After witnessing his death, he'd wage war now against anybody to save any friend.
Even if luffy doesn't love hancock like she loves him. He still sees her as a friend, and we know how he is with his friends. Also, he owes her one lol for all the help he has received from her. He doesn't feel the same way, but he sees her as a friend, and that's enough for luffy to go help her.

Little bit of a clarification, Boa managed to turn everyone on Blackbeards crew and all the Marines to stone with only Blackbeard and Coby " matrix dodging" the Slave arrows. as they both have "Shave" (how Blackbeard also speed blitz grabbed Boa)
Its a statement of how Blackbeard is that he was going to discard his crew(again)

Blackbeard never discarded his crew before. I hate the guy as much as anyone, but he literally traded Jewelry Bonney to the Marines to try and get a ship big enough for his crewmate.

Teach is underrated at times lol he is an opportunist, who is very cautious and will pretty much do whatever he has to to achieve his ambition. So I honestly think he has only been waiting for all this to happen. With Big mom and Kido out of the way, he feels more confident about himself. He might think Luffy is easier to manipulate since he’s nothing like Big Mom or Kido

I think Amazon lily is safe for now because of dark king! Meaning it’s not in harms way right now, teach won’t return unless he left. Well, with the most recent events involving Hancock deciding to flee Amazon Lily should the Marines come back again, and wanting to marry Luffy anyway, it's entirely possible she'll want to reunite with Luffy at some point, maybe even return to being in Blackbeard's crosshairs because of her being with only herself and maybe her sisters and the Kuja Pirates to back her up.
