After Afghan exit by US, *Pakistan has been abandoned after serving the US loyally like a dog!* Unfortunately it has been kicked out on the street by its original owner US as it got close to China for a few crumbs. *China* is not ready to adopt it like US did. It *treats Pakistan like a stray dog* and gives it some crumbs when it visits it's doorstep. Now Pakistan - out on the streets getting licked by India - longs to go back to it's original owner for protection and better treatment... *South Asia has now become defunct!* It is now known as the Indian Sub-continent which is part of the larger Indo-Pacific region. *Pakistan is now part of the AfPak region!* Though it is not fair to malign Afghanistan by linking it to Pakistan... The strategic die is cast for Pakistan.... It is allied with China (against US) while US is allied with India (against China). On its own Pakistan is a bit player in terms of its economy, technology and everything else that matters globally. *There is no future for US-Pak cooperation in the medium-to-long term!*
You got the order wrong. The most important FACT first is US allies with India against China. So US is preferring India over Pak. Hence unless Pak makes up with India, there is no way Pak could get US helping it and annoying India. There are many deep reasons Pak allies with PRC, especially because it is much more reliable against India.
US is attempting to prepare india to pit it against the mighty dragon. But apparently things are gradually going downhill as china is well prepared for a future without U.S hegemony with geopolitical sword so powerful that even slightest of cuts would ultimately lead to india getting bled out. While on the other hand india is fantasizing being better of the two (China,US) 😂😂 by joining quad at one end, leading the way in the de-dollarization initiative B.R.I.C.S on the other. This is a classic epitome of digging ones own grave!
The US-China rivalry isn't like any other rivalry. It's not a military rivalry. China USA used to have a symbiotic relationship in general where China manufactures the goods for America and China also buys American debt by purchasing the American bonds. The rivalry escalated during the pandemic when China started giving benefits and preferential treatment to its own industries over all the industries established. America and the world in general have realised why they shouldn't rely on one nation for manufacturing during pandemic. What has happened after is the America and Europe's efforts to spread out and not to rely on one nation.
Pakistan has nothing to do with US-China rivalry and the little benefits it gets from US and China, I don't think they even bother Pakistan to choose sides. Still America lets Pakistan to have trade surplus with them and China invests in Pakistan in the form of CPEC though I believe it's only beneficial to China, not to Pakistan. In general, no nation can stop engaging with America or China. Simply, not possible to choose sides for any nation.

Pakistan trated Afghanistan like a dog. I wonder why pakistan is complaining about USA when it's exactly how pakistan treated afghanistan.

China gives only loans, no crumbs.
