Good video but I have one minor complaint. Can someone please adjust the volume of the whole video so that it is level from beginning to the end. These video's always end with a huge boost in volume that someone should have been able to adjust before posting. I have to turn up the volume to hear whomever is talking and then get my eardrums ruptured if I have headphones on when the promo for the show comes on after the main video. Just a thought.

No dude, not being able to escape racism at home is when you see the news of the murder of black people for bullshit reasons, and the murderers not being held accountable, it's watching the social phenomenon of black children being reported missing '' en masse'' and not taken seriously, it's watching reports playing devil's advocate for people that consider black people beneath them and invoking freedom of expression. Or it's simply being a child and not seeing a single lead character with the same skin color as you in mainstream cartoons. Because you are not really '' american '', you are a '' minority''...
The left is not trying to divide, it's trying to understand why certain demographics are targeted and for what reasons, and then we fight the bullshit . That's the logical approach. Black people more likely to be arrested by cops for the same offenses as white people is a race problem. Girls being ousted from school for violating the dress code by wearing a tank top in summer is a sexism problem, men being afraid and ashamed of reporting being victims of sexual assault is a patriarcal problem.
I am not black, but I am smart enough to understand that there is no smoke without fire.

Feminism is the name for the advocates of equality. And white women do not have the same problems as women of color.
They share the same burdens affiliated to females of our society, but black women, for example, have to overcome racial prejudices as well. Like being fetishized for your skin, having less access to education because of systemic racism etc.

Nope. This didn't help at all because I do identify as a young black woman (virgin, if anyone's interested) and not a white male who was born many years ago. Because that's okay now, right? Feminism isn't advocacy for equality. You're lost in their web if you believe that. Who was told not to come to the women's march in DC? Pro-choice women. Who are being called names by feminists? Women who voted for or support President Trump. But who were the loudest women at that march? White women!!!
And if the black community needs woke whites like you and me and Marshall Mathers and Madonna to speak for them, then they deserve to be left behind. After all, give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. Blacks don't need you speaking for them; they need to learn (and they are learning now more than ever) that they have a voice. But what they need to learn more than anything is that all it takes is effort. You can't skip school because it's boring, don't graduate, have sex at the age of 13 and get pregnant at the age of 16, never hold a job and then expect me to pay for you and your kids to eat. That goes for whites, blacks, Mexicans, anyone who wants to make bad choices and expect others to take care of them.
And why would you say that there is "no chance" that I'll be discriminated against? I can't find a good job because I'm older than 40 and I don't have a college degree. Even though I have 12 years' experience in a certain field and glowing references, I am being passed over because of these two things. But you know what? I'm not out crying to the government to gimme gimme gimme. I'm not protesting at every business that hasn't hired me. I'm dealing with it and moving on to the next opportunity. Probably because of my white privilege. Or maybe because my parents taught me that no one else will care about what happens to me so I have to go out and take care of myself.
I have lived in all black communities where I was the only white person for blocks, both as a child of 10 years and as an adult. People called me names and as a kid tried to physically intimidate me. I just picked up a couple of bricks and stood my ground. Nobody is going to make me feel less about myself just by saying "bad things" to me. I'm not a millennial. Who's making any of this about race anyway? The original poster on this thread said something about "white feminism", as if they have no right to fight for equality because white women have it so good. Let's hold an Oppression Olympics and see who's worse off, okay? You're just feeding into the victim mentality like a good well-trained liberal. And I'm of the opinion that survival of the fittest is what will eventually save our country. That's why I'm not worried about this latest SJW trend. They're weak, but loud, and they will never win anything. Same with liberals.

Good video but I have one minor complaint. Can someone please adjust the volume of the whole video so that it is level from beginning to the end. These video's always end with a huge boost in volume that someone should have been able to adjust before posting. I have to turn up the volume to hear whomever is talking and then get my eardrums ruptured if I have headphones on when the promo for the show comes on after the main video.
Just a thought.
