How lovely! We are covered in a heavy blanket of snow here in the Midwest USA Today. We won’t be seeing the tips of bulbs poking out anytime soon. We call hellebores the Lenten rose... blooming at Easter. Thank you ...😊🙏💕🌷
Hello Thank you for this lovely spoken newsletter. You have captured and emulate an essence that is so inspiring and soothing. I am looking forward to future content from you. Excellent work. Thank you.
Only today did I find your wonderful channel somehow, and I’m so glad I did!!! I can’t believe how wonderful your videos are. I’ve always wanted to visit England, and have always been a huge fan of Beatrix Potter and Edith Holden. Watching your videos and listening to your beautiful voice makes me think of both. It’s so nice to know there is someone out there sharing quaint, beautiful gardens as you are doing. Thank you so much for sharing your words, thoughts, and beautiful flowers with us. I live in a small town in Kentucky, USA, and also have a small flower and herb garden. I could spend all day in it. I’m finally going to build a small greenhouse out of old windows I’ve had stashed back for years. Your sweet little garden, and you have been very inspiring! Looking forward to more. Happy Spring! 🌷
Jess, please do continue! As others have commented, I too feel like I've sat and enjoyed a cup of Earl Grey with a fellow gardener friend. Your video is enchanting and transports me to a warm sunny day!!
So beautiful! I am subscribed on TH-cam and signed up for your newsletter. I am in the beautiful region of upstate NY, America. Most people think of NYC - but upstate NY is rolling, green farmlands and beautiful country. I live on a small generations-old farm and am busy ordering my seeds ... my land has not been a working farm in three generations but I'm committed to start a small flower farm. I used hay from my goat compost to lay out a plot of land in the fall, so the soil will be wonderful for spring. I love your voice, style, and most of all, I love your doorstep garden. I've always dreamed of visiting Europe. Maybe one day ...
Ahhhh so much visualization without the bright greens, yellows, pinks etc.! Your descriptive spoken words painted the most vivid pictures as I listen! Love your Dahlia tips! I pulled mine & stored them, this is the 1st time in the 3yrs of my short experience with them. I was convinced I would be better off if I followed the herd. Being here in Haddon Heights, New Jersey zone 7 I think I can get away with what your friend taught you too. Loved your video👏💐
I have just found you here on TH-cam after being blown away by your stunning front garden on gardeners world. This was such a beautiful listen as I sit here planning my own garden for the year ahead. x
Soon as I saw the roses in the other video, I knew you had to be in the British Isles somewhere. Someday, I'll move to Victoria, BC from here in sub-freezing, snow-buried Central Ontario so I can grow beautiful roses and cycad palms outdoors! Love your demeanor!
Your channel popped up in my youtube feed Jess and I remember watching your video on Gardeners World . You have a lovely front cottage garden. I have subscribed as it is lovely to support and watch a local gardener and see the countryside and gardens around me as I am only 'down the road' in Tetbury , Glos.
Jess, you are on to a winner here, we will all wait for February's edition. I am pining to get into my cottage garden and allotment so your advice and beautiful films are an inspiration to us all.
I'm not sure how I found your channel, but I'm so happy that I did. What beautiful, inspiring videos you're making. It is my dream to visit Europe someday. I'm in Texas USA, where the landscapes and the growing climate are vastly different, but I love seeing a peek into gardens and worlds elsewhere. Thank you for the journey!
this is SO visually lovely and felt like talking to a friend over a warm cup of tea. I'm so looking forward to next month's video. I'm also inspired to go on a cold morning walk :)

I was blessed to have had a single orange rose to keep me company through winter ,it bloomed in august and carried me until the crocuses arrived.
I used to like Beatrix Potter too. 💚 Got to love these frosty mornings. So delicate.
She’s fab! The frosty mornings are my favourite
Wonderfully done , magical can't wait for the next one. 🇮🇪💚
