This live version is significantly better than the album version. Especially at 3:51 - this part gives me goosebumps every time. You can really feel this section better on this version
I totally agree I always look this one up or any live version bc it's more acoustic sounding and they both just do it so effortlessly... this song stays in my rotation 😅 they harmonize together so damn well 👌
I've always loved the way JT smacks his guitar at 5:00 mark like he knew they pulled the one-take magic trick off and had it in the can. But the filming was still going. Like an athlete that scored and knew it sealed the game before the clock ran out. Always my favorite part of this video.
The Lovelys Chris is from my hometown and went to HS with my mom! He still does stuff for the high school and even did an open concert when he released Traveller. SUCH A GOOD GUY AND SINGER!💓
“Say Something” music video : 17 musicians, a 60 people choir, 5 floors, 2 elevators, 1 camera and so many microphones: it's Justin and Chris new video clip, shot LIVE in LA
It looks like the entire video was shot live: Live vocals, live instruments, live music, and all of it in one continuous shot. Everyone involved in this production: the musicians, the performers, the videographers, sound engineers, lighting specialist and ect; all these individuals are extremely talented. But what takes my breath away is the insane amount of practice that must have went into to the creation of this video. It's nice to see talented people perform. However, this is a group of people that has honed their skills and have thereby acquired something beyond natural talent. In my opinion that is truly next level!
one-take video. And live performance, yes. They've probably never had to manage such a team (2 singers, 17 musicians, 60 choristers, plus tech team), but La Blogotheque has been involved in tens of live-recordings for more than 10 years. We've got some parts of behind the scene here (en.blogotheque.net/2018/01/25/justin-timberlake-chris-stapleton-say-something/ ) but i'm curious to know who chose the place. Indeed, the elevator thing somehow refers to what was done 10 years ago, early march 2007, when filming Arcade Fire in the elevator at L'Olympia.. At this level btw, this is closer to real cinema than simple video. It smells Malick, Iñárritu, Guillermo del Toro, Roger Deakins, Emmanuel Lubezki
Bruce Wilson II This video indeed was one take. Check out the end slate timecode for more info. Planned and carefully prepped for days as it was, nobody actually expected a "lightning in a bottle" first take. After that first amazing take, they also did a perfect second take as insurance, which was virtually identical and used for the original official music video published in 2018. They chose this December 9, 2017 5:13 PM take two for publishing simply because, well, why not? Perhaps it had arguably a slightly better live audio mix. You can even hear JT at the end say "that was the shit!" in his excitement that the second take was perfect as well, and the ensuing ovation at the end by everybody, so honest and amazing, that's a wrap! Everyone knew "lightning in a bottle" had just happened, not once but twice, which is astonishingly rare! This just never happens in filming. On the anniversary of its release, they went ahead and published the actual very first perfect take done at 4:28 PM which I actually prefer for various tiny cinematic reasons unimportant to 99.9% of viewers. I did camera for Fame and Shake it Up! both musical and choreography TV shows. I can never remember a "lightning in a bottle" take. When I first saw this in 2018 my mind exploded and I thought steadicam operator Ari Robbins must be a "God": such perfect musical timing and perfect operating through multiple space vectors - perfection, twice! And aligned with all the great musicians! Chills!
The fact this video was shot in one take and live 🤯 all the practice and patience to master this must of been brutal!! definitely one of the best music videos ever 👏
The build up and crescendo of this song might be the best I've heard in my many years alive. When I'm in a really rough spot, which happens more and more as I age, I come here and watch this - I feel such a visceral connection to this song
One of my good friends told me the other day just keep your head down, not in a bad way, but he said keep your head down and keep trucking. Whatever you going through my prayers go out to you! This song actually teaches you have valuable lesson be slow to speak, be slow to get angry, quick to listen.
I really want to say the Bass player in this song kills it. He has a synth occupying a huge part of his frequency zone, and instead of fighting it, he plays around it and absolutely frames the slides the synth is doing. That my friends is the definition of playing tastefully and hanging out in the pocket. Hats off to you! EDIT: Adam Blackstone is his name
I've listen to this song a couple of times... ok 564 times... One of my favorite music teachers said that there are 3 main ingredients to music... Melody, Percussion, and Bass. I just now tuned in to the bass that you talked... and YEAH... it is carrying it's share of the main story line. THANK YOU for the name. Adam Blackstone... Gang gang.
Blake Daniels-Britton this song was not recorded in one take 😂 the music video was shot in a continuous shot. That doesn’t mean: 1) The vocals were recorded in one take. They were not. Not even a little. 2) The video was recorded in one take. It MOST LIKELY was not. A continuous shot doesn’t mean they recorded it on their first try. That could have been their 50th take. We have no way of knowing.
Ptyler I never said it didn't take some practice runs... However, the fact that it is a single continuous shot and that they are wearing ear pieces and microphones and you can hear a non studio recorded voice in it... It was recording their voices. You could have had a backing track, but I highly doubt it unless it was for their reference only.
Ptyler and of course, there is this link I found... www.whiskeyriff.com/2018/01/26/justin-timberlake-brings-us-behind-the-scenes-of-the-say-something-video-one-shot-one-take/
