Jab coil me reading sb perfect aa rhi aapki video ki trh.. tb kya dikkt hai jo only 12v ac nikl raha charging coil se. Ab coil change krr denge.. fir nhi thik hua to money waste

yes its AC signal don't know the frequency , but you can''t check it with digital multimeter as it have pulsed current which maybe positive or negative , hence to check it you need a analog multimeter to get exact readings

cdi pe ek tar pe aapko 12 volt dc milni chahiye , vo check karo ki mil rahi hai ya nahi , agaar nahi milrahi hai to relay check karo jo battery ke pass mai hoga bahi jada tar problem aati hai, agaar cdi ki ek wire pe 12 volt mil rahi hai to phir ht coil ki input wire pe ek wire lagage self marte same is wire ko body se touch karke dekhe ki spak aa raha hai ya nahi , agaar spark hai to ht coil kharb agaar spark nahi to cdi kharab

I have old model Activa with separate lighting and pickup coil. Problem is original RR unit was bad and gave 4-5V charging. Headlight became dim with throttle. Replaced the RR unit but now charging voltage is not adequate, not reaching 14V. Is it possible that charging coil has become weak? Vehicle is 2009 model.
what was the charging output you were getting with old rr unit , if you gets the proper out with that one then the new rr unit is faulty , if your old rr unit is bad too and don't give proper voltage for charging , then you need to check the voltage coming out from the coil at rr units input wires and see it it increases when you throttle , can't tell you the readings , for that use internet to search , you mention not reaching 14 volt , but even if you get 13 + volt that,s sufficient if that's the case, open the coil and see if there is any rust there or check it if its short with ground as show in video or for any burns , then you need to replace it

Hello bhai. Maine sab wiring check kiya charging ka bi. Koi bi positive ground ko touch nai hai. Ye mera 2nd coil plate the ground pura andar tak jalgaya hai. Pulsar 150 ug1 model hai mera. New coil lane jaraha hu
