What communities you would suggest that are "just" made and are best to live in? If you have made a video on that topic, please share.

If I had the space for 1 more community, I would pick The Valley.
Very early stage to depict the status in future but I think its going to be a good affordable community as well.

When you say there will be 2x capital appreciation in 10 years for emaar south, where is your research quoted for this statement?

      Hi,
Based on the developments happening in the area around, the new airport launched and commercials launched around, expo city started and people moving a bit away from the city’s rush, I have projected that the property prices there would go upto 2x the price in 10 years.
There is no paper proof that it will happen surely but since its a developing area, I try to bet on that, given that it would provide me more capital appreciation on a general level as compared to a developed area.
Plus the major areas in Dubai like Dubai Marina, Downtown and Palm Jumeirah are all full of buildings now and the room for new developments is minimal.
Hence new population coming in would prefer to remain in newer construction and that too near an international airport. So the scope of increase in demand is more in that region.

@@dubaipropertytalks while I appreciate your commentary with regard to property price appreciation, present or past circumstance does not dictate future circumstance and it is wholly irresponsible to present the argument as definitive that one can expect 2x return on investment without research or proof. I have presented this video to the Dubai government for review.

    What about Mudon?

Mudon is a good community but alot of it has been developed already. There are still 2 phases in development but I primarily focussed on the communities which are in early stages of development.
