I’ll add to this. Tsunade isn’t just healing she is replenishing their chakra too. We forget that. In order to replenish that many people you have to have what they lost yourself A has biju levels of chakra, ohnoki, mei have Kage pencil chakra and enough to fight madara for 24 hours and garra was a jinchuriki too… tsunade was healing and replenishing all of them while keeping her self alive while healing them. While she was near death. Her chakra level is underestimated
