- There are just 42 days till the general elections. And the dispute between over the rights to the name uMkhonto weSizwe still looms. The trademark was registered by Legacy Projects, an NPO. It's now ceded to the ANC, meaning the governing party now owns the trademark. #eNCA #DStv403

Zuma is 5 steps ahead because his face will be on the election ballot paper and not the logo. The logo can be changed, which won't affect the elections.

Another clear example demontrating the underhanded dealings Ramaphosa's ANC. Zuma must still be satisfied though, as per polls projections, to have taken 10% minimum from the ANC of Ra. No court of law will not realise what was the intention of ANC for asking the Legal Projests to register and cede the Umkhonto wesizwe trademark to it after Jacob Zuma long registered a political party in this trademark that was not registered and long disbanded by the same ANC...simple the ANC is trying to stop Zuma from using a trademark that was never registered by the ANC...moreover MK Party logo is not the same as the one that ANC is claiming...
