Oh thank you!! I love this plain very much! It is noisy, but the feeling is very special. The tupolev family (tu-104, and then the 154) based from the very beginning on a military plane from the WW2, and you can feel it when you fly. The POWER of the Engines (How fast and dramatically this plain take off!). Thenk you :)
@Mateyhv1 Maybe because the plane is being flown not engaging the autopilot after take off. I agree with the flaps, it looks they delayed way too much.
Great plane, unique turbojet sound! 3 strange things though: 1- SID is very strange, too many turns to one side and the other...why??? 2- after take off almost 2:30 mins until flaps retreated to zero position, too much added drag during ascent... why??? 3- at the end of vid engines still on take off power. No reduction of thrust... why?
@XYZAerial Most probably it is flown without AP, too much twisting and turning. Regarding the flaps, maybe the SID mandates steep climb to clear the metropolitan area at max altitude, but from 3:10 the plane is clearly gaining speed still at full take off thrust plus low vertical speed and flaps still remained at take off position almost another 40 seconds. Strange behaviour.
@csmig23uk ты бесстолковый! По кодификации НАТО он назван "беззаботным", а не "небрежный"! И это разные вещи. А разницу между Боенгом, Аэрбасом и ТУ - 154 можно понять лишь летая на них. И поверь Европейские и американские самолеты гораздо хуже ТУ 154М.
The Tu-154 is my FAVOURITE! I flew it once from Oslo to Moscow back in 2008... The best flight ever!

My God! It must be a hell to fly on such aircraft. It seems that it has no noise blockers (noise-dampening matts).
