Clinton County Heat Race, Friday April 26, 2024. Started 8th in the 3rd heat, car was much better than the driver showed, still using too much brake in the turns, last couple laps got off the brake and the car really hooked up thru the turns and coming off. Finished 7th, so off to the B Main. Found an oil leak after the Heat race and 2 cylinders were cold at the exhaust pipes. Justin tried to change spark plugs while Geoff and Tyler tried to fix the oil leak at the oil pressure line at the block. Couldnt get the oil lleak fixed so they tried to plug it. Started 3rd in the B Main, ran 3 or 4 laps, was stuck on the bottom, and a caution came out, car was still smoking and I was in about 6 or 7 place, so with only 4 transferring and possibly losing oil, i pulled in to the pits. Found a broken rocker arm stud on Saturday.