Thank you for this song. My Dad was diagnosed with ALS in January and before that we hadn't really been friends or talked at all for 15 years and so I moved in with my dad 3 weeks before he died. In those 3 weeks we listened to music together like the old days but I recently started playing guitar and when I learned this song and played it for him while he was watching it on youtube one night and that was the first time I'd seen my father cry. We listened to this song on repeat every night or as many times as he wanted too. I can't thank yiu enough because without this song I feel like my dad would've let go sooner. His wife at the time was treating him like shit, getting mad at him for not making her scrambled eggs when he can't stand on his own. My dad was always just ready I felt like but when it was just me and him with my guitar and this song on, all of his problems went away. I ended up receiving a call from my dad's wife so I rushed in the garage and he was laying on the ground with no pulse then I started to give him cpr and kind of brought him back. He started exhaling and inhaling every 15-20 seconds. And I gave him cpr for 10 minutes then helped the paramedics move him. You guys just are a huge part of my life now and thank you for everything 🤘 Dad as I'm listening to this 6 months after. I fucking miss you. I was blessed to be the only one to be right by your side at the end and to save you so you could get to the hospital so everyone could see you. We had so many songs together but this one dad, this one means so much too me. Every single time you'd ask me if I'm on my way and then when I'd come walking in with my guitar you'd be there all ready listening to this. I'd sit down start playing and then we'd sing together. Dad you were right. You were looming for something you can't have which was happiness so sometimes the greatest way to say something is to say nothing at all. Don't fight back, don't yell, you'd just look at me and with your eyes say it's all okay bud. I miss you and I love you Dad. I can't wait to see you again
This is the absolute best version of this. Not the live version or the album one, this one is so much more raw. Timberlake and Stapleton nailed it and it sounds incredible in that old building in LA.
This song has helped me through so many rough patches in my life, and i just wanted to take a moment to say, "Thank you Justin, you to truly enspire me"
Cool comment. First time hearing today. Was jamming to Satsang and then this played. It’s tremendous. I can’t stop listening. Also, chin up. Never quit, right?! 🤙🏾🥊😔♾
“Sometimes the greatest way to say something is to say nothing at all....“ Having a son who chose to stop talking after a depression and who wasn’t able to start talking again after that for 3 years, this song hit me like a bomb when it came out, for so many reasons. The rhythm, the lyrics, the choir, the harmony, the meaning of it in my and my sons lives... it makes me cry and happy at the same time every single time. Tnx a lot Justin & Chris! Son is doing great now btw, tnx :-)
I'm starting to understand the importance of having my father in my life and having that man to talk to when it seems like nothing seems to fit right. The best thing he ever did for me was be patient and never stop looking out for me. It saved my life. Hang in there, you are not alone.
Wordily pleasures for the ears and for the eyes: music, movies, sport. That kind of entertainment is given by lucifer to mankind, to keep them busy doing and knowing nothing, When human dies, he or she is surprised that he or she keeps existing. Yet the only reason for it is, they had their lifetime on earth catching delusions and illusions. Never loved the truth, never cared for it and as some used to say: 1st comes laughter, then turning of the head, then closing of the ears, freezing of the heart, then life in struggle and then regrets and cries. The last 2 shall be there forever. = the life of a ignorant fools. Creating “perfect” offspring who`s genetic DNA is mixed: human + animal + angel + inverting every soul + posses them with evil spirits = perfect spell casting, look at the public, they all sing and dance along not sensing reality. The tares and the wheat - a story in the bible. 2 different offspring, growing together, shoulder next to shoulder. The "rituals" haven`t stopped happening, these got renamed to fit the timelines: in our days, the rituals are: music concerts showing off the masonic hand sighs and symbols becoming "trans" few more.
Can we just take a minute to appreciate that this whole video was done in one continuous shot. That is seriously the most talented video I've ever seen.
At the end of the day, regardless of how good a video looks, it's all about the music. Beautiful and smooth combo of both. Nicely done. Justin and Chris are a heavenly pair.
I have to listen to this again every 6 months or so just to remember how awesome it is. Justin has talent, no doubt. Stapleton was the surprise. His voice is like warm Tennessee whiskey. Great collaboration. Hope to see more.
I have listened to a few versions of this song but the film clip with all the environmental sounds hits hardest, it's real, it's visceral it's amazing. Love this.
I don't listen to much Timberlake, but he's one of those people that has that special "ear" for music. And you have to respect that. He has that click and recognizes that certain sound. Like Danny Elfman or Elton John. Idk how to explain it, but when it comes to music, they get it and make it. He's talented as hell
This performance is absolutely genius! The whole concept of this video, the artists in it! Mesmerized by the sound and by the whole scene. Gives me goosebumps every time I watch it! ❤❤❤
Hi Nicole. I too agree, that this Song, is quite a Masteriece of Justin & Chris' duo together, but, another Song that is Cool, but I don't know if it is still Popular, was when Justin was with his Boy Band, *NSYNC,(Way back in the day) and they Teamed up, with Richard Marx, to sing their Song, "This, I Promise You".. I Love that Song, Wholeheartedly. I just thought that I would Share it with you!!😉😉 Enjoy..😊 th-cam.com/video/OSh3YrUU5Oo/w-d-xo.html
