I was finally watching the Micheal says goodbye episode the night that Netflix dropped the show. You have a real moment! I just broke down when Pam finally caught up with him. He was a little clunky, but there probably wasn't a dry eye in the house when he wrapped.

Michael’s development was fantastic, you can see in this final season that he has learned to love himself and laugh at himself and make things about other people’s enjoyment over his own, his character’s development was so well written
When he was talking to Jim about trying to mash together birthday parties.. it's like he had been been fucking with everyone the whole time. Sometimes they let so much sincerity through. clever writers and their onions..
Also because this was planned by the actors to surprise Steve. So they’ve been there from the start and I feel Will just inserted himself into the goodbye. You could tell by some of the reactions of the actors. BJ looked somewhat irritated too.

Michael’s development was fantastic, you can see in this final season that he has learned to love himself and laugh at himself and make things about other people’s enjoyment over his own, his character’s development was so well written
