- Ask and you shall receive. This week's guest is our most requested guest, and he truly needs no introduction. But just in case you don't know... He's a good ole boy from Knoxville, one of Ern's best friends, and he was recently voted Country Music's favorite male artist: MORGAN WALLEN
Buckle up for a trip down memory lane to kick the episode off. Ern and Morgan dive into some talk about their old high school baseball days where they used to face off regularly; from Morgan and his team trolling Ern's dad to Morgan getting Tommy John surgery and having to quit baseball. It is honestly so cool that you guys grew up near one another and played baseball together and just happened to be in the same industry and label. Morgan Wallen is hands down the most personable and down to earth celebrity I’ve seen in a long time.

Never EVER doubted Morgan Wallen.His record company should have backed him up more.
His record co. DOES Support him, but that FALSE and MISLEADING headline that TMZ unleashed... created such a reactionary media feeding frenzy against Morgan... without anybody stopping for a second to back down.
It all went crazy, so fast----with the 2 major radio companies, iHeart and Cumulous radio immediately pulled Morgan from the radio, then all the rest of the spineless radio station owners immediately reacted and pulled Morgan from radio---they all fell in step----covering their asses-- afraid for their jobs---unwilling to stand up and defend Morgan. And so his record company was almost in a corner with limited options---- because the media was controlling the narrative---and attempting to hold Morgan accountable for the entire country's problems.So his record company took a mild action and suspended him, but they were the first to bring him back into the fold and move on. His record company is really a good ally, it was just an impossible situation, but the fans stepped up and used their voice and their power and made the radio companies back off Morgan, and play Morgan's music again. The radio industry was way off base, but the people have prevailed, and we can enjoy Morgan's music again, without interference. Life is back on track for Morgan. And he is back to Killing it!!

I’m so jealous of Morgan’s piano playing abilities. I’ve been taking piano lessons for 6 years, and I don’t know how to play by ear like he does. It’s annoying to me. I want to learn improvisation SO BAD. Love Wallen and Ern. This episode is awesome.

You guys inspire me Thank you Morgan, Earnest and hardy!..🎶 I was born 28 weeks premature I grew up in a musical family and it's one of the only things I know litterally..my parents didnt show me much because of my birth..I'm the youngest of two older sisters I went through years of verbal abuse and music was my only escape thanks to my uncle I was always with him watching his band practices with his friends and all I've known since 14 was a guitar and producing music! It freed me as I felt trapt..❤️🌌🎶🎶✍️🎸🎸🎸 You guys will never understand what you 3 have done for me personally THANK YOU!!

Hearing them talk about Daniel Norris brings back so many baseball memories for me! I played against Daniel Norris in highschool. He was one of the best pitchers I had ever seen! He was pumping 96mph in highschool, throwing cheddar! It's also funny they talk about the coach from Pigeon Forge. I know exactly who they're talking about. 3 of my 4 years in highschool we played Pigeon Forge in the sub-state game and it was always a battle and they took w the first 2 years. Finally my senior year we beat them to go to the state championship for the first time in 10 years! Sorry to everyone for the long comment. I absolutely love the game of baseball and to hear these guys kick it and talk baseball floods the brain with so many memories!

My career has had me in Hancock County for the last 30 years, & where I work now has me over there all the time too! Also, my best friend lives there on Newman’s Ridge!