I'm a professional filmmaker, and whoever that steadicam operator and 1st assistant camera person are, congrats. My mind is blown. And the slate at the end said that was the first take? Outrageous. That's such a hard video to shoot. Keeping every shot in focus, in low light, while moving around like that, without cutting, is criminal. I cried me a river at the end.
First and ONLY take, with only a 10 minute window of correct lighting through the skylight. All audio recorded live wirelessly in a steel building. Absolutely mind bending.
You're throwing shots so fuck you and this comment section. However I do agree everything shouldn't be same. Learn how to dance Bitch and stop hating. That goes for all 302 of yall.
yes 3 songs in 3 weeks .. and i feel ya on this JT i love the feel of this song , the kids are talking about You have missed a step and you let Bruno Mars take your shine .. nahh nahh you still got FIRE!!!!!!!!
I am a small TH-camr and I need some support! I just uploaded a lyric video for this song. Will you please watch it; it would mean the world to me. Thank you so much th-cam.com/video/ldCd21z7_e8/w-d-xo.html
if Justin stayed in the same throwback sound and were a walking tribute like Mars I wouldn't be his fan. Cry Me a River to LoveStoned to Mirrors, he never stays in the same safe zone.
Right ?!? The first time I heard it on the radio I immediately had to Shazam it and download it . Still one of my favorite songs ever . Such an odd but amazing musical duo ☺️.
Listening to this for the upteenth times and due to my ignorance, I stumbled on this video today. Totally ashamed to have missed this masterpiece for almost a year. I still have chills as I write this. Such a beautiful video concept and whaaooooo!!! 😍😍😍 This proves that good pure music still exists!
the dim lighting all the video reveals an a capela blues but not only with the voice. We discover over time, different instruments, like the piano, mixing desk, guitars... but the music remains the same all along and it means "say something" to everyone which means "I don't won't stop talking", "I will always have my say". Thanks for the trips 😊
MaskSo #IntheBuilding works for me, guess I’ll be rockin’ out in Target then! If you see a 6’ 4” guy jammin’ out in a store near you when this comes on, it’s probably me!
Joe. Thanks for being secure enough in your value to build others. You're right Justin has been adding to his toolbox the whole time. Awesome. No ahead or behind. You're the masterpiece. ✌️
One of those songs that will never be forgotten. I hope that other musicians of today are taking notes from these two.. This is what music is all about
I hear that! I've been feeling that way for decades. I've realized now that I can't possibly have some of my dream stuff, but I can sip some vino, have my old cat in my lap, and listen to some killer tunes from my past. Yes, I'm old. 😁
the truth I hate to tell you, but that "exposure" was choreographed into the performance. Both Justin and Janet knew it was going to happen. Your hate isn't welcome here.
Ooh ya im here. All alone. In rhe zone. Love this lil fella. And sum Chris Stapleton too. 2 great artists paintin us a little happier with their beautiful music.
Love the video, all taken in one take. Beautiful building, really artistic photography, liked the lights flickering during elevator ride. Very creative video. Great job Justin Timberlake, Chris Stapleton, choir, musicians, and technical staff that put hard work into this video. Amazing job!
My special needs nephew loved JT and this song. He was 15 and passed in the early hours of January 2nd 2024. He is being laid to rest next Monday. He will be wearing a heart shirt with JT on the shirt and his favorite JT poster placed with him. We are heartbroken. Music can change lives.
The viewing at funeral home was private with Say Something playing soft low volume. The grave side service was public, upon arriving to cemetery there was over a 100 people standing at the tent. Jackson was so loved and still impacting lives 💕
This is one of the few songs that brings tears to my eyes every. single. time. The swells and incredibly beautiful simplistic lyrics shakes my core. Amazing.
@La That's not always a bad thing; It's a simple message, but so few people seem capable of learning that it needs to be repeated time and again. Just because a comment is out there, you don't have to respond. Think about it, measure your words and if speaking out is just going to kick the ball further along, then perhaps it's best to just walk away without saying a word.
That laugh from Chris at the end was almost as classic as this song and video.... I'm blown away by his voice, mad props to Timberlake in this as well. One of the best collabs I've seen or heard, and I'm a metal head🤘🤘
Chris Stapleton is great in everything he sings and plays in from his Bluegrass with the SteelDrivers to his beautiful blues-like Country music. He's a musical genius with a unique and beautiful voice. Timberlake has a great voice too, but I don't see him singing Bluegrass or Country. He's a great Pop artist though.
THIS IS WHAT MUSIC IS ALL ABOUT! Love the live vocals, shows everyone's true abilities, love the collab and the whole choir at the end. Definitely one of the stop videos and songs to come out in many years! Look forward to many more of these icons doing songs together.
Dolly Pardon, Leean Rhymes, Little Big Town, etc.... It has been done a countless number of times by so many artists over the last 50 years that I can't even think of all the names.
Love Timberlake in this song but it’s Chris Stapleton input that elevates it onto another plane!! Both superb but it would not have had any of the same gravitas without Chris. Wonderful!!
I read a critic's review of their first-time performance together on the CMAs where they did the Drink You Away / Tennessee Whiskey medley, and they noted that the two had such synergy together on stage that it was like they had been preforming together for years, like musical brothers. I couldn't agree more. That performance blew the roof off, and I think this song reinforces their musical partnership.
The same could be said of the entire crew but there is a great chemistry between JT & CS. PEACE LOVE AND JOY! Jesus Christ is soon returning! Be ready…or not!

