming jeez ikr

+Girolamo Esposito But no matter what you say,it literally is just a game
Make sure to smack the "F_CK YOU" keys of it and hope a tooth follows as the first "U"
4:14 "casual gaming can be a gateway into more hardcore gaming"
That's also what my mom told me about drugs
New Mayor Luigi, that's actually true. I played Dr. Mario once in the mid 90s, been addicted meth since. Casual games are always a gateway to drugs.
Samantha Gibson me too, only i played far cry 4 and now im addicted to LSD
Alex-john Trainor I played far cry 5 and now I’m addicted to bliss. Send help.
I played Fallout New Vegas and now I'm addicted to jet. It's not even a real drug.
Yah, I smoked crack and i'm now addicted to gaming!
Oh god! Disc mishandling. It made me cringe so hard. Why did you have to show those awful pictures, whyyyyyyy?
I totally know how you feel! I ONCE lent out one of my brand new games to a friend and when I got it back, it was almost a F&*%@#% coaster! I was so pissed about that! I never made that fatal mistake ever again!
6 years later: what disc?
Me: **shakes hands with person** "so are you a gamer too?"
Person: "yeah, I play clash of clans."
Me: **washes hands**

I remember when I played clash of clans.. I was obsessed. Then I grew up.

Worst taboo: screen cheating while playing a pvp game on split screen
My brother used to do that back when we played halo..he still lost lol
ViperSA That is a dick move. I despise people who does that.
You can still splitscreen games?
Reasons not to game on a mac. 1: The cheapest macbook is still more expensive than a half decent gaming computer or laptop.
2: it's a mac.
1. Gaming on a Mac is shit if you don't set the RAM higher. They default the RAM at 128MB. It is damn easy to change it and then the Mac will run just like any other laptop (other than custom/gaming built laptops)
2. Trackpad is extremely good. If you don't have a mouse, the trackpad on Macs have way less cons than those of other laptops.
3. Battery lasts way longer. I can leave 3 games on at full brightness and it would last +-5hrs
Macs are really practical for non-gaming activities as well.
4. Extremely user friendly
5. Trackpad options are very customisable
6. Software is very customisable
7. Editing is much better
8. Macs run way faster
9. Very useful abilities at the tap of multiple fingers (tri-tap to define)
10. They don't break easily
11. Don't get viruses easily (unless you're a fucktard)

