In your example, send data from a Salesforce record to an external server and get a response from the server. The response should be used to update the Salesforce record.

Thanks for sharing your use case, can you suggest if two Salesforce Org can be connected. If yes, can you make another video for the same. Use case here is to POST case created in one ORG to another.