This live version is significantly better than the album version. Especially at 3:51 - this part gives me goosebumps every time. You can really feel this section better on this version
Yeah!

I totally agree I always look this one up or any live version bc it's more acoustic sounding and they both just do it so effortlessly... this song stays in my rotation 😅 they harmonize together so damn well 👌
Not to mention the amazing baseline in this live version! SUCH a masterclass ❤
The same feelings
I've always loved the way JT smacks his guitar at 5:00 mark like he knew they pulled the one-take magic trick off and had it in the can. But the filming was still going. Like an athlete that scored and knew it sealed the game before the clock ran out. Always my favorite part of this video.
yes! I love that bit too! I thought I was the only one who noticed that.😂 so satisfying to watch those little details.
Ahhhhhhhhmazing!!!!!
Chris Stapleton and a JT collab. This is what dreams are made of!
The Lovelys I’ve been dreaming about this since their performance on the CMAs. Dreams do come true
Tina Mitchell What a time to be alive!
Mr. Steal Your Kids Lmao. 😅😂
The Lovelys Chris is from my hometown and went to HS with my mom! He still does stuff for the high school and even did an open concert when he released Traveller. SUCH A GOOD GUY AND SINGER!💓
The Lovelys I'm greedy. I want a whole Timberlake /Stapleton album.
The fact that this was one take, and also sung live......this is very impressive.
This song is so powerful! I love hearing people come together in unison and the energy of it is breathtaking. Soul is shining through❤️

