We've spent the past few days living on Chorão Island in Goa. The difference in environment between what we thought India would be like and the reality of areas such as this beautiful little island is huge.

You often say that you don't expect so much greenery in India, then go & have a trip to Kerala. Your point of view about India will be changed. You don't have any idea guys how much greenery exist in the Dooars area of North East India. Just go there & enjoy the greenery.

4:55 Actually, there are 30 Million Christians in India (more than the population of Australia) and about 20,000 Churches. Infact, Christianity entered India much before it made way to Europe. It is believed that the first Church in India was constructed in 53AD (St Thomas Church, Kerala) by St Thomas, the Apostle of Jesus
5:20 why wouldn't anyone expect greenery in India?😅 India has the largest percentage of arable land in the world (55%) and has a forest cover of 25%. To put things in perspective UK has 13% forest cover. And India is a huge country with diverse geography. The northernmost and the southernmost points are as far apart as Sweden and Egypt (~3200Km)

@@thegreatgatsby8180 that's out of context. But I might as well add, Portuguese captured Goa in 1510, even before Babur invaded India or before the Mughal Dynasty even existed. Just 20 years after Columbus 'discovered America'. Hence the influence remains pretty strong.
That said, Goan Christians today make up only 1% of the total Christian population in India

Most tourists just visit the typical touristy places especially just Mumbai and Delhi and assume, that's how whole of India is.
India is as diverse as a sub continent, you will find all kinds of extremes and everything in between too. Habibi, come to India. Experience it yourself. 😉😉😉

India is not only about Delhi or Mumbai. There are many places to visit. I don't know why govt is putting restriction for visas, there are so many foreign travellers who are not getting visa for more than a month, so I can understand why most foreigners only visit the more popular touristic places like Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Mumbai which are definately a very small part of our country. The Western Ghat, itself is in one of the earth's top 6 biodiversity hotspots. You should definitely visit some National park to see some gorgeous animals ranging from all Tiger, Leopard, Lion, Elephant, Rhinos etc. And there are some world's most pristine island you can find in India like in Andaman and Nicobar island group or Lakshadweep island group. If you go to north of Delhi you will find Himalayas with snow capped mountains and meadows.

You are always complaining that India has this shortage. India has dust, soil, dirt, no cleanliness. There is no emergency facilities here, but have you ever wondered why? Our country was a golden bird and this golden bird was robbed by Britain for 200 years. All the facilities you have in Britain are from the money robbed by us. I don't know why you people are not ashamed, how shameless people are you? Your queen too shamelessly is sitting in her crown with the diamond ( kohinoor) robbed from us. Even after robbing 200 years, where has India reached today, the fifth largest economy in the world. UK in sixth.

We’re not ashamed because we had absolutely nothing to do with what Britain did back then 😂 and also neither of us have British ancestry lol