1: For what you would pay for a mac with more ram so you don't void your warranty installing more yourself, you can get a much better windows or linux os machine that DOESN'T thermal throttle.
Shvet Maharaj
Pretty much everything you said is either fanboy drivel or just stupid.
+hellcat1988 I play on a
Mac Pro 4,1 (Bootcamp), Intel Xeon X5679 3.2Ghz 6-core 12 Mb L3 Server Processor, 16GB 1066Mhz Ram, GTX 670 Superclocked 4GB Graphics Card, 2TB 7200RPM Hybrid Drive, 2tb Hard Drive , Windows 10 64-bit
...and the whole setup cost me less than $1000 used, (I built it from For Parts Computers 3 used ones for $800 plus the graphics card and adapter cables)
And I can upgrade the ram to 32gb of 1333Mhz Ram for around $120 and the graphics card up to a 980 Ti.
Yea, that's how it is. You can play what you want, but please understand that you're not a gamer if the one "game" you play is Candy Crush...
It's a game. Therefore if you play it regularly, your a gamer. End of story
Seth Lancaster are you saying that people who play clash of clans are the only people who are good at playing games/ being a good gamer
Facts and stuff I play lot's of chess, I'm such a hardcore gamer.
"playing games on a mac?" Someone should tell them that photoshop isn't a game. lol
+antagonizerr :}
+Sean Well gameboys are cool.
+antagonizerr I remember in the 90's when PC games were really starting to boom, you would look at games for mac and it would be like ... Railroad Tycoon ... and that's it ... it was a no-brainer going PC after that.
Jahhahahahahahahhahahah
+Michael Roach if only Macs could some how run windows.....
Don't bait-and-switch your customers with an awesome looking E3 demo, and then release a shitty final product. I'm looking at you, Gearbox.
+sulacomarine They did that ONC- no wait they did it twice- nope wait they did it three times nevermind BoRdErLaNdS iS gOoD oKaY?!
+sulacomarine which game are we talking about? for a second thought you were hating on watchdogs lol but I think that is ubisoft
facehugger89 "Aliens: Colonial Marines"
sulacomarine
Pretty poor decision making though I mean who buys a game based off a staged demo at E3. Advertising 101 make something stand out and look more amazing then it actually is. .
+Haku infinite Don't look at bungie! They might end up charging you $4.99 just for the ability to look that direction! lol!
i hate it when a thumbnail shows a girl but the video doesn't
+Morgan Pearson Clickbait yo.
Welcome to TH-cam
+Morgan Pearson How about those damn thumbnails to those vine videos that have pictures of women with big boobs. Not ONCE do they show the woman with big boobs.
+supercyberfunk its called click candy and yes it sucks (deez nuts)
i just wanted to know why was there a price on her boobs, and i was disappointed either way
i find this guys optimism really refreshing. i have played steam games on a macbook (until i got a PC) and i could play some games really well, just for not that long because i was afraid my laptop would overheat and die on me.
Don’t a lot of games just not work on Mac OS though? I used to game on a Mac and got a pc as it was more of you just can’t with a lot of games.
I think it's fine to play games on Mac. But buying a Mac FOR gaming is a bit silly.
It's less taboo to play on a Mac than it is nearly impossible.
+Googlefluff857 yeah ikr, sometimes you see reviews on steam saying: "it doesnt run wel on my mac!"
*sigh*
+Googlefluff857 i play stuff like League of Legends, CS:GO, World of Tanks, Armored Warfare (not CoD) and so on on my 4.5y old iMac and all runs smoothly at 60+... dont know what exactly you want to say with "nearly impossible"
+iMrMalibuZ lol those arent games. those are like glorified handjobs
+Christopher Mburu So now games are *better* than orgasms?
Christopher Mburu Hostile much?
It should be a taboo to just bump into a gamer's room and start chit chatting at him - it's immersion breaking, it makes people miss out on parts of a game's story and it's fucking rude (to just interrupt a person doing something like it's nothing) to begin with
+gnhtd1 If only I could get it through my brother's head about this. Then again he does it for movies, too.
+gnhtd1 My brother does this every freaking time!!
+gnhtd1 *lose
I don't hate cod.
I hate their community.
+strange bitchy commander So true. I play League of Legends and get that problem so often there too xD
I hate CS and the community.
+strange bitchy commander I say fuck'em both
Good thing not many kids play fallout
+Ruby #Enternal flame Fallout doesn't even have a community bro
My “friend came up to me and said, wanna play down games? I said yeah and saw him boot up clash of clans on his phone and instantly left
demn how is that possible? it died years ago
It had its day. =\