“Say Something” music video : 17 musicians, a 60 people choir, 5 floors, 2 elevators, 1 camera and so many microphones: it's Justin and Chris new video clip, shot LIVE in LA
FREAKIN AWESOMENESS
Saltanat B I
It looks like the entire video was shot live: Live vocals, live instruments, live music, and all of it in one continuous shot.
Bruce Wilson II it was all done in one take
Bang on its all about the prep like everything in life, prepare well and 9 times out of 10 you do well
Bruce Wilson II This video indeed was one take. Chills!
Music is SO powerful ❤
Dude is just an amazing singer and song writer. He has shared the stage with so many stars and Chris will not be the last.
Yup!
The fact this video was shot in one take and live 🤯 all the practice and patience to master this must of been brutal!! definitely one of the best music videos ever 👏
The acoustics in that building….WOW!! ❤❤

The new songs off this album just keep getting better and better!! Can't wait to hear the rest!! What an awesome video!!!!
I like Filthy and Say Something. I can't get with Supplies yet....maybe after a few more listens
Supplies is actually my favorite lol. but this album is already rockin'! definitely worth waiting 5 years haha
Chris is the type of guy that can show up in any genre of music and it just makes sense
Preach
I've listen to this song a couple of times... ok 564 times... One of my favorite music teachers said that there are 3 main ingredients to music... Melody, Percussion, and Bass. I just now tuned in to the bass that you talked... and YEAH... it is carrying it's share of the main story line. THANK YOU for the name. Adam Blackstone... Gang gang.
@@got2flynow you can't unhear it now. Things like 3:45 really showcase his playing. It's amazing.
lol i know practically nothing about playing a musical instrument, but for some reason, i love this comment so much!!
WOW! One continuous shot. LIVE Singing! Impressive and well done JT, Chris Stapleton, and the chorus!
Blake Daniels-Britton this song was not recorded in one take 😂 the music video was shot in a continuous shot. That doesn’t mean:
1) The vocals were recorded in one take.

Thanks for sharing, and being a good kid. You are an inspiration. Would love to listen to your version too.
Blessings
RIP for your dad... I have old memories with this song too... I wish I was his friend
RIP for ur dad. He is definitely proud of u

This just shows what a great musician Justin Timberlake is.
You mean Dr. Justin Timberlake 😉
The song itself is amazing but the video concept is a masterpiece!!! Kudos to the director and creative team.
This is the absolute best version of this. Not the live version or the album one, this one is so much more raw. Timberlake and Stapleton nailed it and it sounds incredible in that old building in LA.
yes its like the building becoming part of the song ..that echo is saying something too
It's a beautiful and great-sounding production in that great old building! Such awesome acoustics! I'm with you, hands down, the best version!

This song has helped me through so many rough patches in my life, and i just wanted to take a moment to say, "Thank you Justin, you to truly enspire me"
One love x
Be a bad ass motherfucker and don’t quit! Every day, look in the mirror and say “I’m a bad motherfucker” nothing can stop me.
Cool comment. First time hearing today. Was jamming to Satsang and then this played. It’s tremendous. I can’t stop listening. Also, chin up. Never quit, right?! 🤙🏾🥊😔♾
Absolutely reminds me of my son!!! Thank you soooo much J!!!
You were his fave musician EVER!!♥️♥️🙌
“Sometimes the greatest way to say something is to say nothing at all....“
Having a son who chose to stop talking after a depression and who wasn’t able to start talking again after that for 3 years, this song hit me like a bomb when it came out, for so many reasons. The rhythm, the lyrics, the choir, the harmony, the meaning of it in my and my sons lives... it makes me cry and happy at the same time every single time. Tnx a lot Justin & Chris! Son is doing great now btw, tnx :-)
Dayum that's deep, but God bless your son and your family.
I'm starting to understand the importance of having my father in my life and having that man to talk to when it seems like nothing seems to fit right. The best thing he ever did for me was be patient and never stop looking out for me. It saved my life. Hang in there, you are not alone.

No autotune needed for real singers. Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeah. Awesome. I would've loved being one of those singers on the balconies. Great video.
Dude, how many people feel this jam? Homeboy is always making good music. Who ever he collaborates with the song comes out great. 🤙🏾🙏🏾
This song still gives the same incredible feeling it did when I listened to it 4 years ago. The harmonies, voices, just gorgeous 😆
Wordily pleasures for the ears and for the eyes: music, movies, sport.
That kind of entertainment is given by lucifer to mankind, to keep them busy doing and knowing nothing,
When human dies, he or she is surprised that he or she keeps existing.
Yet the only reason for it is, they had their lifetime on earth catching delusions and illusions. Never loved the truth, never cared for it and as some used to say:
1st comes laughter, then turning of the head, then closing of the ears, freezing of the heart, then life in struggle and then regrets and cries.
The "rituals" haven`t stopped happening, these got renamed to fit the timelines: in our days, the rituals are:
music concerts
showing off the masonic hand sighs and symbols
becoming "trans"
few more.
I'm addicted❤😂
Ain’t it grand.

