Bro! I mistakenly formatted around 700GB data from my PC can u help me recover it....it is the data that stored from years all my family pics and my memories in it...can u help me out please 🥺🥺
I very recently had my internal SSD and HDD drives get corrupted to the point of having to reinstall windows. Thankfully my PC is back up and running again and I never reformatted or deleted anything from from HDD. The only problem was that the virus/malware made about 70% of the data unavailable. I am trying Easeus first of all to find the data so I can see how thorough it is. The initial scan takes time, but let's be honest, I would want a thorough scan to take its time and find everything. The quicker it is, the less it will find. I will definitely try Wondershare before paying to have anything recovered. Thanks for letting me know.

Great video, my man. EaseUS is one of the few data recovery programs I've had some success with. Never heard of Wondershare and will definitely give it a try! My weird instance is that I have an internal SSD drive that I use externally between my PC and laptop through a SATA-to-USB adapter. For some reason, if I'm working on my laptop, turn it off, and unplug my SSD drive, there's a good chance I'll lose what I was working on. I think this may be an instance where I NEED to safely eject the drive before shutting down my laptop. Anyway, just wanted to share my experience in case there's someone in the same boat as me. Thanks for your input in this video!

I don't think you said the words "back up" once. Surely, that's the most time and cost effective way to protect your files from accidental deletion or hard drive failure.
@@TheHopelessGeek I agree, but I believe it's worth suggesting in a video. Like you, I've spent hours recovering, and identifng deleted files for myself and friends. The one thing I suggest after recovery is "buy and external drive and backup anything that's important to you."

Same experience here. I got the file I accidentally deleted but It only had half of the information. It was an image file and I was using Stellar Phoenix Data Recovery. You are right ... the user should not use the drive HDD/SSD which is being scanned for the file. And if it's the system drive the chances of getting the deleted file is pretty low because system constantly writes data onto the drive. So, it's better not to use the system drive for storing data; it's even better when you have an independent HDD/SSD for your system. Thanks for sharing your experience ... Keep it up 🙂👍

Disk Drill Pro proved to be absolutely useless for me. I lost money in buying the pro version and not recovering any of the videos from the 256 SD card. They have a strict no-refunds policy. After Disk Drill Pro failed and I gave up hope I was brave enough to use ‘initialize’ on Mac and use Disk Utility’s “First Aid” option and entire card was recovered. In essence Disk Drill Pro failed miserably in comparison with Mac built-in software. I wish I used that before paying for Pro version and losing the $89.
