Leonardo, Not sure how this was overlooked for so long, but we apologize. You could use our harness to feed your sunroof and mirror switches with a fused power, but you will have to use the wiring for the mirror/sunroof kits that should run directly to battery power.
You can use a kit like this if you're okay with swapping to the GM color-code. We also offer part number 10127 that is a Mopar color-coded customizable kit.

@@jacintocastillo75 You can likely make one of our universal kits work, but just make sure you have access to factory schematics to compare. We won't have any data on the Ford Ranger side of things and won't be able to assist or provide guidance as we've never had one in for development.

@@lawrenceyardprojects4922 the Mopar kit comes open-ended for it's ignition switch wiring and can wire into dash or column ignition switches.

Yep! These can be adapted to work on about any classic.