Fair enough, did not know that, but i'm forever learning, cheers for that.
At the end of the day, regardless of how good a video looks, it's all about the music. Beautiful and smooth combo of both. Nicely done. Justin and Chris are a heavenly pair.
I have never wanted to be a fan of Justin, because of all of the teenage "stuff" But I have to say that his new stuff has changed my mind.
Let's just say his voice and songs are maturing like a great Whisky.
They all grow up lol
Yeah, at 40, he's working the longevity.

I have to listen to this again every 6 months or so just to remember how awesome it is. Justin has talent, no doubt. Stapleton was the surprise. His voice is like warm Tennessee whiskey. Great collaboration. Hope to see more.

Yes!!!!
I don't listen to much Timberlake, but he's one of those people that has that special "ear" for music. And you have to respect that. He has that click and recognizes that certain sound.
Like Danny Elfman or Elton John. Idk how to explain it, but when it comes to music, they get it and make it.
He's talented as hell
like kanye
every song he's released has been so different! I'm excited to see how it'll all sound on the album!
This performance is absolutely genius! The whole concept of this video, the artists in it! Mesmerized by the sound and by the whole scene. Gives me goosebumps every time I watch it! ❤❤❤
Truly evolutionary...the Timberlake/Stapleton sound rocks!
This song is both perfectly timed and ahead of its time. It's undoubtedly one of Justin's best.
I just thought that I would Share it with you!!😉😉 Enjoy..😊

I'm a professional filmmaker, and whoever that steadicam operator and 1st assistant camera person are, congrats. My mind is blown. And the slate at the end said that was the first take? Outrageous. That's such a hard video to shoot. Keeping every shot in focus, in low light, while moving around like that, without cutting, is criminal. I cried me a river at the end.

the dim lighting all the video reveals an a capela blues but not only with the voice. We discover over time, different instruments, like the piano, mixing desk, guitars... but the music remains the same all along and it means "say something" to everyone which means "I don't won't stop talking", "I will always have my say".
@La this song talks about people like you
@@trenae77 respect. Great comment
Não dá pra explicar a sensação de alegria que essa música nos provoca, a entrega dos dois por essa obra prima é perfeita
😍
Realmente vdd tanto q eu concordo com tudo que vc falou e falso das suas palavras as minhas palavras
4:23 greatest part in the whole history of music videos
Can't believe I'm gonna see Justin live in Estonia...
THIS IS WHAT MUSIC IS ALL ABOUT! Love the live vocals, shows everyone's true abilities, love the collab and the whole choir at the end. Definitely one of the stop videos and songs to come out in many years! Look forward to many more of these icons doing songs together.

pop music meets country music....interesting blend
Nomon Munir i hate country but this sounds nice actually!! Defo agree its interesting
Well, Gaga done went there and done that lol
Dolly Pardon, Leean Rhymes, Little Big Town, etc.... It has been done a countless number of times by so many artists over the last 50 years that I can't even think of all the names.
Yeah, I remember Shania Twain & Faith Hill being super popular in the late 90s to early 2000s.
*Hey , I'm an Artist who has unique drawing talent ..,,,,...,,,,.... Bet you that I live up to my word . (uploaded today)*
YES!!!!! and i wasn't expecting him to kick my ass like that! so good!
Awesome song Chris Stapleton is amazing and Justin is totally awesome
What an awesome acoustic sound - how long did it take to find this building to get JUST RIGHT sound? This is proof of a truly talented artist - cudos!
This is the Bradbury Bulding in L.A. Famous films where filmed there, such a very well known Blade Runner scene.

Everyone knows all about my direction
And in my heart somewhere I wanna go there
Still I don't go there
Everybody says "say something"
Say something, say something
Then say something, say something, then say something
I don't wanna get caught up in the rhythm of it
But I can't help myself, no, I can't help myself, no, no
Caught up in the middle of it
No I can't help myself, no I can't help myself, no, no, no
Caught up in the rhythm of it
Maybe I'm looking something that I can't have (maybe I'm looking something that I can't have)
Maybe I'm looking something that I can't have
Everyone knows all about my transgressions
Still in my heart somewhere, there's melody and harmony
For you and me, tonight (whoa)
I hear them call my name
Everybody says "say something"
Then say something, say something
Then say something, say something then say something
I don't want to get caught up in the rhythm of it
But I can't get help myself, no I can't help myself, no, no
