There is disease, sickness, death, famine, drought wars etc sometimes because of our sin, disobedience, corrupt leaders & also signs of the end times. But since Jesus died for the sins of all humanity, God shall pardon our sins and at the second coming of Jesus Christ, He shall just all unrighteousness and he shall restore the earth to its original state as in the garden of Eden for those who accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior & repent of their sins.

Interesting interview I enjoy the examples given to get thier attention. The only problem is with your reference to hell. Hell is not eternally burning fire as you insinuated... The catholics also believe in purgatory which is Not in the Bible at all, and is an offence to God. Why? Because purgatory says Jesus's death on the cross wasn't enough! In the sense that Jesus's death on the cross isn't enough to pay the full price for our sin's, so we have to be purified in purgatory for a time before being able to enter heaven is untrue. This is not Biblical, neither is Eternal burning hell fire. The EFFECTS of the fire of the wicked are eternal, there is no rising up to life again. The wages of sin is death, not living forever in a firery torment. That would make man immortal, the bible says only God has immortality, and the saints to whom he gives immortality as a reward, But the sinner doesn't.
Malichi 4:1,3 vs.1. ... All that do wickedly, shall be stubble; and the day that cometh shall Burn them Up, saith the Lord of hosts, that it shall leave them neither Root, not branch.
Vs.4 And ye ( the saved) shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be Ashes under the Soles of your Feet on the day that I shall do this, saith the Lord of hosts.
So there's is a fire but not eternal. If it was eternal, that would make God a sadist burning people for eternity! Really?! Please people don't believe this nonsense, it's origin is a doctrines of devil's, trying to disfigure the character of God. The bible says it's man more righteous than God??? So if eternal hell fire to us is abhoring, then how could a righteous God do such a thing?
Jesus said, if you've seen me you've seen the Father. What was he like on earth while he was living among the people? Very loving. Not a revengeful judge.

I think Ray's gift secret is a relationship with God daily.. earnestly. we all can have this gift if we but spend more time with Jesus and thinking about the earnestness of it all... cut off disctractions and worldly cares.. and come to God 100% that is what we pray over all people that came to the faith.

Love these videos! One thing I note though is when Ray says that you cant be a Christian and lie, steal etc. Though this is true. Especially for new Christians this might be confusing and make them think the are not saved by Jesus, if they commit any sin. I think its more of you shouldn't be ok with sin and you shouldn't just accept the sin you may do and say"its just who I am".You should want to turn away from it. Not that you will be perfect but you should ask God to help you turn from your sin and renew your mind everyday.

@@AndrewL4me But many in the unbelieving world, think that we don't know either. I look at the attitudes of the two thieves on the crosses next to Jesus. One mocked Jesus, the other, humbled himself and stood up for Jesus. He was saved. The person who humbles himself before God, will let God lift him up. The wisdom of this world is foolishness to God. (See 1 Corinthians 1 - 3, and especially 3:19).
Even the smartest people have a sin issue, and need forgiveness.
@@AndrewL4me Actually, I find that many start with their own presuppositions, either there is a God, or there isn't a God, and then develop their beliefs around that. It takes the work of the Holy Spirit to open the hearts to a change of mind.
My job is just to be a witness, not to convince anyone.
But, like Ray, appealing to morality, and justice seems to be what is needed, because we all have a conscience that has a sense of right, and wrong. How can we get our sins forgiven? is our big question. To know I am set free, removes the burden like in the Pilgrim's Progress, a novel by John Bunyan. As my burden is removed, I can tell of what God has done for me, and how He is my friend, and I talk to Him daily. And He is my Helper, and Comforter, all because of Jesus work on the cross, His burial, and His resurrection from the dead.
But many people have a conscience that is seared, where they do not see their own sin. They may think they don't need forgiveness, and proclaim their own goodness. But apart from Jesus, we are sinners. Our burden must be removed at the cross, or it will not lead to salvation. Speaking the truth in love is a tough balance. You can not be accurate without both. Some people don't witness out of love, but then people don't hear the Truth. Some people speak the Word, but see it as an obligation, instead of a joy to see someone saved from a lost eternity. May God's Grace be with you.
@@AndrewL4me Your comment about God not being moral is not true. God is All knowing, and is the only One that can Judge Himself. We have limited knowledge, like seeing only a little piece of the puzzle. We can not place judgements on God for His actions. For example, when God chose to flood the earth. To many, they call that evil. But, I believe God is Good, and I can trust His Word. So, there must be important reasons for doing so. If we read in Scripture, we see that the world was continually evil, and there was a race of giants developing between humans and some believe demons. God needed to keep the Jewish race separate from the world so that Jesus could come through the Jews to bring salvation to all the world, even past and future generations, for those who have, or will believe in Christ. When something seems hard to understand, we need to trust the heart of God. That He is doing the right thing. God does not owe anything to anyone. But, He extends His Grace to everyone. If they can hear it, and accept it, then they can be saved. God is Love, but He also is Just. He brings justice to the world He will forgive those He has chosen, and He has chosen the humble, the one's who call to Him through Jesus Christ.

