That's a nice spot but like all the others in that they are not wealthy enough to have all thst but not wealthy enough to keep the edge of the lake clean. You should literally be able to walk or drive a car around the entire perimeter of that lake. I could take a track load with a brush cutter and bush hog and clean that up like a golf course.

Gators use to be as far north as cape map NJ. In the past 40 years they don’t get further than NC. I wouldn’t see why they wouldn’t be in Alabama

Yes. Houses are just there. Could be used as ranch hand house. Best spot on the lake is at the pier. Would be killer spot for a lodge.
