Okay, I am of the belief that maybe we could put together a treatment: two absolutely awful and unqualified "animal experts" (played by Will Ferrell and Tracy Morgan, natch) hate each other and are always competing, until they realize they could be marginally less (or substantially more?) awful and unqualified TOGETHER so they join forces blah blah blah
