    Wow it sounds great. I didn't know till now I like a lap steel guitar. Thanks Nathan for bringing it in for show and tell. It's in fabulous condition.

    Congratulations, you have a wonderful pre-CBS Fender steel guitar. You're already working out "Sleep Walk" by Santo and Johnny from April, 1959.

    I doubt I could play one that well after only 4 hours practice. Too bad you couldn't have rotated that tone knob to cut treble and give us the familiar tone played when that thing was new.