Mate, well I play Among Us with my sister and relatives
unskippable cutscene if i die on the hardest difficulty and i didnt reach a checkpoint i dont want to sit through a 5 minute cutscene that i cant skip
+sean mccauley Or there is a checkpoint just before a boss intro.
I hate that so much like in dark souls the fight between smough and ornstein
+sean mccauley possibly intentional to frustrate people more.
+sean mccauley or unpausable cut-scenes, especially when playing an MGS game
+Alexander Trenfield - Xenosaga. I would like to go to the bathroom soon. Please stop with the videos.
I'm one of those "weirdos" that plays COD single player campaigns and then puts the game down forever. I never understood devoting all my time to one game when there are so many fantastic games out there.
I 100% agree with you on that
+ember prime my friend if you can't take insults from other people when you play online especially on COD then son you shouldn't play, with shooters especially COD when online you have 3 choices A grow a pair and take the insults like a boss, B get good enough to where you aren't insulted of being bad but also hit insulted about being a hacker aka really good, or C DONT PLAY
+Brendan Mazerolle or everybody could play games without being dicks and let skill speak for itself.
+ember prime yup, online abuse is a problem and there is nothing wrong or weak about choosing not to tolerate it. Best thing you can do to avoid that is create matches limited to friends only. But finding a good group of online friends can be easier said than done.
+ember prime or again you can just take it like a pro and then turn it around back at them given the chance
I hate when someone pretends that they're a hardcore gamer, but actually can't even beat a mobile game....
Yea I am so one of them lol
+WarzValzMinez well it's almost as if some games are made horribly *choking cough* mobile games *cough*
+WarzValzMinez And I hate it when someone beats the 1st level of a game when you've beat it 2 times and then they pretend that they did alot better than you.
Excellent point.
+WarzValzMinez Most mobile games are impossible to beat since there is no ultimate goal or (as it is in most cases) the game itself is made to steal money from you and so most gamers just unnistall
Is playing with an xbox controller on a pc really frowned upon? whoops
people don't like it because controllers have aim assist, witch if you didn't know it moves your character slightly if your aimed at them, ex: in cod if you were scoped up and someone came running right in front of you, your screen would move until you couldn't see him anymore. it gives you a huge advantage and pc gamers don't like it
Nathan Seward That makes a lot of sense, I usually play single player games for their story, so I guess no one really cares about me then haha.
im pretty sure they mentioned quite specifically, playing fps. really tho. for anyone, just learn the kb and mouse. you willl get better with practice and then suddenly never want to touch your console or controller again...
that's kinda just a pc master race joke but i got nba 2k15 for my pc. and no way am i playing that on kb and mouse. some games a kb and mouse is much more useful/accessible and few others not so much. practice anything enough and you will get good at it eventually tho
Its not because of controllers getting aim assist lol XD kb and mouse is superior to a controller in any fps.
Yea that's for shooters. I don't see myself playing a racing game with mouse and keyboard..
+TLMGRexis7 And what's worse, they come in to insult you just so they can look cool in front of a player they've never met.
They must remain in the community so we can still have troll videos..
*****
You would not like Overwatch then. I played that game and NOBODY works together most of the time. I mean you get a few friend based teams and that one straggler who heals or buffs strangers and he's everyone's friend because ain't nobody else going to do it lol.
\[T]/
I don't know about you guys, but with a lot of people I know, mainly in the shooter community, consider it extremely taboo to enjoy playing Nintendo games, or anything like it because they 'look kiddy'. I play way more Counter-Strike, Team Fortress 2, etc than I do Nintendo games, but games like Zelda and Pokemon are way more fun to me, by a lot. So when I mention I play them, they instantly assume I'm not hardcore, or now suck at games, which is really annoying.
+The Suspect Bot | cs go do jetboxes taste good?
+John Oliver Agreed. Apparently they never played Metal Gear or Rygar back in the day : )
+JetBox There is no "hardcore gamer" or "casual gamer" in my opnion. If you play a game you consider yourself a gamer no matter wat genre you play.
Don't play an RTS or an FPS with a controller.
