I had a black 1980 with the rear spoiler and a 231 ci (3,8 liter) V6 Loved the look, hated almost everything else :D (seats were comfy though) Great job, your painting skills are worlds away
Just looking it in person it looks pretty decent but up close it's kinda rough for sure. Stupid chrome pen! lol. That should have been the easiest part!
Hehe. Well I had a few thought the video itself was live somewhat. I probably should have just taken all the mud off of it. It was like a ball of mud initially.
If i remember correctly, Look at Adam Savages channel 'Tested' he uses the same pen, but uses a clear coat that doesnt do that to the pen and keeps the chrome from the pen. I honestly dont remember which video(s) it was, but it is in there, wish I could point you to the right one, but I know it was a One Day build, or a Show and Tell? Maybe? But it was just him a lone talking and showing what to do about it cause he had the same issue.
I WOULD like to see what would happen if you went in hard on a Ferarri Testarossa (probably spelled that wrong) casting. Those were always my favorite ones when I was a wee lad.
Nice thing to come home from work and find. I do like the casting. The color seems very era appropriate.
Thanks 👍
Love the new paint-job, that spectraflame "rootbeer" has got to be one of my favorite colors for these restorations. Great work!
Thank you very much!
My friend had a '77 Monza Spider. This looks very good.
Thanks!
1,000 times better than the first go round. Love the root beer color. This body style has always been a favorite of mine of '70s cars.
Thank you!
The painting jog never fail to impress me. Also, I'm amazed with the attention and care for details in this video. Truly artwork!
Thank you so much 😀
Nice to see you back to posting video after the hiatus.
Yeah, just been crazy busy. Hope to post regularly again. Thank you!
Good job. I always had problems with Testors when I was young. No amount of patience helped either with dry time
Totally agree. I don't think the thing was dry after 5 years. lol
Awesome redo!
Thanks!

I was so young I don't remember much of it except riding around in the backseat without a car seat! Hehe
Well done. I'd agree the chrome looks a little rough, but the paint and detail turned out awesome.

Nice restoration, details and paint job 👍👍

Great to see you back man.!
Thank you, glad to be here!
Very cool look 😎 and I could tell voice over and speaking during the footage also I did think the mud on the previous video looked off

Looks great!
Question, have you tried createx silver sealer? Gives a nice flakey base as well and might’ve covered that body filler repair.
Not yet! I have some so maybe next time!
Well done thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching
I enjoy your videos! Have a great week!
Thank you! You too!

Thanks Mr. Tim! Yes, she was the life of the party. Said whatever was on her mind. It was fantastic!
