Id like to thank Mr Eddie Ojeda for being one of my biggest guitar influences. I taught myself quite a few TS songs as the albums came out. The first song I learned was The kids are Back. The lead from We're not gonna take It was the first lead I learned on guitar. The very first. I felt like the coolest kid on the block. Impressed my friends. You have given me so much joy withthe guitar and i consider your music a blessing.
Wow, it must have been awesome to see Eddie on your 1st concert and then get to meet and open up for him later. You didn't know you were gonna have a lifelong friend at that concert. 🎸🎸💯♥️
Man Marty, so much to say. 😁 I was grinning ear to ear throughout the entire video. You realize one day people might watch this video over and over to replicate those guitars. Anyway jamming with a rock star. I'd probably be pretty excited and maybe have the shakes or something. 😅 You playing as cool as a cucumber, ice in your veins. Killer, excellent video man. 😁😎🎸
what strings are on the Wayne, they are real bright silver, most strings today are coated and dirty looking right out the package, digs me some Charvys, I must have comin up on 20 vintage really like em, today the only good one is the MIJ Charvel San Dimas Pro Mod Style 1 HH FR, IMO anyways its a top mount no floyd route which I don't really care for and its a san dimas body which I do care for . . .:-)
Back when guitar finishes were fun and as awesome as the music made on the guitars.
Yes!!
Life is too short to play a boring guitar

I drew Twisted Sister logos and SMF in all my text books and on EVERY peechee folder. You know the ones I'm talking about. SMF!
Same here! And used my eraser to rub the color off my notebooks too! 🤟🏻😎🤟🏻

I saw Twisted Sister open for Maiden in Toronto. Maple Leaf Gardens. A good show all around. I remember Dee exited the building with all the fans.
SCALLOPED FROM PLAYING .. AWESOME. :)
That was pretty cool. Nice guitars and fun jam with Eddie. Few of my friends had the Charvels back in the 80’s.
Great 📹 I know you loved making it as much as loved seeing it

huge block on the floyd with the sustaniac!
Awesome! Video Marty,Much Love & Respect Always! To Eddie ✌️❤️🙏
cant believe how good condition the TS guitar is in. I had a similar 1985, had a Kahler tho. Ive seen that guitar in person probably 7 times.
the mid 80's pointy stock sound great
What a cool video, I still have my t shirt from the Stay Hungry tour (1985) with Dee holding a huge meaty bone!
Thanks Marty and Eddie! This was GREAT!!
You're very welcome!
Thanks Marty. The TS guitar really comes through on the video. Sounds great
You're welcome! It really sounds just like it should! 😎🤟🏻

Oh my god!!
i guess i saw this guitar live in '84 at the iron maiden show. what became of the original bulleye?
He has the bullseye! He's bringing it over to my place in a couple weeks. I'm gonna document it and ask him some questions on it ! 😎🤟🏻
Did he also use this guitar in the Hear 'N Aid video?
Great jam at the end. Love the guitat you had at end of video, what is it.
Am I seeing things or those frets lightly scalloped or is that wear from years of playing?
Years of wear and tear!
It probably didn’t have an EMG originally. I see the glob of solder on the trem claw for the ground. Not there now, nor needed for the EMG.
I do believe he said it's all original. Those pickups came out in 81. I can ask him. The battery compartment and all are all original.
I'm ready for another second hand/pawn shop crawl anytime you have the urge
What type of floyd is it? Looks way different.
Top mounting
Eddy is a very special guitarslinger, onley he is in the wrong band! 😂

I argue with pll that say Zakk Wylde was the first with a bullseye guitar.. until I show them old TS videos
Totally man! Eddie Ojeda was the original bullseye gangsta!
is that a sponge or rough stone under the neck?
Cork
Does he have the original bullseye? I need to get my 88 Charvel 3DR put back together
Yep he does 🤟🏻
an 81 in the TS guitar?
Yep. They came out in 1981. (Hence the name 😎🤟🏻)
Marty is correct. Also, just watch the Twisted Sister video for the song The Price. The guitar is in that video with that pickup.
Why do you need two switches to turn the sustainiac on and off?
One switch is the On/Off. The other switch to to go between regular sustain and feedback mode.
Awesome Vid.. and what on earth were you playing in the end Marty?.. that headstock is unique.. !!!
It's a custom guitar made by Phil Orisek. Check him out on Instagram! 🤟🏻🎵😎
Sir what means SMF ? Just to know
SMF stands for System Management Facility 🤣
Twisted Sister has got the worst guitar tone in the history of music….