Don't play a driving game, a fighting game or a platformer with mouse and keyboard.
Just that!
+Tom Schwarz If you practice with it... controllers can surpass Mouse and Keyboard on FPS and RTS as well. The learning curve is just steeper.
+SergeofBIBEK No... Just no...
+SergeofBIBEK When it comes to FPS using a controller is just STUPID!
Zia Mahomed Only it's not. =-O
A taboo I have in gaming is disrespecting my opponent while playing against them, I would disrespect them any other time but not during gameplay
I repsect that.
I don't :D
That's how disrespectfull I can get with no reason what-so-evah
I respect that! but when In a heated match the occasional git gud will slip out when I do something cool
Nathan guerra same except + get rekt
as a pc gamer i use a controller for driving games, for games like fallout or assassins creed i will use a controller, but for a game that requires precision like counter strike then i will use a mouse and keyboard.
+Firenyth Dark Souls controles with a mouse and keyboard are tremendously bad so I play it with a controller
+CrepticMoon it is better for sniping in games like that. For the rest isn't that good.
Some of the pictures from Number 5 caused me physical pain to look at.
+Bob Bluered Discs never die ! :D
me 2 :D
+Bob Bluered I lent my Playstation 2 to a friend once, got my Gran Turismo 2 disk back with a mug ring on the read side.
+Bob Bluered YUP
+Sython6 Shouldn't you say "ex-friend" then?
I'm surprised that the 'Xbox VS Playstation'-argument isn't in this video, or even worse, the 'PC VS Console'-argument. Jeez, I for one started playing on an xbox. After about a year, I started playing on a computer. I'm not here to advertise PC gaming, but I can promise you that I'm never ever buying myself an xbox or playstation ever again. Just play whatever you want. These days, PC gamers hate you for playing on consoles. And here I am, waiting for the day on which we will be able to play cross-platform.
+Thomas ‘BassMaster’ Raes When PC and Console gamers will finally be able to play on the same servers I will be very happy.
+iniminimoshimo With this generation of hardware on consoles having very similar x86 architecture it is possible for cross platform play. Although It would be very unfair in most cases.
+iniminimoshimo No, then we will have the cancerous console kid fanbase on our games. Not cool man!
+Employee 427 Uhm what are you talking about, clearly you havent met the "kid-side" of PC gaming
Employee 427 Ehhhh perhaps. I dont own console so I cant tell but it cant be that bad lol
Whoa! That disk cover at 3:27
It took me a few seconds to register that. I then had to go back and check it out again. That's one hell of a design
I use them myself because I'm disabled and my hands shake too much to be precise with a m/k setup
And when I say I have those problems, yeah it's not the worst and a lot of people have that problem once in a while but I mean I have that problem literally every time.
i'm better with M/K
but always use gamepad. why? it's comfortable.
i'm usually on my bed or a couch. never ever at a desk.
tried using a mouse on fabric? not going to do any great shooting with it.
Then get a computer and don't use a laptop
And Saints Row IV did it great as well. Making it pretty much. 90% all costumes and guns, with 2 mission packs.
+Sadistic Unicorn Don't forget Bloodborne's DLC
TimTam 4Life Haven't played it but based on Dark Souls I can't say that comes as a surprise
+Sadistic Unicorn Treyarch has great dlc, but I'm a zombies fans, so yeah.
+NumPad Well said.
+NumPad I only expection I make to sports games are Racing or the NFL/NBA street, Or blitz, UFC and WWE/RAW games
+NumPad good point!
"Gaming on a MAC" ---1 I'm dying
Personally I enjoy the single player campaign of Call of Duty, especially CoD4 and MW2
+IronManRox The ones listed by Driven are much better.
Black Ops 1 is one of my faves. Has that interesting "24 meets Manchurian Candidate" feel to it. Also, going further back, WaW was very different.
+DrivenByDiamond Can you believe only 35% of players actually PLAY the campaign? That is fucking unbelievable. It really makes me feel like most of the players are very low-brow. -_-
+Lion Celica I agree. Fucking ridiculous.
+Lion Celica they should sell multiplayer separate from the campaign and zombies.
one taboo is no splitscreen when you have a game with multiplayer....
ahum....halo 5.....
+Yassine Tama
One taboo is getting the rights to a successful franchise and then shitting all over it (ahum....Halo 4.....ahum....343 Industries in general.....)
+Yassine Tama or having a stroy that shits on everything the fans love about the game...(halo 5)
+Yassine Tama Sometimes a good reason for such option to be excluded in a game is due to hardware limitations.

