One benefit for veteran is you can buy materials in huge amount (except the latest one such as chatoyant opal) on npc. Sometimes I want to buy materials but no one sell it, so this help rather than waiting for other to sell (or even snapping)
It is worth for funding alts/newbies and 23m is not really stealing. Veterans can carry newbies with weeklies for like 1 month for 23m for this and 20m for few housing furnitures to get lv 10 home bonus (the dailies will get boring really) I dunno if it's intentional or not. But the old growth book rewards stack with this and louyang tree's gold medal as well. Old cousins now get like 2.5k gold medals worth by stacking old and new newbies booster.

I can only find 3 quests. Can't seem to find the 4th one
