Words cannot express the anticipation I have been building, and continue to build while waiting for my email informing me they are available. The corrugate guide pant is already my all time favorite pant, and the foundry will be amazing!
Thank you Chris for sharing the great info on the new pants. Go hunt has a team that is second to nobody. I know that new hunting clothing is very good products but I feel like it's more fashion. I just can't justify spending that amount on camo. I wish I was blessed with more expendable funds. It been a hard past year being self employed God Bless you Chris on all your adventures
I hang and hunt whitetail, long hikes. I'd like to wear CF pant in then add furnace bottom underneath for WI october sits. Are they roomy enough for furnace midlayer underneath during sits?
Hey Aaron, thanks for reaching out! Please shoot our expert gear team an email at gear@gohunt.com and they will help you out with this! Best of luck this season💪💪
Those side mounted pockets on the normal corrugated is nice when walking a lot. Not pressing the contents into your thighs every step. But... the side zips are nice.
@@colbykinney5633 yeah I'm hoping I don't hate the front mount pockets. I literally live out of my Corugate guide pants pockets. This things can carry everything and never get in the way.
I have front cargo pockets on my work pants and I prefer them to the standard side pockets. As long as you don't overstuff them it is much more comfortable IMO.
@@HuntsT I find that if i put heavier items in side cargo pockets they tend to swing around and bang against my leg. With the front pocket, they don't bounce around. Also, things like phones can sometimes slide out of my side cargo pockets when I sit down (even when buttoned up sometimes). With the front cargo pockets I have never had that happen. I should say that I don't cram a lot of stuff in my front cargo pockets. Usually just my phone, some ear plugs, a small pocket knife and a pen. My work pants are the Crye Precision GEN 4 Combat Pant. They have side cargo pockets as well, which I use to hold a pair of shooting gloves on one side, and the other side is usually empty.
Hey Gunner, it really depends on how long your legs are. First lite recommends going with what you use on your regular jeans. The Foundry pant is true to size. Shoot a email to shop@gohunt.com and they can better assist you.
Hey Ryan, thanks for reaching out. At the time, these were still prototype pants and the Corrugate Foundry Pant was the only option available. Best of luck this season. -Chris
Did first lite do anything to change the strangulation experience in the crotch area? Serious question. I loved the corrugates...except for that issue. First lites video on these pants had some close up footage and it seems like they may have actually made the pants tighter in that aspect.
First Lite is a direct to consumer company. However, they sponsor different folks in the industry and provide them free stuff and the ability to wear prototype test gear. Review videos are a way to not only provide content to viewers but also pay back First Lite for the product use. Hopefully this fills in what you are missing.
Mehh. For $200 of my hard earned cheddar I can buy some Walmart $20 wranglers and put $180 towards fuel/food to go experience the back country in some far away land. Granted I'm probably not the target audience of this channel. Cheers boys
It became a standard that kuiu set, that others companies would be dumb not to follow. It's a business strategy. All of these top hunting clothing brands are so similar. Innovation comes more from the materials these companies advertise. Not so much the quality of life improvements. Edit: and the camo patterns are an innovation.
Great design but returned mine as found them to be noisy as hell and made in China. Purchased from the website but if I’d had been in a store would definitely had hung them back up and walked. Can’t believe you’d sell something this noisy as a hunting pant? May the deer are deaf where you hunt😂

Glad to see that they have two back pockets unlike the original corrugated that was missing one on the left.
The best pants in any technical hunting pant lineup and any company

If a guy doesn't like the tapered leg, would you suggest maybe going up a size to give you more room in the leg?
Are thry more tapered toward the bottoms? The standard corrugates a little baggy around my feet

I thought the same thing

@@arttrumbo9496 why do you prefer them?

Suggestion: review clothes with solid patterns at its easier to see the options/ pockets/ zippers etc…
Otherwise good stuff
what did you pay for them and do they make a jacket
All pants should come with knee pads! Just look at the European work style pants!
Is goHunt going to carry First Lite?
Most likely not. It’s direct to consumer. But who knows that could change eventually
Is there a zipper on the bottoms? Not a huge fan of a tapered leg but not a major concern.
There is no zipper on the bottom.
My wife just placed an order for my birthday
I’m also 6’0 tall should I go with 32” or 35” in length?

Why did you chose the corrugated foundery vs the obsidian foundry?

@@GOHUNT Thanks Chris. Would you pick the obsidian foundry pant for Sept. Archery elk? Seen perfect except I am worried about there durability.
Are these made from the same material as the old version?
Yes, it is the same material besides the reinforced knees and seat. Also, be sure to subscribe to our TH-cam Channel!

Didn't know First Lite could put camo on the Stone Glacier De Havilland pants...
Dude im same size but my fit baggy
Hell ya!
GoHunt makes vids with First Lite gear...but does not carry them on ther site.....what am I missing ...???

Sales. Not review
Yay they did a great job of copying Kuiu again, good job First Lite with another innovative product...
All my gear is KUIU. Love the stuff, but I don't love how baggy they are. Wish it was tapered.

How did they copy KUIU?
And kuiu copied Sitka😂
Somebody beat me to it, everyone copies everyone sitka did it first and that trickled down to everyone else
308 pants dont come close to these
