@@Shayor_thebrand I absolutely agree. Culture and geographical spaces cannot be separated, even in multinational companies, the culture of the host country will suffice, albeit company culture and values will checkmate employees relations from time to time.

To be honest, communication in the workplace in Nigeria can be quite complex

I’ll really thrive and be myself in a work space like that. Cos here, I can’t even question things as a curious person that I am.

Work ethics in Nigeria doesn't allow for one to query decisions of your superior. Else,your appraisal will suffer for it.
