Another great review. As a Gold card holder for many years, I’m pleased to see that BA is starting (at last) to improve. I’ve flown in BA Club Europe a number of times this summer and I’ve noticed a marked improvement in service and food quality. Still can’t bring myself to book long haul with BA though. It will be some years I fear until BA can match Qatar and Emirates. Keep up the good work!
if you're heading over to the middle east or aus then the likes of emirates are your best bet, qatar as well are much better, but for transatlantic flights BA is sort of the only option for first class but it's still nothing when you consider what middle eastern airlines get you
I normally fly business class, but BA gave me good to fly 1st from London to Newark, i enjoyed the concord lounge very much but i didnt really see much of a big advantage to flying 1st class vs business, the was the same, the 1st class seat may have been slightly bigger but overall i prefer biz class. Btw they gave you the womans amenity kit.
You are video is great and the quality of British Airways's first class is worth its price. but I think if you add some background music to your video, the feeling of your audience will be much better.
When I look at the price delta for an upcoming MEX-LHR trip the extra $800USD to go from new business to first on the 787-8 seems barely worth it, especially if they are pimping Ryan Reynold's gin. He's rich enough 🤣🤣But seriously, it all feels very underwhelming. I don't get any sense in the seat of exclusive space above and beyond business, but maybe you can enlighten us on that point.
Another nice video. The BA first product is definitely not good enough. It’s outdated, and not worth the money. Other airlines business class easily surpasses the BA first product.

I disagree. The music can be very annoying for some listeners, it’s distracting from the commentary.

No. They do not have showers with BA. Even on their A380s.
The seat looked lovely, but both it and the catering seemed to compete with business class on the ME3.
The seat was pretty comfortable but there are certainly better value propositions out there depending on where you are flying to/from.

Not overly impressed - lights didn’t function well - seat hydraulics were ‘iffy’ and touch screen was unreliable - staff were excellent.
