Already beat these as shown by the trophies but take some extra content, will ya?
The max mode of this game honestly isn't too bad but it might be time consuming if you're too paranoid. For enemies, I would recommend keeping in mind when you last dealt with enemies and how close the enemies are to you to determine how much you want to sleep. It might also be recommended to wait until Smile Yossh appears if he is close enough and you think you're safe. The maze part at the end is very scary to play I must admit but just keep yourself calm and be careful.
The Epic Quest is really fun, and doesn't take too much time, be sure to check on VLC in the basement and fix the flamethrower every time you deal with Phantom Penny. There are 3 quests you can use as opportunities to sleep, click no more than 10 times, click no less than 20 times, and go to sleep. Just make sure you check on VLC and Phantom Penny before trying to.
