Depending on the role you are applying for, most employers would only say ACA is an added advantage and not compulsory. Also best roles to apply for based on your finance experience will be finance manager etc.

Hi Salome, sure you stand a chance please search for current vacancies and tailor your CV to the requirements. ACCA is usually not a requirement what they are after is usually your experience.

Hi Theresa, You don't need to get them ready before you get a sponsor but i am also of the opinion that preparation meets opportunity!!! you can always use them for something else even if that doesn't work out. There is no implication if you are moving jobs in the same industry, on a regular basis we are people change firms and it doesn’t affect the visa, you just need to transfer sponsorship from former firm to the new.
