after doing 3,1 at the wall b3,2 is a just frame. The timing is very specific but possible Basically you need to delay the b3 and hit 2 at just frame for it to connect. Doing it too soon makes b3 15f which causes the 2 to whiff. doing it too late also makes 2 whiff. I'd recommend using "Remember" function to practice this wall break.
