My sweet Dad, who passed away in 2007, and myself used to watch The Wilburn Brothers TV show every Saturday afternoon. My parents, on their honeymoon in 1949, saw the Wilburn Bros, along with Hank Williams, Webb Pierce, the Bailes Bros, Kitty Wells, Johnny & Jack, and many others at the Louisiana Hayride in Shreveport, Louisiana. I purchased the DVD box set of the Wilburn Brothers television show, and as far as I know, it's still available. R. I. P. DOYLE WILBURN TEDDY WILBURN
Thanks for all the good country music. I love to lisent to the good country, there isnt any country music anymore. I just want to say to mu late parents for us to listet to good music. RIP to al of the great music .
Being that it was a tribute show to him, they chose to celebrate him by singing his songs back to him! I've written some songs myself and there's no greater feeling than having your kids sing them back to you!
Of course I think I've seen every episode but I just can't watch watch this without the frustration of the audience applauding everytime Jimmy or curly or buddy does a solo. If they would have just turned the audience sound down a little bit it would have been acceptable
26 #1 so why commit suicide. Illustrious career. Could he not have weathered this one. Was it alcohol.? Lovely songs. 💕🎶🎸💖💥 The strds were very high.... Great delivery. Tru country 💖💥🎶. Yeah the current dreadful awful noise doesn't even compete.
REAL country music.
It doesn't get better than this. Fabulous. 💖💥🎶💕🎸🇺🇸 Hymn for day.... That's when it all worked. God included in the show.

Thank you! This was country music and I love it!!
Now this is traditional Country Music.
"Four in the Morning" was my theme song in the 90s. Sad time.

A live version of "It's Four in the Morning" (not this one) was the first video ever played on CMT on March 5, 1983.

Great song
I still remember seeing faron at the buck lake ranch

Hello Martha, How are you doing?
The Cates sisters played fiddle on a couple Ronnie Milsap albums, in the 70's.
👍
Fabulous... 👍🎶💕💖. When Tru country ruled. Included God... Fantastic. Vs the current rubbish.
Golden Oldie ⭐
Faron young 😍
Goin Steady ; Written by the great Hank Williams!
That was actually written by Faron himself.
Is that the great Jimmy Capps in the band on guitar?
Yes indeed, he & Curly Chalker
0:22 Yikes! Faron wouldn't get away with that these days...
Yes he would....he didn't give a shit then, and he wouldn't give a shit now...thats what makes him Faron...
Faron should have song all his own songs on that show not the others
Being that it was a tribute show to him, they chose to celebrate him by singing his songs back to him!

65 top ten hits and he commits suicide.... Tragic. Suppose that's the cost of fame spotlight..... 😪
