People can run a whole day without resting. It’s so amazing. I have run marathons but 100K is too much to me. I hope I will have courage to take this challenge in one day.
And I really like how you put the relevant information and suitable soundtrack for the video. As you know, sometimes ultra marathon with epic music may not make audience feel the entire atmosphere.
Great Race! HK is really nice when you go to the islands and new territories. Then back to the city for great cheap food! Love it. Very hard to run in the humidity there
The record right now has been held by one of the best utmb stars, Francois Dhaene. Apart from some of the top US and European runners who achieve great results in HK100, including Sage Canaday and Pau Capell, some Chinese runners got really impressive results as well, pushing the whole competition becoming much more intensive.
