  • Hello hello! This week was SO fun. I locked in with my 5k training and hit some key running workouts, strength training lifts, and cross training sessions. I recovered by fueling well and getting enough sleep! On top of that, I went to Noe Bad Vibes Run Club which was so wholesome and fun. I hope you enjoy. Thank you for being here.