One large taboo for me is when people use arrow keys over the WASD Keys
+John Smith o god don't speak of such evil
Lol it's funny to think about how people still do that
That's not even the worst of it. Just wait till you see someone use the arrow keys and the mouse with the same hand.
+John Smith Or when people choose to use WASD but A and D are left turn and right turn instead of strafe (the mouse is for turning).
+John Smith dude, it I was primarily left handed it would be exactly what I do. I'd also be using a mouse with my left while running and whatever else with my right. I don't mind the arrow keys in all honesty. I should add that they're especially useful when you're using the keyboard alone to play the game.
Hackers. Every time, fucking hackers.
If you're shit at a game, don't fucking play it.
A lot of hackers don't hack because they're bad unless it's in an extremely competitive fps like csgo. Most of the time they just get bored with the game and decide to fuck around.
*****
SHit excuses.
Stop fucking up people's fun.
+Kainlarsen Chill. Unless they're using it to be a dick to other players, who cares?
*****
That's the reason 90% of the time. I play games to have fun, not get pissed off by someone who has no sense of sportsmanship.

*cringe*
Seriously, a keyboard is not that hard if you practice a bit
I thought about this years ago. Just never put the time into mapping out the buttons. I’m not very patient.
I really hope you make more awesome stuff in the future XD
Also.... guys, do you think it's weird for a girl to be a hardcore gamer?
Well now I just feel like playing CoD with a 360 controller on my macbook
+Mau dL i know this is a troll but i cant help my self from being disgusted by your comment
okoli999 The odd thing is I sometimes do that XD shooters aren't really my genre, I do most of my gaming on my 3DS or Wii U nowadays, so the off time I feel like playing a shooter I play the story mode of CoD or Borderlands on a macbook air (the only pc i have) and I don't use a mouse because I can't justify buying a mouse that I'll use once or twice a year, the 360 controller is all I have left of my tragically deceased xbox...
Cringe all over me mustard race
Mau dL holy fuck i feel sorry for you let the light of gaben shine upon you
okoli999 hahaha hey if Gaben sponsors it I'd be glad to get a proper gaming rig, college is a bitch my friend
Mau dL sweden master race
lol..discs...i remember those...
+Havicc Brine What about discks?
+Nosirrbro lol
+Havicc Brine I thought exactly the same! xD
You mean Floppy disks? I remember playing a version of Mario in one of those old Floppys
+Havicc Brine What sucks about downloading games is when they get old you can't sell them. Like last year I gave game stop my old call of duty and I got like 30 bucks and use that to pay for part of a new game
i consider mobile gamers "mini-gamers"
Pira8ted , how about micro gamers because phone games have 1 million+ microtransaction
Who the hell even liked this comment?
Some games on moblie are really good. Not mainatream or micro crap..
Only the “mini-gamers” liked this comment
@@befriender7059 me
I use a controller for PC games.
I can't be the only one who doesn't wanna remember which letters on the keyboard do what.
i use it too, mostly for platformers and racers
+Neigh Slayer I do but usally for first person RPGs like skyrim or a platformer or puzzle
+Neigh Slayer It really just depends on the game. There are some games on the PC that are obviously meant to be played with a controller. (Thankfully you can use a controller on a PC as well.) But for twitch shooters, it's hard to "twitch" with a thumbstick.
For me it's usually because I can never get comfortable enough with a keypad and mouse to be any good at a game.
Wow. Not with that attitude pal.
Don't play Dark Souls with mouse and keyboard.
Just don't.
+Jelle Verest Why not?
+Quincy Dark Souls is notorious for having a terrible pc port, so they didn't put any thought into the button placement.
Jelle Verest You also shouldn't mix milk with Redbull.
+Quincy hahaha, I guess you're right :p
Jelle Verest XD
Taking care of those game discs is required at my house. I will literally kick you out of my house if you don't treat my discs with respect.
My gf took gears remastered out of my xbox last year to play gtaiv and scratched the fuck out of it. Couldn't even sell it, luckily some how the game still works. I didn't know bluerays could get scratched that bad from just switching games
You're not a gamer if the only game you play is Call of Duty. That's a waste of a console or a PC...
+datboyjeff
Tell 'em how to live their life bro, that's hardcore.
Pseudo Lain naw just stating facts. To be a gamer, you have to play more than just 1 game. COD is the same game every year. At least throw Assassin's Creed, Halo, Tomb Raider.....shit even Kinect Sports...then you can at least be considered an actual gamer. Plus, you get to use your console for more than just 1 specific game
datboyjeff
The basic fact is: If you play games to be called a gamer... you're not and never will be, no matter how many games you play.
You guys should also add monthly subs to the list.
EDIT : No, I am not only speaking about WoW.
+Tyrael Agreed screw that model!
I'd rather pay 15 monthly for something like wow then to buy 50-100 in microtransactions in order to be competitive with other players.
Couldn't really add that to the list because WOW is one of the most played games and has lasted quite sometime
i er... actually always put a disk with the bottom upwards on a desk because I don't want the other side get dirtied or damage by the dust on that same table XD
Exactly, like everyone! that's what he tried to say!
***** No need to swear right away >.> I usually do put them right back into the case, though somtimes you have to put them on a table to for example get the box or just switch disks because some boxes have the inconvenient design of having 2 disks on one side.
+BjornBS dust isn't a problem it's when the is a height difference on the disc
+BjornBS 2 discs? Can't remember the last time I bought a game that came with more than one but I do still have some ancient PS1 games with more than two discs and even they weren't that bad but even now with my small and arthritic man hands I can manage to both hold a disc and open a game box at the same time..
+Wor Jackie GTA 5 did, some new games come with the install disc as well as the play disc
For me the taboo is when someone says he doesn't like "WASD" and prefer arrow keys
We all start small
maybe he’s left handed? Although I’m left handed and used the WASD keys on all pc shooters
There’s a few specific games I’m extremely used to having a mouse in my right hand and left using the arrow keys and all the mapped button layout i prefer. Some games work with WASD but just play how you want like damn. I don’t consider anything on this list taboo.
People say CoD is the same game every year
*Cough* Fifa, battlefield, assassin creed *Cough*
+Ahmad Jabaren Cough they totally show fifa in that segment cough
Darnoc
Well the main point was CoD.
John Malta
My point is all games essentially the same. Its not mario were they change from 2D jumping to 3D racing.
Nope assassins creed is always different
+John From Management XD
+John From Management Casual Games, the gateway games. Beware all casuals
+John From Management
in that case I have a very bad problem with meth
+John From Management Waiting for the day my kid tells me, "I learned it from you! I learned it from watching you!"

