Easy Scones Recipe - light, soft, and fluffy scones
6 cups cake flour
6 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
1 cup sugar
500g margarine/butter
4 eggs
1 cup buttermilk/Amasi
1 tsp vanilla essence (Optional)
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170⁰C for 15-17 minutes
