@nautijade3318 my mate just came back from beach fishing down south, one morning caught 3 fish but went back the day after and absolutely killed it, same spot, same bait just was there at the right time.
Hey Mate I enjoy your videos.the lake can be tricky to fish. I live here. use small metal lures to troll where you were outside happy to show you around next time you visit
2 questions - 1 - what sort of foam deck do you install? 2 - With the baitmait baitboard, what made you go for the one without the livebait tank? What do you make of the build quality?
The foam is from a company called Deck armor is very comfortable..the Bait mate not too impressed the draw falls out if pull out too far not what you want with knives and things .got it installed last minute during covid ..luckily I have livebait tank welded into the Boat !
Big fish in that lake bro. There are plenty of kings, jew, salmon and even great whites. Monster flattys, bream, whiting and longtoms as thick as your arm and over a mtr long. Stick to the lake and you will always get a feed.
Mate your lure fishing techniques are so wrong in many ways ...not being nasty but so much to learn... Few tips I noticed is when your lure hits the water you flick the bail or click the retrieve on side cast.... let the lure sink to the bottom and keep in contact with the bottom ...another thing is your casting down current .... always cast up current at 45 deg or greater ahead of the boat and hop lure back to boat with the current direction..... lure choices are not the best ....them fish on the surface won't touch a metal they feeding on eyes...look it up... they will hit slugs around January when they turn to larger food.... try a 3 inch plastic in white pearl blue with the lightest of jigheads around a 1/16th on a 8lb set up ... sit back watch the direction they move ...motor around them to the front shut Motor off and then cast into the lead of the school.... anyhow hope this helps.... Btw tell your mate thrs no GTs around syd been watching to many videos 😂
