I literally haven't came across a video to show me properly or how to prep for this, after mastering getting my knees to my elbows I was able to do the invert first try! You're the best, sis.
I giggled so hard at the improper way because it was executed so badly and That’s literally me! lol good to know that’s how I look and that’s why I’m here. You’re an amazing and realistic trainer and I’m so glad I joined you! 💕
NOW I GET IT! In my class, many months ago, when we could open (class was in France), we were just being shown to jump up into it. We did have some of those crunches as a warm-up but she never explained we needed to TRAIN to do this. Some people could do it easily but most could not. Now I understand why. Thanks! :-)
This is exactly what I needed. Thank you for showing what not to do and the correct way.I injured my shoulder very badly 3 years ago doing it improperly. I just bought a new pole and needed to understand what to do to not injure myself again.
Really enjoying the way you're also showing the wrong ways as well. I bought a pole so I could train during quarantine and these are perfect supplements to classes(: Would love to see one on going from an invert to a handstand on the pole!
Jayde Sparx Hi! I have the combination on my app. You should def check it out while on quarantine . Tons of tutorials on there and you get two weeks free. - Fit 2 Flaunt . Thank you so much for the positive feedback 💜💜🙏🏾🙏🏾
I’m so glad I found this because for the longest time somebody taught me the way to do it was to just kick up like the first one and it never looked right.
You are an incredible instructor! I broke two bones in my foot two months into taking pole dancing fitness classes and then the quarantine hit. My husband bought a pole for me and I’m still rehabilitating my foot; this video is so helpful to remind me of the moves I was working on prior to my injury. Thank you for sharing your knowledge! Also, you are beautiful! ❤️
Hi! Just found your tutorials today. I love how your videos are short and straight to the point! I Just started poling in January. I love how it has helped me strengthen my upper body and core. Thank you!
Thank you so much for sharing your experience . I’m so so happy to know that it has helped you . 💜💜 I would love to follow your pole journey if you’re on IG: please DM me on @fit2flaunt
OMG!! Thank you!! I have started trying to invert this week and have been having issues even getting my legs halfway up, so I have been looking for conditioning moves all day 😍 This helps so much! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Will have to try it this way I cracked a rib doing this improperly and haven’t been taught this way before will have to do some conditioning to get that strength 💪
New to pole dancing working on climbing and inverting. I didn’t get it the first try almost did, but I’m definitely gonna keep on practicing until I can finally get into the invert gracefully.❤❤❤
Thank you for the wonderful tutorial. It's clear and concise. I have no trouble at all lifting my knees to my elbows, but cannot for the life of me figure out which muscles to engage for the rock. I've read every comment on here and those of us who cannot rock would very much appreciate an explanation or breakdown on the rock technique. Stuck on this portion of the move and cannot progress. Thanks in advance for your help 🙏🏼
Tilt your head backwards like you're trying to look behind you and your hips will follow. Keep core engaged and arms bent, bringing your torso fully into the pole, like in the video. Obviously stop looking back at a certain point(!)
This is a really good explanation! I have xpoletv and they don't explain it like this which makes it difficult to understand how to actually condition your body to gain the strength you need to do it properly.
It's crazy how different this is from aerial hoop. I can do flips and inversions all day on lyra, but this pole is showing me up lmao! Great instructions - I can't get by with just momentum.
I’ve been there too 😆😆and yes you are just so right about “ you just want to be there and you’re happy “ I am too - did my 2 hours session today and hell yes - this is the video I need to get it right 😍😍😘😘😘- love you for sharing
Inverting is my fave pole trick that i wanna learn. BUT IM SCARED IMA FALL AND HIT MY HEAD AND BACK HARD-😪 so this video kinda helped! Now i wanna try to do this trick to learn the chopper trick🤗
Just found your videos and I love how you break things down. What pole is that and how can I find it lol I want to start learning but having issues with which pole to order.
I dunno if you were a mom yet when you made this, but you were definitely being a mom. I thought it was cute. Thanks for being happy for my inversion :p
Wow, everything I went pole dancing. That's exactly how they taught us to invert, to jump and let your legs caught the pole. Totally wrong, thanks for teaching it right.
Hi! You do a Great work to help for beginning Poledancing.... THANK YOU very much for your professionell Viedeos . I´ve started with this for 3 week s , so my problem is that my hands beginn to sweat...What can i do? Have you a Tipp for me ?? Thanks
I'm a beginner and it shows because I suck at spins, but somehow inverting is very easy for me. I think my core must be stronger than average (I do Solidcore workouts and have defined abs). It's my flexibility and fluidity that need much work.
omg the straight arms vs bent arms is a revelation! ive been doing it with straight arms and wondering why i cant transition to inside leg hang *facepalm* thx for ur help!!!
I used to be able to bring my knees but one day I couldn't, I don't understand why... I did it perfectly and next second I knew, I couldn't. Hopefully this video will help.
Pole Adventures hi! Tutorials are added bi weekly. We still have a lot more to add in the chair dancing and floor dancing section. Corona slowed down production time with the other instructors. Thanks so much for downloading 💜😍🙏🏽
@@FIT2FLAUNT Thanks for the answer! I already subscribed, I like it very much! It's a huge benefit you put the tutorials in levels so we know what to work on in clear order. What I would like is a bit more detailed videos like this one for every move :) Please focus on detailed videos instead of quantity, especially when you explain prep or moves like handsprings etc ! OMG, yayyyyy congrats girl !
That first attempt 😂.. That’s me because I have no core strength 😩
Sharon Powell It’s OK girl, we all started there😫. Just keep doing the conditioning exercises and you’ll see how strong you get gradually💜💜
Love it 🤣 👏
I cannot get that rock
I got the rock...but that's it! Uggggh! The STRUGGLE!
Have you gotten any better? Are you still poling?
This is extremely helpful! It really helps knowing what not to do with real examples. Thank you ❤️

Super helpful. Especially setting these lines with: be able to do this 10 times before you do that. Thank u!

How many times did you have to practice the bad invert lol! It was 100% accurate 🤣
