This is a great tutorial... I'm not sure if you covered this in more recent tutorials but for reels, the focal point of the video (you talking) needs to be centered and within 1080x1350. For those that watch reels in their feed anything outside 1080x1350 would be cut off and only visible if you click on the reel. Not sure if this makes sense?

Hi Fanshen, we cannot schedule Reels at the moment. Instagram’s API allows to schedule Instagram photos and videos, but currently, it doesn’t allow to schedule reels. So the issue is not with Canva but with Instagram's API. Hopefully Instagram changes this soon 😉

I don't understand why it seems so complex, but you've said that your method is an easier process. Since creating this video have you found an easy way to create this without using a phone to do the recording?

So hey... when I add the phone frame to canva, and then put my video into it, it doesn't do it like yours did. I can either layer it, and then it overlaps and doesn't fit right, or it completely takes the place of the phone frame photo. How did you get your video to appear as if it was actually on the phone screen?

Yesss. I needed this one. IG does a great job of options - but Canva gives even more control. And we can schedule these in the social planner right!?
Hi Fanshen, we cannot schedule Reels at the moment.
Instagram’s API allows to schedule Instagram photos and videos, but currently, it doesn’t allow to schedule reels. So the issue is not with Canva but with Instagram's API.
Hopefully Instagram changes this soon 😉

Create on computer, then open Canva App from mobile phone, Download it in your Mobile and then upload on instagram. easier way.
