    Picture error 16:51: Carelessly used a pic Dario Saric instead of Mario Hezonja.
    Which of these Top 5 picks did you believe were going to be stars heading into the draft?

      Bender on the Warriors is interesting IMO. He can be a complimentary player there.

      The Turkish dictator Erdigon (where Enes Kanter is from) threatened Kanter and caused him a lot of trouble for coming to the US... that’s why he’s so outspoken. He hates oppression.

    Sad thing about Kanter, I've seen him try his ass off on defense, especially in Portland. Dude just can't do it.

    Crazy how both the Milwaukee Bucks and Golden State Warriors won an NBA championship after getting rid of Dragon Bender!

    I mean it makes sense why the Cavs drafted a big man instead of a guard like Oladipo, they already had Kyrie who was an up and coming young star, still hope for Waiters to develop at the time, only makes sense for them to draft a big as they didn’t really have one back then other than Tristan Thompson. But why they picked Bennett is beyond me. You think they would’ve picked Noel or Len or any other big who was more highly touted than Bennett at the time of the draft

    I really liked Evan Turner as a Sixers fan. I thought he could be a solid role player and swing man. Either he wasn’t athletic enough or it was mental. He never seemed like he could make an impact on the game at the NBA level. He caught some bad breaks too being in some toxic situations after Philly.

    Evan Turner was a slow-footed defender for the Pacers which was why he wasn't an effective player. His problems had nothing to do with Frank Vogel not knowing how to use him.

      @@ikedatike2533 I agree. He’s a traditional back-to-basket big. Had an ok jumpshot, but if you’re not adapting to todays game but better be a hell of a defender.

    People like you toss around the term “super star” like it’s a frisbee. All stars only come around every few years and super stars only come around once or twice in a decade. The league right now only has a handful of “super stars” and maybe about 15 - 20 all stars. Everyone else is either a solid player, a role player or a bench player. Nobody expected Evan Turner to become an all star and definitely never a super star. The same with Jahlil Okafor, Kidd-Gilchrist and Jabari Parker. They were all part terrible draft classes. Everyone and their grandma knew Anthony Bennet was going to be a flop. You can only draft the players that are available. The most you can hope for out of any draft class is that a few of the players turn out to be solid. It’s a super lucky break to get an all star out of any draft class and even more rare to get a super star. So please stop using the term super star, just like you are not a super star podcaster. You’re not even an all star podcaster. At this stage in your career, you’re not even a solid podcaster. The best that we can except from you right now is just to be a decent role podcaster. The average length of an nba career is about 4.5 years. Many of the names that you mentioned in this video played 7 to 10 years and have earned 10’s of millions of dollars in the process. Many have won ncaa college championships and some have won nba championships regardless of the role that they played in it. By my measurements, that’s a very successful nba career. What is the definition of a successful career are you using in making this video?🤔 By contrast, I don’t see that you have a million followers or any videos with a million views. Should we consider your podcasting career a failure?🤔 Where do you ranking in basketball podcasters?🤔. I think you have a nice podcast and I hope that it grows to be one of the best but the same criticism that you have given to these man that have spent thousands of hours in gyms around the world to reach the pinnacle of professional basketball, we can also use to be critical of you.

    You know what I wish someone would make a video of all the bad selections that GMs made and how long it took them before they were fired I want to put it on all the players some GM’s and coaches deserve a lot of fucking blame also so make a video on bad GM pics and where they are now

    • @xDreMack
      @xDreMack 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Honestly 90% of the blame should go to the gm/coach. Most of the time these guys are just drafted to a bad situation with either an established vet in front of them or an organization that can't develop talent. Just look at the 76ers, the process has netted them 1.5 star players all while they have had multiple top lottery picks.
