Congratulations on your new baby! I bought a new machine this year after my old faithful, my Husqvarna 1+, died after more than 25 years of faithful service. You are smart to get this one before your old one gave out. Had I had more time to shop around, I probably would have chosen something else, but I am satisfied with my new machine. I did have a checklist of features - built in scissor function, lock stitch, self threading, etc. that I am thrilled with. Things certainly have changed in the past 25 years! I can't believe how quietly it runs! I wish you many years of faithful service. Pfaff is known for its dependability -- Good choice!
Tamara, I am really exited for you. I am so happy to see, that you chose a PFAFF again. I have been working for the Pfaff company in Kaiserslautern, Germany for more than 20 years. I hope that you will enjoy you new machine but I also hope that you will keep your old working horse. Do not give it away. I am sure, you will find it still helpful for the not so fancy stitches 😁 Sincerely Cornelia
my sewing machine is not a Pfaff, but as yours it has the alphabet function and I use the memory function to write words. I made my own sewing ribbons for doll cloths I gift my friends. ♥DOM♥
Congratulations, as we all know with new toys, you often hit a couple of snags, could you tell us when, and what you did about it, for years I try to find videos on pfaffs, and - 9 - out of - 10 - was in german, the others were just demo, there is a bit more now, but still, please bear with me, like for instance there are so many videos on AEROGARDEN, but only - AEROGARDEN EXPERIMENTS GUY, tell you how to fix those little problems you might encounter, thank u
I still have the machine. I purchased it as a backup for my vintage Pfaff. I do think it has a lot of valuable functions, but I prefer the older one since it was the one I learned on. I would recommend trying a few before buying to make sure it has the features and feel that you like.

I have the 620. You can install it onto a cabinet/table if you want to, but i like having mine completely portable.

I am hoping the learning curve won't be too steep. My Pfaff 130 is like riding a bike, so familiar and easy to use. I will always keep it forever.
Thank you! Very helpful ❤
Glad it was helpful!

I am making friends with my new machine. I am glad to share insights about it as I learn more.
Hi Tamara, what happened with this machine?..are you still using it?….because I’m thinking to get the same model. Thank you!
