Meat Hook can pull Runes back to Pudge. The mana cost is refunded if successful
Mana is refunded when you succesfully hook runes
if pudge hooked a rune, mana used by the hook is replenished
Only agents have the power to do that

What does book of shadow do ?
untargetable, pretty much like Slark's Shadow Dance or Willow's Dark Realm
Target an enemy, ally or self. Causes the target to become untargetable but also silenced, muted and disarmed for 4 seconds. Applies a basic dispel. CD: 8 seconds
Pretty good item but can potentially grief teammates if not used correctly.