I've watched several of Ray's video's but everytime I watch a new one it's like I'm watching it for the first time all over again. I find myself nodding along and when he asks them "would you consider the things we've talked about today?" I always say "yes!" as if I don't already have a relationship w/Christ lol I guess that's the power of hearing the true Gospel, it never gets old. It stirs up something in your spirit each time. It’s interesting how similar all non believers are( I know, I was one of them!) They think that what they believe is so profound and unique! Yet “new age”Philosophy isn’t new! Besides that, about 90% of our current culture believes exactly what this man believes. I could have what he thinks already written on a piece of paper and hand it to him after he explains himself. Many people mistakenly think that Jesus was reproving the rich young ruler for calling him "good". But that is incorrect. It was a question. Cultists use this to try to prove that Jesus was not God. But they would only be right about the reproof if their false premise were true, namely that Jesus is not God. Then Jesus pointed out to the man that only God is good. Jesus was not denying the association. He was affirming it. He was asking the man if he realized what he was calling him. He was asking the man if he really believed that Jesus was God. How can it be a reproof since it was true!

Please pray for my brother, Jerry, who has only a bad experience as a teen with church, a greedy preacher, in particular. 17 days ago, while driving at 60 mph on the expressway, he had a stroke, slowed as best he could, barely missed a concrete abutment but still totaled his compact car. The police report says it was a miracle he survived. Please pray for him to reach out to Jesus and give me wisdom on how to best proceed. He knows God saved him on that day. I pray that he goes for everlasting rescue, as well. Amen.

Interesting, Ray says let's look at you from God's perspective. Well, actually it's Ray's perspective, his take on how God looks at humans, subjective and speculative. The problem is we've given the self-styled religious know-it-alls too much leeway into how exactly the human life should be lived. Especially with these silly gotcha questions that supposedly suggests that the Creator is keeping a scorecard against us. This guy did OK, but he could have given answers that would make the interviewer's head spin, such as accepting the human condition with all it's flaws and weaknesses as the proper state that we exist in. We were never meant to be these little Gods existing in perfection, running about making the right choices at every moment of the day. And because we are perfectly imperfect, we can grow, better ourselves by becoming more than what we are at any given time in our lives. Yes, something to consider. If we were perfect, it would render existence meaningless because learning, improving, and growing is all there is that makes life worth living.

@@1slonata no worries. one of the best things you can do is to tell other christians. so to start with, thankyou for sharing it takes a lot of courage. ill share something with you that i found in my bible study recently. obviously there are a lot of videos out their that provide scriptural ways to help you avoid sin. but i've never seen them quote Matthew 4:8-11. this is it.

Amazing - truly amazing. Jesus got a temptation from Satan. What did he do? He prayed to God, told Satan to go away and told him that he will only ever worship the Lord thy God. Then what happened? Satan left. This could be applied to your life by whenever you get the temptation to sin, pray to God saying 'Satan leave, i only worship God' trust me i've done it before and it has worked. infact Not only did Satan leave, but angels came to minister (serve) Jesus.
i know it's a long and tedious comment, but i really hoped it helpedd. don't get me wrong, i still struggle with sin as well so i can realate to you. but this has helped me get through some pretty tough struggles with sexual sin. 1 corinthians tells us that with the temptation, God provides us with a way out. The reason why you’re being tempted more than ever is because satan is trying to separate you from God. The closer you get to God the harder satan is going to try to separate you from God but don’t be scared because God is stronger.

@Joseph Close TH-cam and open your Bible. Read it and ask God to show you what He wants you to see. Be willing to follow and He will lead. He gives grace to the humble but resists the proud. Repent and trust Jesus.

@Joseph Working out and dieting aren’t necessarily pain and suffering. Maybe in the short term, but in the long term they’re beneficial and can actually allow you to live a better life overall. You may even grow to enjoy them more that you did in the beginning.

I'm thinking he asks them if they want to do a TH-cam interview after they ask about his dog. I've seen on his bike a plaque card saying something about TH-cam channel or something. And everyone wants to be TH-cam famous lol

It’s not an easy task no matter how well known you become. What is left unseen is how many people rejected being interviewed. Consistency (perseverance) is key, like the prophet Ezekiel. Especially in an age where so many people remain connected to their electronic devices or already engaged in conversation, it really is the Holy Spirit that paves the way for whomever has ears to hear. (Mark 4:3-9)

Blaspheming the Holy Spirit is different than ignoring His conviction. Your repentance is necessary but your offense is not unforgivable. I don’t know you or your faith but would encourage you to be in prayer as often as possible and to read your Bible. Seek His wisdom like buried treasure and you will know His will for your life. I can see that you grieve over sin and seek answers, that is wise. You may already know this, but to clarify, repentance is turning completely away from sin and running to God. @@AndrewL4me the Old Testament is important as it displays how we break each and every command due to human nature. In the Old Testament the Israelites had to follow those ceremonial laws(for example not eating pork or mixing fabrics), and when they broke these laws they had to offer a sacrifice as an atonement for their sins. Now, we follow the moral laws which are the 10 Commandments and Jesus was the Ultimate Sacrifice for our sins. So yes, those were kept in as an example that we aren’t perfect and in much need of a savior.

Ray I feel like you are adding works to Jesus’ finished work on the cross for salvation, and it might be confusing people that they have to do their part to be saved by keeping the law or doing works along with putting their trust in Jesus. Jesus paid it all! Ephesians 2:8-9 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.
I feel like telling people they can’t be a Christian and still fall into sin is leading people to be legalistic and prideful thinking they have to earn their way to salvation or to keep it, we all will still fall into sin even when we don’t want to. When we are born again, we will have the Holy Spirit to help us grow and convict us, but everyone grows at different rates as a Christian. We all still fall short everyday though. Please take this to thought, as when I heard you say this long ago it made me think I had to add works to Jesus’ finished work. Remember, It is finished!
Yes I agree, it is important to remember as christians that we are loved just as much by God even if we do sin sometimes. (Im not saying we should be okay with our sins) So it is never about being perfect, but trusting God to help us up again:)
