Always there is error while self registration "invalid hospital visited date". And pre-registration of pregnancy also won't work with the error "invalid captcha". If we pre-register online then the nurse has to come our home and give RCH ID as per the policy ,they stopped us registering online by technical errors so that we should go to government hospital or health care centre in person to register .We can't do anything online .
Exactly! We registered online for the RCH ID six months back through mobile message on the registered number and we called the call centre 102/104 to confirm if it was enough or should we go to the primary health centre to validate the same. The call centre executives told it was enough and no need to visit in person. Our baby was born last week and we gave the RCH ID for birth registration and the hospital people tried updating it on the government portal mentioning the ID number that we had got through online registration. The portal mentioned that it was an invalid ID, when I tried calling the call centre again they now say that we need to visit the health centre and get it confirmed by the government nurse in order it to be valid RCH ID. Now it is an unnecessary double work to redo all the submission of proofs and unwarranted money payments to the in charge people at the primary health centres to get our RCH ID validated as it is done at the last crucial juncture. Such a mockery of the system leading to unnecessary hassles and exploitation by the primary health centre people. Would advise people not to use the online registration method as it seems a complete useless process to do. No use at all.

They told for safer side they’ll create a new RCH request with the proofs I submitted. But when they tried, the portal shows the RCH is registered already for this aadhaar (my wife’s aadhaar). So we cannot create newer RCH ids anymore. Could you please help in confirming if the RCH ID we got via the online portal is enough for birth certificate?
What address we should give when we enter for Self-registration page ? Is it the address of the hospital where there child will be born or husband's aadhaar proof address or mother's aadhaar proof address ? And to which UPHC center the mother has to visit ?

I got my rch id through self generation. But during mobile authentication, it shows, this rchid is not entered in eligible couples...what it means... my rch id is valid or not
