I am just starting to get into audio engineering. The reason I'm here is that I posted songs I remixed, sure, but that's editing done audio; I tried making my own audiobook with my own voice, and it was trash, so I need help
I have a podmic too and at first I was a little disappointed that it sounded worse than the Shure SM58 but I must admit with EQ and a bit of post-processing I really like its quality. I really appreciate you making a video about these two microphones, thank you very much!

Thanks, Nick 🙏 Apart from the quality of Podmic, it's made by Rode, an Australian company, so I tend to support them more 😁
Nice! That also gets them extra points from me as well :)

Thanks for watching! Yeah, I wonder if a lot of people miss the Rode because of this but with a little extra effort it's an amazing mic :)

The Rode podmic has high level intrinsic noise like an Lavalier.
Why you haven't tested both with XLR connection so it could have been more reliable.
Newest Shure is the MV7 Plus.
Yep!