Runescape= tobacco
World of Warcraft= weed

If you like FPS or War Games, Try Unreal or Command and Conquer.
apart from the 4th one lol
Let me just use the keyboard and mouse so that it makes it impossible for a special snowflake like myself to play these games I spent my money on"
couldn't agree more. This video made me angry because it's all true and it's all stupid.
+Danuka100 The word you are looking for is stereotype.
+Moe Alb Hello Mr Troll. Please vacate this comment thread as you are neither wanted here or needed here.
+sprinkleLPs I thought they'd bring up actual taboos like having a mainstream game featuring a homosexual as the main character.

No, we make fun of people who play clash of clans and then try to compare them selves to some one who stays up 16 hours every night playing world of Warcraft or dark souls. Because they think they understand our struggle but they don't.
struggle is struggle, don't matter the reason
our struggle? what is that exactly dealing with sunlight and the outside world?
Oh yes, so they understand the struggle of having to play video games all the time, they dont know our pain
Tbh im actually addicted i cant go more than a week with out touching my computer.
You last a week!?
Playing casual/mobile games and calling your self a "gamer" is like buying a Carnival Police Costume and calling your self an "officer"
+Boogers73 Gg Am I still a gamer if i play clash of clans AND PC games like, fallout 4,tf2 etc?
+Aikanaro Azurahson Since I play in both, what am I then?
+Aikanaro Azurahson It's pretty hard not to see "casual" as an insult when people add profanity to the description or use the term "filthy casuals".
TABOO: The feud between Battlefield 4 and Call of Duty.
+Ethan Schulze they aren't even the same like wtf even
samoht ronnoc Sorry, I misused the term. :P
Ethan Schulze ah its fine
+Agent 005 yeah, but on BF4, them graphics and vehicles tho :D
+Ethan Schulze Those aren't the same. In Children Online Daycare all the action you see is 100% scripted and there's no destruction. In battlefield you jump from a falling skyscrapper on a bike if you want.

I've been a gamer since infanthood and have violated nearly all those "taboos".
I'm traditionally a console gamer and use a gamepad with my gaming laptop whenever supported.
I freely criticize Steam on regular occasions.
I play some mobile games on top of console and PC.
I used to game on my old iMac.
Do any of these things make me any less of a gamer? No, they merely make me a less conceited gamer.
your entire family has cancer
Total respect. Thanks! 😳
YOu play any games on Steam?
I do not only because my computer can't handle games well, so I want a new computer soon so I can. Although I do enjoy watching people play steam, I haven't been able to yet. It totally sucks
Bummer. I'd say we could maybe play some games together.
Using the auto.

