Abdallah learnt how to make these aluminium pots at the age of 17years. He works as a pot maker in the northern part of Ghana. Despite the ongoing information that this aluminium cookware is unsafe or has been banned in some countries, its very much very common among cookware used in Ghana and some other African countries. In this video, you will learn the exact process that goes into forming this pot as well as what its like to work within this industry in Ghana (West Africa)

I heard these pots have been banned in some countries. Is this true? They are very popular here.
Either way I truly appreciate Abdallah’s craft and hard work so don’t forget to LIKE the video ❤️❤️

My grandmother had an aversion to aluminum cook wear. Apparently it was considered poisonous by her generation. She was born in 1888 though and it was fairly new material and very expensive. I have been researching aluminum and bauxite since seeing this video. I love his artisan craft though

It's ashamed that Africans don't get any justice for their hard labor and hard work to get paid in order to take care of their families. They need equipment to help them with this process.

I am overjoy that Ghana manufacturer it own aluminum pots in Ghana. It is hard work. I admire and applaud these hard workers. Please guys be careful so that Chinese doesn't steal how these are made. Also, Ghana should watch for China so that it doesn't secretly gives bribes to export those precious metals or clays to China. Thanks for educating us about made in Ghana Aluminum pots. I am so proud of those workers. These can turn into one region one factory that President is trying to establish. Please bring the President's attention to this made in Ghana pots. Aluminum Pots.

When untreated Aluminium cookware come in contact with salty or acidic food, a large amount of Aluminium is released into the food and this has been linked to Alzheimer’s disease and other Aluminium poisoning. It should be anodized before selling to people. Great works by the guys, but maybe African should consider using traditional clay pots - they are a lot safer although their thermal conductivity is not a good as Aluminium. Nice Video

Please tell Abdullah to start his own only etsy shop. It would be ver profitable. He can make even party/wedding souvenirs like the soup laddle. I know a couple who did it and it was so unique
