- Fixing issues related to ignition coil, cable and spark plug cap and explaining difference between normal and resistive type spark plug caps.
Part No. JE531203 for Pulsar 135 LS BS4 model.
Note that multimeter's self resistance of around 4.6 ohms is always present, but for low ohm readings we have to consider it, whereas for higher ohm readings it becomes negligible.

NGK & Spitfire vs OEM on your motorcycle.... a lot of videos is there with words like it feels good or bottomed is improved etc. but numerical data is missing.
They aren't worth it. Numerically we can't tell which one is better, since all types will have same resistance. Just get genuine Bajaj spares, that's most important.
@@M-DIY on sparkplug adaptor as shown on video it was 1050 Ohm, what values are considered that the part needs replacing.
If there is significant difference in these values, like resistance by 10-20% then that will require replacement.
@@M-DIY just the adaptor cap being oxidised and its symptoms/issues & multimeter values and checks...

Bhai meri honda aviator me ht coil tak current aa raha hai lekin sparks nahi hota hai sir maine new ht coil laga hai bajaj ki fir bhi nahi aa rahi hai to kiya karoo bhai
CDI ka issue lagra hai. Jab CDI purana hoke weak ho jaata hai, tab aisi problem aati hai. Mere saath bhi yahi hua tha haali mein, starting troubles thi, CDI badalke theek ho gai.

Chinta mat karo, CDI spare rakha rehna chahiye, emergency mein kaam aata hai. Mera CDI achanak se kharaab ho gaya tha, luckily maine spare liya hua tha, nahi toh ek mahina wait karna padta kyonki pulsar 135 ke spares araam se nahi milte!
Waise simple cheeze pehle check kar liya karo, kyonki agar aap mujhse poochoge toh main umeed karta hoon ki basics aapne already check kar liye honge toh advance issues pe hi dhyaan jaata hai.

If we use a screw driver near the spark plug cap
While the engine running ,
I saw some spark jumping from the outer cap to the screw driver tip
Like we see in spark plug tip.
Also som shock if i touch the plug cap while the engine is running.
Is this normal a phenomenon ?

No, at least this doesn't happen with my bike. Spark plug cap might be cracked that's why it is leaking high voltage charge. Check spark plug cap and cables for any cracks or breakage.

But even during the running condition , i can see some spark is jumbing from the surface of the cap to the engine body
And some tick tick noise
Iam having long/ delay self starting issue with my scooter , i don't know if this is also a problem caused by the same plug cap
@@its.me.ragesh Obviously engine will run, but this will cause issues during rainy season and normally sparks don't show up outside.
@@its.me.ragesh Exactly! Replace them! It is not that 12 volts are running through those cables, instead they handle thousands of volts that is really hard to contain.