+SlamifiedBuddafied You can add Dark Souls 1 to that list
+Lee Splooge I call bullshit
+Jacob Brandt I second said bullshit
+FaZe MiNeScOpEr There's something called bootcamp on macs, in which you can pick to run windows instead of Mac os when you turn on your computer. I have it set up on my computer, it's pretty nice
Weird. The reason I *don't* play games on PC is *because* it has a mouse and keyboard; a controller just feels more natural.
you know... PCs have this magical thing called USB. you can plug a controller in.
Same tho
I think you should have just played for fun. It doesn't matter who wins or loses, everyone wins in the end in terms of fun.

CAMPING ON A COMPETITIVE SHOOTER
Says controllers shouldn't be used for PC gaming, next point talking about the customization that PC offers, like for example custom inputs.
Decide man?!!!
+Im Tabe he said controllers shouldn't be used in FPS games like counter strike. Controllers are so inaccurate compared to mice so it's a stupid idea. I use controllers for fighting games and driving.
+Josedude I use a controller for Cod, pretty much always top of leaderboard, you don't need that much precision, just good reflexes.
+Im Tabe Cod 4 was my first cod. And that's exactly why everyone finds competitive call of duty a joke. lmfao
Having dirty/sticky hands and trying to use my controller. The most painful thing.
*other people having dirty sticky hands and ___
I've heard that water and a bit of soap can help with dirty/sticky hands. :P
A bit of advice. If you can't get up to go wash your hands for whatever reason, keep some wet wipes by wherever you game. It takes a couple seconds to clean your hands, and can get stickiness off of controllers in a pinch. Your controller will thank you.
After years upon years of using a controller, it is just more comfortable and natural than a mouse.

For me, people maining cancerous weapons in games are definitely taboo. Fucking mini sentries and phlogistinators.
+Deltor Senpai shotguns in most games too, and friggin destiny with shotguns that have an extraordinary range
+Deltor Senpai LEVEL 1 SENTRY HERO IS BEST ENGIE!

It's on the publisher to balance the game, not on the players.
When they win the game for their team, they are doing it right.

Number 1 should have been console vs pc, the most annoying arguemet every, its like chedder vs mozzarella , its the same chesse different taste

I play PC games with a controller, deal with it..
AND I prefer console.
*P R E A C H I T*
I also play PC games with an Xbox controller. A former roommate of mine saw the controller and asked if I had an Xbox One.
My response: Nope.
Roommate: Then why do you have a controller?
My response: To play on my computer.
Whats a good of controller for PC I need a new one
@@FranciscoTChavez PlayStation type and PC fuck xbox

Me: **Meeting somebody new** So are you a gamer?
Them: Yup!
Me: Oh, cool! What do you play, man?
Them: Farmville!
Me: **Turns the other direction, never showing my face to that insult again*
Tmw people get insulted because they can't fall under the true gamer category from playing CoD, Fortnite, Clash of Clans, and Candy Crush 😂
(I said in my opinion calm down LoL fans)
(Yes I met about 50 people on the internet who only played games like LoL and nothing else. I asked one of them ''do you play Assassins Creed?'' He said ''what is assassins creed?'' no kidding.)
+Hasan Bora Kaygın "but if you play different things all the time you improve your skills as a legit gamer. "
You're an idiot, so olofmeister is not a real gamer? Well then, I'm happy I'm not apart of you idiots, I'll just carry on and enjoy my counter strike, thank you.
+Bodhi “Vix” Geraci so youre telling me this guy never plays anything but fps games? 1 how do you know? 2 i didnt say that the people who only play 1 type of game are idiots or losers or anything. In fact my best friend only plays MMOs. I didnt say anything offensive either i just talked about my personal thoughts. you started an argument for no reason
everyone who plays games is a gamer. from the candy crush kiddies to the steam sale addicts to the tournament champs. all of them .

CoD fanboy...
Cod Of Ages hard to call someone a cod fanboy when cod is in your username. Besides i dont even play cod and i wasnt defending it.
The cod in my username is referring to the fish and you clearly was
