i use size 6 hook sabiki.. can catch em all but you will lose some big ones here and there. i just like sabiki because if i lose it on bottom or a asian carp on accident i can just put a sabiki rig on really fast and keep going. though if im just on bigs i would rather have the jig head set up.. and i guess the trick would be to have a bunch of rigs pre tied so its faster when you on them if you lose em. or multiple poles.

What rod power and action are you using
I've been having luck with the LunkerHunt spoons from Walmart. They come in a 4pk. 4 color combinations. They have hair treble hooks on them......... but I've found the hooks break easily.

Andy I use Warrior Cat m/h and heavy action rods and Penn Squal LW20 reels

Never caught a big one but after watching your videos its coming got some ordering to do I have one rod I use its a musky rod does good but tip seems alot stiffer then what you have thanks for sharing your advice and will let you no when I finally hooligans that big one keep up the great videos
