use hetzer (or t28e f30) on ANZ server (ANZ server uses map bots), bring only standard shells = easy silver, xp, and medals

Mostly, you cant have 10 or more kills if your team and enemy team is good. Hetz find himself in right time in right place. And yes, he (Hetzer) is very good.

I dont know how to become this 1-shot-kills? What to do? Where to shot?
There's a mechanic named "overmatch", that if a caliber is above of a specific value (calculated using the mm of the armor thickness), the shot will go through even if the armor is angled. The Hetzer gun of this battle was the 105mm, and he was using the AP round. It will do overmatch on almost every tank, but noticed when he was about to face the Matilda, he switched the AP round to HE round, and he aimed at the turret. After killing the Matilda, he switched the ammo again.
On lower tiers, there's little to none armor. This will change on upper tiers (as you may have noticed, if you still play WoT).
Was he using AP or HE?
More damage if he can pen than HE. I think.

You might have a point here , but bots were introduced in the game because there are no new players enough to be matched in a low tier battle . In this specific battle I couldn`t recognize more than 5 human players per team . Since this game has become more pay-to-win or pay-to-have-fun it can be easily predicted that in 2 or 3 years there will be only one human player or two in a battle and more epic battles like this will be uploaded .
